Friday, May 3rd 2013
We will need to do this on Friday because it will require all day and I do not want to impact Saturday's events. We need at least 10 participants and not more than 15.
This course was developed for military small unit field conditions. As most civilians groups
will not have support capability I will present it with austere conditions in mind.
Cost will be $100 per person with half going to support the PATCON

ReplyDeleteGreat to be part of Autumn PATCON and look forward to sponsoring and being part of Spring PATCON.
The Right to own Private Property that cannot be arbitrarily confiscated by the government is the moral and constitutional basis for Individual Freedom.
Our founders gave us the gift of Freedom in 1776. With the blessings of God and the courage and sacrifice of III PerCent Patriots now, we will pass that gift on to future generations.

I suggest next time we do an all day TCCC starting on Friday.
ReplyDeleteA most gracious offer, I appreciate it and see no reason not to do it.
Brock as always I am in for a penny and in for a pound. SFMedic many thanks and a full day class sounds great.
ReplyDeleteI was surprised Jack beat you to the punch this time.:)
DeleteSounds great, but May is 6(!?) months away. Anybody, anywhere getting together somewhere? for a frikkin soda even? I'm in greensboro. I'd love to at least correspond with likeminded individuals, hopefully before May. Former Yankee. Former squid. currently a builder/remodeler in g'boro. Got an awesome set of tools.

I didn't factor in that some are driving a good distance the morning of.
They may well be, though they can camp the night before. I can change it now or put 8-9, or should we wait until we are closer to the date and then ask all participants what they prefer? The call is yours, Sir.:)

DeleteLooks like we have 31 for the PATCON and 9 for the TCCC with 3 more in the mail for both the PATCON and the TCCC which makes 34 and 12, so 3 openings left for the TCCC.
Bobby Snow: I don't have your email. Please send to brocktownsend@gmail.com and thanks.
DeleteReceived funds from Israel Barkley and Kevin for the TCCC and PATCON. Thank you for the kind words and same here. See you soon!

ReplyDeleteWe'll be coming in Wednesday instead of Thursday for any who might like to start the campfire that night and camp. Dixie's final exam days have changed for the third time and the last two were in the space of less than 24 hours. Anything the government is in charge of is a joke. At any rate, we may have to come back Sunday night instead of Monday, but all are welcome to keep the campfire going and spend the night on Sunday. See y'all there!:)

DeleteI fail to understand why you would respond in this way and why you would think so.
I now see the :-) and/or ;-) didn't make it through.
DeleteAnd there WAS one person a bit earlier this year that was a bit pi$$ed with what one of our previous Citadel members had penned, and took it upon himself to mention that I should be removed from the guest list. I'm not sure that information made it to your inbox, but it sure made it to mine.
Check being sealed in the envelope for Millerized +1 and a III Arms 'fee' (or donation for toilet paper/tissues) And another :-) and ;-) added for good measure.

DeleteIf you still have it, please send it to me.
I don't. But, I will let the author relay the facts to you if they choose to do so. I've ignored it as 'one's man's reaction to another mans opinion, with the response directed at me as being guilty by association'. Opinions being what opinions are, and all that.
DeleteReminds me of:
DeleteIf you have any fault to find with any one, tell him, not others, of what you complain; there is no more dangerous experiment than that of undertaking to be one thing before a man's face and another behind his back.
We should live, act, and say nothing to the injury of any one. It is not only for the best as a matter of principle, but it is the path of peace and honor.

I'll have the missus, and you may need to keep HER hands off Miss Dixie. (and another :-) for good measure)
DeleteI assume you are bringing gear, so I'll order an extra table for you and thanks. When will y'all arrive? Oh, I forgot that you are a Yankee, so "When will you two arrive, dear Sir.":)
DeleteNo sir, no gear that I know of unless the mill starts spitting out things worthy of display. If it does, I'll bring my own table as I did yesterday.
DeleteMostly, the missus and I are there to listen, meet those who take me out of her reach for days at a time, and her to learn first hand about what we do and who we are.
And I'm only a Yankee by birth year. My heart belongs to this Republic as she was born, not as divided by those who came after.

ReplyDeleteGood morning Brock,
I just wanted to let you know that I bought 9 tickets for the raffle that Sam put up on his blog. I want them to go to the people that attend your PatCon, have a special drawing for them, use them as a door prize, whatever you can think of. I know its not much, but I've been trying to think of some way I could contribute and Sam made it easy for me. Wish I could be there.
Best,
