The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, once considered one of the most conservative in the country, has moved to the left in recent years. But if you think that means it is showing a greater regard for individual rights and civil liberties, think again. According to a ruling the court handed down on March 13, the appropriate range of punishments for possessing a small amount of marijuana includes summary execution.

  1. Want to commit murder? All you need is a badge and a sprinkling of the magic fairy dust of government authority. That's why Law Enforcement attracts so many bully's and sociopaths. What other job allows one to engage in the most brutal conduct AND get paid for it. Even soldiers are restrained by more restrictive rules and punishments even while in combat.

  2. Mix together cyanide and water and spray in the face of the mark. Undetectable.
Shades of Breitbart come to mind.

  3. I just heard that the other day and do wonder if that is what happened to Breitbart. Doubt nothing these days, that's for sure.

  4. Agreed. He just had a physical and was pronounced A-Okay. Walks out of
a coffee shop and drops dead. Too young and no known cardiac problems.
Wish there was a video of him on the sidewalk prior to his going down.
I am pretty sure this has been done to lots of people and diag. with heart failure.
I was the one who mentioned it before as I heard it on the Mobsters Documentary
and a undercover FBI agent was telling the story. The agent said he watched to
see if the said mobster put his hands near his pockets or inside his jacket and
he told his boss he would kill him right then as the mobster wasn't going to
do that to him. Chilling. Can't remember the mobster's name as the names are
    complicated.
