On Tuesday night popular Republican Representative Ron DeSantis won handily in the Florida GOP gubernatorial primary.
Following his big win Rep. DeSantis, a strong Trump supporter, told his supporters,
“The last thing we need to do is to monkey this up by trying to embrace a socialist agenda with huge tax increases and bankrupting the state. That is not gonna work. That’s not gonna be good for Florida.”
So how did The Hill report on this DeSantis quote?

    De Santis will be an excellent Florida governor. What he said is no different from what Obama, Feinstein, Schumer &TC have said concerning "monkeying around". I was hoping that he would not apologize and he did not. Barring massive voter fraud, Ron should win by a landslide.
