Gregg Jarrett: Donald Trump Jr. did not violate campaign laws -- Pelosi and others are wrong

Via Billy

The law is common sense. Yet, it is created by lawmakers who seem to be lacking any sense at all.  Many of them do not understand their own laws.

Nancy Pelosi recently proved this point. The House Minority Leader held a news conference, surrounded by like-minded Democrats, during which she declared that Donald Trump Jr. had broken campaign laws when he met with a Russian lawyer during last year’s presidential campaign to obtain negative information on the Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton.  Here is what Pelosi said:

“This is a campaign violation: soliciting, coordinating, or accepting something of value --opposition research, documents, and information—from a foreign national. Plain and simple.”

In truth, it is plain and simple that Pelosi is wrong. And so are many others who have joined the chorus of condemnation based on laws they have surely never read. Allow me to help them out.

Report: O'Reilly And Hannity Have Talked About Teaming Up At Sinclair Broadcasting

O’Reilly’s departure from Fox News surprised a lot of people.

It just doesn’t seem right tuning into Fox News in the evenings and not seeing the king of cable news do his thing.

The turmoil over at Fox has cost several people their jobs and fixtures like O’Reilly, Greta, and Megyn Kelly are now distant memories.

The shakeup might not be over either. A lot of people out there seem to think that Hannity could be on his way out soon.

Map of the world by Ottoman admiral Piri Reis, drawn in 1513

On a chilly winter day in 1929, Halil Edhem, the Director of Turkey's National Museum, was hunched over his solitary task of classifying documents.  He pulled towards him a map drawn on Roe deer skin. As Halil opened the chart to its full dimensions (two feet by three feet wide or 60 X 90 cm) he was surprised by how much of the New World was depicted on a map which dated from 1513.

The document was the legacy of a pirate turned Turkish Admiral, Piri Reis (circa 1470-1554). He was born in Gallipoli, a naval base on the Marmara Sea and was the nephew of Kemal Reis, a pirate who had reinvented himself as a Turkish Admiral adventurer who had made his name in naval warfare. At the time, the distinction between pirate and Admiral was more flexible than might be expected from looking back through a Hollywood lens.

Mark Levin's top selling book diss-moted by New York Times

Via Billy

Media mogul Mark R. Levin's new conservative book, Rediscovering Americanism, has swamped the competition, selling over 100,000 copies in three weeks, but its deserved No. 1 ranking in the New York Times best-seller list is over.

Despite leading all nonfiction hardcovers in sales for three weeks, the upcoming Times rankings will have the book at No. 2 in their secretive process. That list is for the issue of July 30. A copy is shown below.

"The New York Times obviously hates" the book, said the top-rated conservative talk show host on the "Mark Levin Show" this week.

A wild fight between a Fresno Starbucks customer and a knife-wielding robber was caught on surveillance video, showing how a 58-year-old man who police Chief Jerry Dyer called a “courageous hero” put his own life at risk to thwart the crime.

Both hero Cregg Jerri, 58, and suspect Ryan Michael Florez, 30, were stabbed during the fight Thursday that lasted for about a minute. Florez got away and later tried to tell police he was himself a victim of a robbery.

Mueller found the man (Trump), now he’ll find the crime

Via David

If Bloomberg News report is accurate as to expanded probe of Trump, then we’re heading into Soviet territory.

The NY Times has published excerpts of its interview yesterday with Donald Trump.

While there were several newsworthy comments, most focus is on the criticism of Jeff Sessions recusing himself from the investigation and the resulting appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Sessions’ recusal is the most consequential event of the Trump presidency so far, because it resulted in what appears to be a wide-ranging investigation into Trump.

As posted earlier, the Mueller team appears to be larger in size than would be needed for an investigation into Russian meddling in the election, something I pointed out in Mueller legal team approaching size of entire US Attorney’s Office for Rhode Island.

That team and its staffing suggest that Trump would be at risk even if there was no underlying crime, Trump at risk from Comey/Mueller: If “they don’t get you on the crime, they get you on the process”.

GOP consultant: Kid Rock would be 'prohibitive favorite' if he enters Michigan Senate race

The report drew parallels between Kid Rock and then-candidate Donald Trump, who was also underestimated when he first threw his name into the presidential race.

A Republican consultant says singer Kid Rock would be “prohibitive favorite” if he enters the Michigan Senate race.

“I think there’s no question about that. I think he’s the prohibitive favorite if he gets in,” Dennis Lennox, a Michigan-based Republican political consultant, told Politico.

The musician, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, just needs to steer clear of getting caught up in any serious scandals, Lennox said.

“Presuming Kid Rock doesn’t get caught in bed with a little boy, or beat up a woman between now and August 2018, he’s going to win the nomination if he gets in,” Lennox predicted.

Sam Davis Youth Camp 2011 To The Tune of General Lee's Grand March

 Sam Davis Youth Camp 2013

Campers learn valuable lesson in liberty & the First Amendment.

This past Wednesday the Sam Davis Camp took its field trip to Waco - for the past 4 years we have always dropped the 25 X 40 foot battle flag from the old 1870 Waco Suspension Bridge and save for horn blowing and high fives have not aroused any interest.

Not this year. We dropped the flag over the bridge so our boat tour campers could see it as they passed under the bridge. After furling it we noticed a Waco Park Ranger poking around and figured out someone had told him about our flagging.

No flag in sight so he soon left. After he left we decided to drop the flag over the bridge & see if he returned. We did & he did! He walked up to our kids & politely demanded that they furl the flag "can't display a flag without a permit" he said- I walked up and told him we had a permit - called the First amendment.

"sir he said you can't fly the American flag without a permit here." I said I doubted that - and told him our flagging was planned to be over shortly with or without a permit.

Another 5 minutes and we brought the flag up and folded it only to be confronted by an offended snowflake who accused us of racism & "shouting" at the community. We argued politely he threw us an FBomb and left. Some of us then started the walk to our next venue the old Fort House on 5th & Webster.

As we left our photographer noticed the snowflake using his phone. As we walked up Franklin Street we noticed 3-4 cop cars with sirens blowing approaching us. I joked: "Hide everyone - they are after us as flag mobbers!"

They were - they stopped at the Suspension bridge looking for us - snowflake had called in on us. Of course us flag criminals had flown the coop. Best lesson in liberty and what really confronts us ever taught at the Sam Davis Camp.

After US Neurosurgeon Says He Can Treat Charlie Gard, the Baby’s UK Doctors Still Think He Should Die

Via Billy

Earlier this week, an American neurosurgeon flew to the U.K. to evaluate terminally ill baby Charlie Gard after a so-called E.U. “High Court” ruled the infant should be allowed to die.

Dr. Michio Hirano spent hours with Charlie and determined his experimental therapy could potentially help treat the baby. Charlie suffers from a rare genetic condition called mitochondrial depletion syndrome and has apparently suffered brain damage.

Dr. Hirano disagrees with British doctors that Charlie has suffered “irreversible brain damage.”

But the British doctors at the hospital that has been treating Charlie are still “unconvinced” by Dr. Hirano’s assessment and believe he should be allowed to “die with dignity,” according to the Telegraph.

There's no real reason for on-camera White House press briefings

Via Billy

Sarah Sanders and Sean Spicer are White House officials, not circus monkeys. They're not there to put on a show. (AP Photo/Alex Brandon)

Listening to the national media explain why daily on-camera press briefings from the White House are crucial is like listening to a child lay out to his parents all the big reasons he needs a new iPad:

I need it!

I just do!

But even children can be more persuasive. (It will help me with my homework!)

On the other hand, reporters and critical Democrats who insist that American democracy depends on live cameras at the briefings can't offer a single intelligible purpose for them.

U.S. immigration raids to target teenaged suspected gang members

U.S. immigration agents are planning nationwide raids next week to arrest, among others, teenagers who entered the country without guardians and are suspected gang members, in a widening of President Donald Trump's crackdown on illegal immigrants.

The raids are set to begin on Sunday and continue through Wednesday, according to an internal memo seen by Reuters. The teenagers targeted will be 16- and 17-years-old.

Schumer: Dems, not Russia, are to blame for loss to Trump

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) says that Democrats, not Russia, are to blame for Hillary Clinton’s loss to President Trump.

“When you lose to somebody who has 40 percent popularity, you don’t blame other things - [James] Comey, Russia - you blame yourself,” Schumer said in an interview Saturday with The Washington Post.

“So what did we do wrong? People didn’t know what we stood for, just that we were against Trump. And still believe that.”

Last year, much of the Democrats’ strategy hinged on criticism of Trump in hopes that the many controversies swirling around the GOP presidential candidate would damage down-ballot Republicans, a plan which largely failed.

In May, Clinton blamed former FBI Director Comey and Wikileaks for her election loss.

The Trajectory of Collectivism

 Lies of Omission

There is a reason certain things don't make sense. Here we are, all of us (humans) currently in a moment of time when nothing makes sense. This is always preparatory to war. In other words, things are not progressing in a rational way, but the nature of things have been hijacked and directed to the benefit of only a few.

When nature is progressing it is almost always to the benefit of the greater majority. As example, when the greatest number of human beings are toiling to their own benefit, the future progresses along one line, when those same human beings are being directed to the benefit of only a few, it progresses along another.

Comment on Jill Stein Drops Truth Bomb on DNC: Mocks Crazy Ru...

Good for her. The endless barrage of Russian conspiracy theories and Russiaphobia rhetoric being pushed by MSM, is total BS. They have never provided a single shred of evidence which has not be thoroughly and objectively discredited by cyber security experts with decades of technical experience. What makes matters worse, is that many of the MSM presstitutes who spew this diarrhea out of their mouths, don't even believe the narratives they're pushing. CNN is probably the biggest purveyor of Russia-phobia propaganda, but what do they really think when the TelePrompTer is turned off?

Below are some quotes from two representatives of CNN, admitting that the narrative is BS, and that it's all about ratings (money). Of course, it's not just about ratings, but this reckless propaganda campaign also advances the political agenda of soulless war profiteers. That being said, terrifying the masses in order to advance a political agenda, or to affect government policy, fits nicely under the USG's own definition of domestic terrorism. This is why I despise the MSM.

Journalist-"What do you think is going to happen this week with the whole Russia thing?"

Van Jones, CNN- "Ah, the Russia thing is just a big nothing burger."

Journalist- "Why is CNN always like, Russia this, Russia that?"

CNN supervising producer, John Bonifield- "Because its ratings. Our ratings are incredible right now."

Journalist- "But honestly, you think the whole Russia $h!t is just like, bull$h!t?"

CNN supervising producer, John Bonifield- "Could be bull$h!t. I mean, it's mostly bull$h!t right now. Like, we don't have any big giant proof."

CNN supervising producer, John Bonifield- "I love the news business, but I'm very cynical about it and at the same time, so are most of my colleagues....(laughs)...I'm not alone."

Some of them don't even believe their own BS, and yet there are suckers sitting at home, scared out of their minds because of this totally fabricated BS. Absolutely disgusting.
