"......... -via indulgency fees- from the benefactors therein; apparently the fiasco election of 2018 will be Brenda Snipes last.  Good riddance." (To bad rubbish. )
FLORIDA – Just hours after finishing a tumultuous election recount on Sunday, Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes submitted her resignation.
“It is true. She did send it,” said Burnadette Norris-Weeks, an attorney who works as counsel to the Supervisor of Elections Office.
Evelyn Perez-Verdia, a former office spokeswoman who left several years ago, said Sunday evening she was told by people in the office that the letter was sent “to Tallahassee” earlier in the day.

Norris-Weeks said she saw an early draft of the letter. In the version she saw, she said Snipes, 75, expressed a desire to spend more time with her family. (Of course, who would have thought otherwise.....🙄)

Macron's popularity falls to 25 percent: poll

The popularity of French President Emmanuel Macron has dropped to just 25 percent, according to a major tracker poll published on Sunday.

The poll by research group Ifop was published in the Journal du Dimanche a day after a nationwide "yellow vest" protest against high fuel prices that analysts say has come to represent widespread frustration with the 40-year-old president.

The results of the widely watched poll showed an overall fall of four points in November from the previous month, with only four percent of respondents saying they were "very satisfied" with Macron's performance, while 21 percent were "mostly satisfied".

Gorka: John F. Kennedy wouldn't be allowed in Democratic Party

Former White House aide Sebastian Gorka took aim at Rep.-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and progressive members of the Democratic Party in a new interview, asserting that former President Kennedy would not be welcome in the modern-day incarnation of his party.

In an interview airing Sunday on AM 970 in New York, Gorka tells "The Answer" host John Catsimatidis that a "hardcore, pro-nationalist" such as Kennedy would be unwelcome in the party.

Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes told reporters Saturday that “racism” was probably the reason she was receiving so much backlash.
Or maybe because she is incompetent and a crook?

On Election night Brenda Snipes originally reported 634,000 votes were cast in the midterm election in her county.

By last week on Friday morning Snipes said 717,000 votes were cast in her county in the midterm election.

Broward County Democrats mysteriously found 83,000 votes in two days!

She still has not explained how this happened.

Corsi: “Criminals are running the Department of Justice. My crime was that I dared to support Donald Trump”

Many Americans have either forgotten or simply lost interest in Robert Mueller’s Trump/Russia collusion investigation. It was not raised as an issue during the midterms. A CNN exit poll found that “54% of respondents think the Russia probe is “politically motivated”; a 46% plurality disapprove of Mr. Mueller’s handling of it.”

It’s anyone’s guess whether the probe, which began 18 months ago, will wind down soon or continue.

Teacher Jim Furkin was told not to come back to his school in Missouri after he thanked students for standing for the Pledge of Allegiance

A long-time substitute teacher was told not to come back to his school in Missouri after he thanked students for standing for the Pledge of Allegiance.

Teacher Jim Furkin, 66, thanked students for standing for the pledge but at least one student who did not stand felt singled out and bullied, according to DailyMailTV’s St. Louis affiliate FOX 2 News.

It is a school district where school board members stand and recite the pledge at every meeting and where the Parkway South nickname is 'Patriots.'

Loggers support Trump's claim that wildfires caused by 'poor forest management'

A national logging organization is offering support to President Trump following catastrophic wildfires in California and a political debate over the causes of the destructive blazes.

“President Trump blamed poor forest management for wildfires in California and throughout the West, and there is truth to statements he has made,” said Daniel Dructor, executive vice president of the American Loggers Council, a coalition of state and regional associations that represents independent contract loggers.

“It’s time to rise above political posturing and recognize that active forest management — including logging, thinning, grazing and controlled burning — are tools that can and must be used to reduce fire risks and help mitigate the impacts to landscapes,” Mr. Dructor said in a statement.

According to the council, some 60 million to 80 million acres of national forest are at “high, to very high, risk of catastrophic wildfire.”

Tijuana Mayor Juan Manuel Gastelum said Thursday that caravan migrants arriving by the hundreds are no longer welcome, an increasingly common sentiment among residents of the Mexican border city.

Gastelum described the caravan of Central American migrants as a “horde” that has been infiltrated by criminals who now threaten the community, in an interview with Milenio Television.

“Tijuana is a city of immigrants, but we don’t want them in this way,” the mayor, a member of the conservative National Action Party, said. “It was different with the Haitians, they carried papers, they were in order. It wasn’t a horde, pardon the expression.”

Gastelum called on the Mexican government to deport the caravan migrants as soon as possible.
“You’re going to tell me we have to respect human rights,” he said. “But human rights are for law-abiding humans.”
