Delete"Citizen journalist" = accomplice. She came there with them. They know her. Her JOB is to document the police for later use against them and to promote their anti-police message. Arrest her. Sort it out later. Make her pay the price for being involved even if that price is just being in jail for 48 hours over the long weekend (when she has 6 protests to cover)

Seattle municipal code don’t apply on the state highway. Those are state police, not Seattle PD
