I'm from New York and I love Collards. First had them years ago when we visited my step-dad's family in... North Carolina! Greatly enjoyed southern cooking and hospitality!
That's racist. LOL Recalling the golf tournament in August, GA when Tiger Woods won and fried chicken and collards were mentioned. This man (can't recall who he was) had to step down from his position at the country club. It was racist, don't you see!
