Democrats’ plan to reject a Trump win is no mirage.
Hillary Clinton said under no circumstances should Biden concede Election Night, and Democrats should plan for weeks and months of litigation and ballot fights.
“The Red Mirage” theory, recently floated by a Democrat data firm and promoted by Axios, predicts that Trump will have a large lead on Election Night that will evaporate in the ensuing weeks as mail-in ballots are counted. It provides a ground upon which Democrats will refuse to concede the election either Election Night or even the following day. Rather, the claimed certainty that there is a wave of Biden mail-in votes yet to be counted is all Democrats will need to make a concerted post-Election Day effort to steal the election.
I wrote about this in “The Red Mirage” theory provides the justification for Democrat mischief post Election Day:

ReplyDeleteHow can normal Americans STOP this nonsense? I think I know the answer.
Ain't but one.
DeleteAn old history teacher of mine taught us that one of the several miracles leading to the success of our Constitutional Republic was the first transfer of power from the first to our second President. Not historically typical to say the least, it was peaceful.
ReplyDeleteNow, peaceful transfer of power has become the norm for our Republic for centuries, but I’m starting for the first time to not take it for granted.
A lesson, we have learned.
DeleteThe Red Mirage hypothesis is interesting, baby, and I think there is validity to it. Democrats are more likely to vote by mail due to COVID fears than Republicans. A Trump win then a flip to Biden win when the mail ins are counted is not a wacky theory at all. I think what is not being accounted for is that older folks, for fear of COIVD as well as other reasons, are even more likely to vote by mail than Democrats. Senior citizens have always (in modern times at least) leaned Republican, baby. Crime, fear of crime more accurately, has always been a top issue for seniors. In the current environment that fear is certainly playing and even larger rule than it has in past election cycles. Then consider that seniors typically have the best voter turnouts of any age group and that, thanks to aging baby boomers, baby, there are now more senior citizens than ever before. Yeah, there will be lots of democrats mailing in votes, but I'm thinking the senior citizens voting Republican by mail will at least match in number the mail-in Democrats, baby. https://www.seniorsmatter.com/older-americans-voting-patterns/2492286
ReplyDeleteThank you and hope the numbers haven't changed for the link's findings/age.
DeleteThe "ballot box" is only two letters away from the answer. The time for "the answer" is drawing nigh.
ReplyDeleteIndeed.
DeleteOver the radio today I heard mail bags containing 20,000 ballots were found in a dumpster in Los Angeles. I don't know if the ballots had been completed or not. The bags were found after a security camera at a private building had captured the deed.
ReplyDeleteInteresting and thanks. Did they mention the date?
DeleteIf they did mention the exact date I do not remember it. But it happened within the last few days. Certainly sometime this last week.
DeleteWell, then we won't except a loss either, so where do we go from here? )
DeleteWhere do we go from here?
DeleteEither extrajudicial criminal proceedings or start rounding up those who seek to overthrow our Republican for of government. And once in custody, try them in batches to the charges of rebellion, insurrection, misprision, treason, sedition, seditious conspiracy, whatever, throw the book at them.
