Developers of artificial micro-humans, or ‘mini GM humans,’ are hoping to release their technology on the market by 2017. No this isn’t a sci-fi joke. Scientists are developing artificial humans in the same vein as GM plants with the hope that these creations will replace the need for using animals in laboratory testing.

Artificial humans will be ‘farmed’ with interacting organs that can be used in drug tests, speeding up the process of FDA and other government regulatory approvals, and supposedly without damaging rats or other animals currently used in laboratories. The GM humans will contain smartphone-sized microchips that will be programmed to replicate up to 10 major human organs.

Each GM human will be tiny – roughly the size of a microchip itself, simulating the response of humans to substances inhaled, absorbed in the blood, or exposed to in the intestinal tract.

Early versions comprising an artificial kidney, heart, lung or gut are already being used by the cosmetic industry and to observe the use of chemical drugs on non-GMO humans.

The Times of India reported that researchers said this could replace up to 90 million animals each year in labs. Uwe Marx, a tissue engineer from Technische Universitat Berlin and founder of TissUse, a firm developing the technology said:
“If our system is approved by the regulators, then it will close down most of the animal-testing laboratories worldwide.” said.

The tragic end of Anneliese and her family

For Roswell's comment on 1945: The Russians Were Coming: East Prussia And Battle Of KOENIGSBERG

Tante Marie (born in Richmond, married her German cousin, who held a doctoral degree of what we don't know,  and lived there through both world wars) was the aunt of my brother-in-law, a VMI graduate. My sister complied a book which has her correspondence with the Army, government and her brother in Richmond from 1945 until 1949 when she returned to this country.  There are many fascinating letters. She had more food during the war years living in Germany than she had the two years after when the allies were in control. Wrap your mind around that. Also, they were terrified of the Russians and one of her relatives lived through days of horrid Russian occupation, but after they left and she found that they were returning, killed herself and her children. Imagine the horror. Excerpt below:

Neuwied, June 15,1946

"Did you ever get the letter telling you of the tragic end of Anneliese and her family? No one of you mentioned it. She was in Dresden with her mother and sister when the Russians came in. He husband died in the war several years ago. She and her two dear little boys, her mother and sister committed suicide out of fear of future happenings. How she must have suffered to be induced to such."

Killer Terry Froman

The article below strangely neglects to show a picture of the culprit, can't imagine why........

A Kentucky teenager was killed in his home after trying to protect his mother from her estranged boyfriend, and the woman was abducted and later found dead in Ohio during a multistate police search, a sheriff said Friday.

The suspect, Terry Froman, 41, of Brookport, Illinois, was taken into custody in the Cincinnati area and faced murder and kidnapping charges back in Kentucky, said Dewayne Redmon, the sheriff in Graves County in western Kentucky.

The suspect was taken to a hospital to be examined, Redmon said.

The old days weren't better. Couldn't match today's 40% illegitimate babies........

Thirty-six percent of the generation of Americans born from 1993 through 2012, the eldest of whom will turn 21 this year, were born to an unmarried mother.

During those 20 years, 80.83 million babies were born in the United States, and slightly more than 29 million of them were born to single women, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

And in each of the last six years — 2008 through 2013 — at least 40 percent of American babies were born to unmarried mothers, the CDC noted.

In 1940, only 3.8 percent of American babies were born to unmarried women, and by 1960 the figure was still just 5.3 percent.

But the percentages began to climb significantly in the mid-1960s, reaching 10 percent in 1969, 20 percent in 1983, and 30 percent in 1992.

The burgeoning rate of women giving birth outside marriage has economic repercussions. In 2012, the poverty rate for single-mother families was 40.9 percent, compared to 8.9 percent for married-couple families, according to the National Women's Law Center.

And 80 percent of homeless families are headed by single women with children.

Four Men in Two Cities Killed in Acts of Islamic Jihad; Media, Obama, and Holder Silent

Brendan Tevlin was a 19-year old from New Jersey who had just finished his freshman year at the University of Richmond. Like many kids his age, he played sports and video games. He also liked to surf. Brendan also played the bagpipes and was a Eucharistic minister at his church. But none of those things led to his tragic death. What led to Brendan’s death is that he was an American.

marijuanagrowing Mysterious Men Dropping From Helicopters To Chop Down NorCal Marijuana Grows

There’s been some mysterious activity in the skies over Mendocino County lately. Folks who live there want to know: Who are the armed men dropping out of helicopters to chop down their marijuana grows?

They dress in combat camouflage, some of them hide their faces. This summer, a group of men in Mendocino County loaded into helicopters and flew missions to eradicate marijuana. They’re not police officers. They work for a security company called Lear Asset Management.

According to their promotional poster, the group works with law enforcement .That’s why Susan Schindler suspected the posse, when her medical marijuana garden was hit last month.

After 30 Years Of Lies, NY Times Admits “Assault Weapons Are A Myth”

In a stunning op-ed released Friday, the NY Times finally admitted that “assault weapons” are a made-up political term fabricated by anti-gun Democrats.

Op-ed writer Lois Beckett also admitted that once the term was manufactured and used to outlaw a class of weapons that dishonest anti-gun Democrats had used to con an entire nation, nothing happened.
It was much the same in the early 1990s when Democrats created and then banned a category of guns they called “assault weapons.” America was then suffering from a spike in gun crime and it seemed like a problem threatening everyone. Gun murders each year had been climbing: 11,000, then 13,000, then 17,000.

ISIS Beheads Briton David Haines, Threatens to Execute Another Briton, Alan Henning

The terror army ISIS has released a video titled "A Message to Allies of America" showing the beheading of British aid worker David Haines. Haines was 44-years-old, has two daughters and dedicated his life to helping refugees. He was taken captive in Syria last year and the terror army has been threatening to kill him since beheading American journalists James Foley and Steven Sotloff. It appears the same ISIS terrorist who killed Foley and Sotloff also killed Haines. ISIS has threatened to continue their killing spree and have another British citizen in their custody as a hostage.

1945: The Russians Were Coming: East Prussia And Battle Of KOENIGSBERG (Large Images)

East Prussia was the first German region visited by the Red Army, and to some extent the worst treated. The first incursion, at Nemmersdorf on 21 October 1944, was to be a foretaste. In the course of a single night the Red Army killed seventy-two women and one man. Most of the women had been raped, of whom the oldest was eighty-four. Some of the victims had been crucified. Gauleiter Koch refused to allow the population to flee. Hitler wanted East Prussia to prove the resilience of the German people. That autumn the East Prussians watched the departure of the birds: ‘Yes, you are now flying away! And us? What is to become of us and our land?
