Illegal aliens who can’t afford it after they are detained for breaking immigration law do not have to post a bond to be released from federal prison says a federal judge in Seattle.
U.S. District Judge Robert Lasnik “said that the immigration court’s blanket refusal to consider conditional parole for immigrant detainees potentially impinges on a detainee’s due-process and liberty interests.”

Illegal Aliens Complain About Most Everything
Galeano, who entered the country illegally last November and was detained for more than five months, said the children are unaccustomed to being restricted to the facility and have trouble with the more rigid eating and schooling schedules. She said the food, such as reheated vegetables and chicken mixed with pineapple and oranges, is also foreign to them.

Ah seattle - I'm no longer surprised.
ReplyDeleteMaybe an earthquake will break that part off.
DeleteThis is disgusting. They have no shame.
ReplyDeleteEvidently no commie ever has.
DeleteIf Galeano doesn't like his accomodations and the food perhaps we should send him back to wherever he came from. I'm certain he can eat whatever he wants there. And this judge needs to be tarred and feathered for his actions, complete and utter disrepsect for the law. By the way prison is not suppose to be cozy, if it were no one would want to leave it. It is meant to be a hard place where you are forced to live with no freedom so maybe you can learn to appreciate it when you get out and stop breaking the law!

DeleteA novel thought to commies.
Next thing you know, they will be whining and complaining about is mistreatment of thing printed in and spoken in this foreign language called english. And how the FUSA needs to have every communicated in their native langauge, spanish. Er, wait a minute, I forgot about Home Depot. Or here in the socialist paradise of Minneapolis MN, knowing english is not required for voting.
ReplyDeleteSecede! :)
DeleteAnd this judge has not been tarred and feathered because?????
ReplyDeleteObama had no luck with guns, but did get away with banning tar and feathers........:)
DeleteOh heck just one for old times sake
