The Civil Defense was founded in 1964, with the purpose of gathering the people in the normal activity, anti-war on the south Vietnam, serving the rural stable program of the government. The Civil Defense was held by every single platoon, from 32 to 35 men, armed class easy.
Since 1968, the civil defense was changed to the people of self-Defense.
