Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal lawyer,
called Thursday for the suspension of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s
probe into alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia in
light of the release of a watchdog report that criticized key figures in the Hillary Clinton email probe.
Giuliani, who appeared on Fox News’ "Hannity,"
said the U.S. Department of Justice should dismiss all those in the
“phony Trump investigation” and bring in FBI agents from the New York
office to probe former FBI Director James Comey, special counsel Lisa
Page and FBI Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok.

I am of the opinion that the office of the President of the United States of America does not have the option to recuse the office holder from the offices responsibility to establish control and accept responsibility for the actions and behavior of the Department of Justice and the U. S. Attorneys General.
ReplyDeleteLeadership means making the hard choices out loud every time. I had heard several descriptions of the term "leadership" and here is one that i have lived by.
"A leader never asks who will follow him into the face of guns. A leader never looks back to see if anyone follows him up the hill against the guns of the enemy. A leader never leads from the rear. A leader never has to build consensus, doing the "right thing" is always the right thing to do. A leader must have intelligence, courage and resourcefulness. with those three assets, a leader with gain the respect of the men and women that that leader must have in order to be successful."
I believe that this President has given the rats enough rope and now is the time to tie it off to the tree trunk. I believe it is necessary for the good order that need be re-established in DOJ and AG offices that a thorough house cleaning and vetting be accomplished immediately. I have little faith in DOJ and AG mid level managers and ZERO faith for DOJ and AG upper level managements ability to carry out the necessary and required enforcement of US law.
I truly hope for the Office of the President of the United States of America to take such actions as the President sees fit to resolve this citizens concerns.
