Zimbabwe's remaining white farmers will now get 99-year land leases according to a new government policy that marks a dramatic change from widespread evictions of whites from farms.
President
Emmerson Mnangagwa is breaking away from the seizure of thousands of
white-owned farms carried out by his predecessor and mentor Robert
Mugabe, who resigned in November under military pressure. The new policy
will give remaining white farmers new security from expropriations.
The
lands ministry has instructed its provincial officers that the policy
should be implemented "with immediate effect," according to a copy of
the directive seen by The Associated Press.
Mr.
Mnangagwa's move has been welcomed by many white farmers, who see it as
a step toward restoring their involvement in Zimbabwe's agriculture.
Amazing how starvation will change attitudes. Whites should just abandon these farms in respect to the many other white farmers that have been murdered.

What a joke! I saw a video story about two years ago when Trump was seriously talking about his candidacy and it had to do specifically with the unspoken reference to this being our country and the rest of the world does not have the right to just show up here.
ReplyDeleteEmbedded in the story was a video link about a White Zimbabwean farmer who's family had a sizeable farm that raised both crops and livestock. This was in the late 80's when things in that country were still fairly stable and this man had just purchased the tract of land that would become his family farm. Then the story fast-forwarded into the early 00's and what has happened to too many White farmers there. The blacks began squatting on his land claiming that it was theirs now and that he had no right to it - despite the fact that he employed almost two dozen locals to help him run/manage it. At one point he hired a black Zimbabwean lawyer to help him sue the government in international court for seizing his farm - claiming he had stolen the land from locals, despite him producing the deed to the land when he first purchased it.
After a very lengthy trial which entailed many delays - due to the Zimbabwean government doing everything possible to stonewall the legal proceedings - he eventually won his case and the international court stated that his land had been illegally seized and that the govenment had to return it to him. Surprisingly the Zimbabweian govt acquiesced and allowed him to keep his land, they even gave him official documents stating so. He returned to his farm and told the squatters they had to go and he showed them the official documents to prove it. Not only did they laugh at him, they then proceeded to go on a rampage, attacking his family and those he employed on the farm (They ended up killing his son and son in law. He and his wife and daughter were beaten nearly to death before some of his employees managed to drag them to safety) they then killed off all of his livestock and burnt the rest of the farm to the ground. All the while this was going on around him, waving the documents in the air, he kept calmly telling the squatters that according to the law, they had to leave. Despite being armed, he made no attempt to drive them from his land by force. I'm sure this gentleman was a very decent fellow, indeed during the half-hour interview it was obvious to anyone watching that he was a man that most of us would love to have as a neighbor. His fatal mistake was that he attempted to appeal to these squatters as his equals. He mistakingly believed that they would respect the law, just as he had to, but he - for whatever reason -failed to understand that the squatters weren't interested in the law. In fact one of them told him repeatedly "No white, those are your laws and we do not follow them. Those days are over with."
Why am I mentioning this? Because the article the video link was embedded in was entitled, "White Americans wake up! If any amnesty is passed, the following is what you all will be facing less than fifteen years from now!" Like the good-hearted, but dangerouly naieve farmer in the story above, too many Americans will be screaming about the rule of law and the Constitution to the invaders, even as their families are butchered in front of them and their homes put to the torch. We saw a glimpse of the future in 2016 when average Americans who supported President Trump were savagely attacked in broad daylight while those who are sworn to protect them were told to stand there and watch by politicians that despised them. If things do not change and change quickly, sadly, what you just read is the future of White Europeans.
