How President Obama Sold Out Charlie Hebdo
Officials said late Wednesday that the suspects had been identified and that two were brothers. They were identified as Said and Cherif Kouachi, 32 and 34, and Hamyd Mourad, 18. French news reports said the brothers had been born in Paris, raising the prospect that homegrown Muslim extremists were responsible.

Two years ago, a crude video against Islam was used as pretext by Islamists in various countries for riots and violence. Though that same video had nothing to do with the coordinated attack on U.S. outposts in Benghazi, resulting in the assassination of U.S. ambassador Christopher Stevens and three others, the administration claimed it did. The administration even rewrote talking points to blame an imaginary protest against the video as leading to those deaths.

Not long after, President Barack Obama spoke at the United Nations. Among good things he said, he also had this to say about people who mock Islam, such as the brave, now martyred, journalists at the satirical French publication Charlie Hebdo:

Forcing females into combat is real ‘war on women’

Now that voters have disposed of the phony “war on women,” can we talk about real women fighting future wars?

More than 92 percent of active-duty Army women said in a recent official survey that they do not want and would not take direct ground combat (infantry) assignments. Nevertheless, President Obama plans to order women into the combat arms by January 2016.

Bill Clinton And The Pedophile: The Sex Scandal That Could Destroy Hillary’s Presidential Ambitions

 Bill Clinton - Public Domain

Why did a convicted billionaire pedophile named Jeffrey Epstein that pimped out underage girls to powerful men have 21 contact phone numbers for Bill Clinton?  And why did Clinton fly on “multiple occasions” to the private Caribbean island where Epstein regularly held wild sexual orgies?  Let me give you a hint: it was not to discuss politics over milk and cookies.  Every once in a while, we get a small peek into the twisted sexual world of the global elite.

In this case, a Florida lawsuit that alleges that Britain’s Prince Andrew had sex with a 17-year-old “sex slave” provided by Epstein is making headlines all over the planet.  But of potentially even greater importance is what this lawsuit is revealing about Bill Clinton.  If it can be proven that Bill Clinton had sex with underage girls provided by Jeffrey Epstein, that could potentially destroy any chance that Hillary Clinton has of winning the presidency in 2016.

The 17-year-old girl that Prince Andrew is alleged to have had sex with is named Virginia Roberts.  She is claiming that she once received $15,000 for having sex with him…

We don’t yet have many facts on the horrific French terror attack which killed writers and cartoonists who satirized Islam.  (It may still turn out to be a false flag attack.)

However, our initial gut reaction is that every website in the world should run the new cartoon which the paper published yesterday which allegedly was the cause for the terror attack.

Paul Joseph Watson – a smart, prominent, alternative blogger who has written widely on false flag attacks, Western aggression and related topics – had the same reaction, writing:

I Am Charlie: "I'd Rather Die Standing Than Live on My Knees"

Charlie Hebdo Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Stephane Charbonnier was killed today after Islamic terrorists stormed the newspaper's offices in Paris. This wasn't the first time the office came under attack after satirizing Islam and publishing cartoons depicting Mohammed. In 2011, the office was firebombed by Islamists as revenge for a cover mocking Sharia Law. In 2012, the office was threatened for publishing cartoons depicting Mohammed without clothing.

Lessons learned anew in Paris

I'm sure by now everyone's learned of the terrorist attack in Paris this morning, in which twelve people were killed and a similar number injured.  This is hardly the first attack of its kind, and it won't be the last.

The old truths have been confirmed once more.

Letter to BATFE Director

Via avordvet

The Honorable B. Todd Jones
Director Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives
99 New York Avenue, N.E.
Washington, D.C. 20226

Dear Director Jones,

I have read ATF Rul. 2015-1 which was intended to clarify your position on several issues. I would like to thank you for your indirect admission that a firearm receiver is not a “receiver”, as defined by the GCA of 1968, until it can house all of the necessary parts that it is intended to house. I know this was not your intent. However, your words are very clear.

PART 1. Statements and Admissions

  1. ) A “frame or receiver” and a “weapon”, are separately and uniquely defined in the GCA of 1968.
You correctly state on page 2 the following,

Section 921(a)(3), defines a “firearm,” in relevant part, as both a “weapon … which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive” (921(a)(3)(A)), and the “frame or receiver of any such weapon”

You correctly observe that both a “weapon” and the “frame or receiver” of a weapon are defined separately in the GCA. Thank you for this admission!
  1. ) The “may readily be converted” phrase only applies to “weapon” and not to “receiver”.
As can be seen by your admission, these are defined separately. Therefore, you are also admitting that “may readily be converted” applies only to “weapon” and not to “frame or receiver”. Thank you for this admission!
  1. ) The meaning of the word “manufacture” is “to make into a product suitable for use.”
On page 3 you correctly quote the Broughman Case,

See Broughman at 675 (“[T]he plain and ordinary meaning of the word ‘manufacture’ is ‘to make into a product suitable for use.’” (quoting Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary (2010))…

You love to quote court cases that agree with you and ignore ones that don’t agree. However, thank you for this admission!

Revolution In America

Via Michael  via WRSA

What would it take to overthrow the U.S. government? The question may seem academic, but all governments fail. The U.S. government will too, for the usual reasons: its ever increasing size, rapacity, and attempts to control all aspects of life; the corresponding shrinkage of its constituents’ liberty; imperial overreach; welfare-state bread and circuses; debt; spreading poverty; crony capitalism, rampant corruption; widening income disparities, and oligarchic arrogance. As clearly odious as the government is, shouldn’t we do all we can to move it towards its inevitable rendezvous with failure?

Tyler PD: 'Stand your ground' laws may be raised in Walgreens shooting case
But, he was a good boy..........:)

Police have identified a person involved in a weekend fatal shooting in Tyler and released new details in the case.

Fredy Neal, 65, of Tyler, was the shooter in the Saturday incident at Walgreens. Michael Caldwell was killed during the incident.

Investigators were told Saturday that Caldwell and his girlfriend were asked to leave IHOP at about 9:15 a.m. at Highway 64 west and Loop 323, after they caused a disturbance in the restaurant.

Tyler police were then called by a driver who stated that a male and female were out in traffic and looked as if they were going to get hit because the male was chasing cars on foot at Highway 64 west and Loop 323. Tyler police were en-route to the area to investigate.

Caldwell and his girlfriend then entered the Walgreens where they were also being disruptive, according to police.

Caldwell approached Neal outside of the store in the parking lot. He got into a verbal altercation with Neal as Neal was attempting to use the Red Box. Caldwell became more agitated with Neal as he attempted to keep Caldwell away from him.

Neal then pulled out a handgun and after several attempts to keep Caldwell from assaulting him, he shot him once in the chest.

& in fairy land: WH Unsure Whether Murderous Rampage in France Is 'Terrorism'

The CNN host asked, "Josh, when you talk about countering the message, you keep using the word violence. I mean, this is an act of terrorism, that's what the president of France called it -- an act of terrorism. You're referring to ISIS and other bad actors, it doesn't really matter who it is at the end of the day. You know you're fighting a very large group of people of somewhat similar concern. Do you see this as an act of terrorism, and is this something that has to be condemned on that level?"

‘IT’S TIME. RESIGN.’ Retired Cops Fly Huge Anti-De Blasio Banners Past NYC Skyline

Anti-Mayor Bill de Blasio plane banners fly over the Hudson Tuesday

Two more anti-Bill de Blasio plane banners flew over the Hudson on Tuesday.

The banners, according to a press statement by the group “Retired NYPD for a Safe New York,” are being flown past the city as part “of an organized campaign…to support the brave men and women protecting our streets, while protesting the glaring, dangerous disregard that Mayor de Blasio demonstrates toward the realities of public safety and those who protest our streets in particular.”

“We’re speaking as retired police officers,” a retired NYPD captain told The Daily Caller. “I think the message speaks for itself.”

Boehner Moves To Punish Dissenters, Despite Past Statements

Via Billy

Speaker of the House John Boehner is apparently punishing Republicans who voted against his re-election Tuesday, despite previously saying he would not do so.

Reps. Daniel Webster and Richard Nugent are both losing their seats on the House Rules Committee, Politico reported Tuesday evening. Both Florida Republicans voted for Webster instead of Boehner earlier in the day.

Such moves seem to contradict recent statements made by Boehner and his office.

Asked last week if any Republicans who voted against Boehner would be punished, spokesman Michael Steel told The Daily Caller by email: “Boehner has said publicly that there will be no retribution for ‘no’ votes.”

The 25 who stood against the Obama-Boehner Chess game should form their own party

Via Sioux "Let's Roll! The Patriot Party - I like it! She calls out Gowdy, Mia Love and Daryl Issa by name as betrayers. Done with all of them except the Brave 25.

There is no mystery about why 216 Republicans have thrown in with the Democrats against We the People;  no mystery whatsoever about why John Boehner and Nancy Pelosi played platform kissey-kissey when both got to keep their shameful jobs in yesterday’s sickening turn of events.

Politicians of all political stripes stopped taking the high road as soon as they arrived in the safe territory where their constituents could do nothing about their going along to get along trek through public office.

They are comfy in the knowledge that people are more interested in reading about which winter storms are headed their way; when Ebola will return to the radar; how Prince Andrew will wiggle himself out of the current pedophile scandal.

Politicians care not a whit about the disdain from the people who voted them in.  They are basking in the convenient ‘likes’ that come from Facebook as they continue to feather their own nests.

The shooters are still on the loose. French President Fran├žois Hollande called the attack on the Paris office of Charlie Hebdo an act of terrorism. Just before the shooting, the magazine tweeted a cartoon apparently showing ISIS’s top leader. Charlie Hebdo was firebombed in 2011 after it published a cartoon of Muslim Prophet Mohammed on its cover with the caption '100 lashes if you are not dying of laughter.'

.22’s (Mad Dog) And 52’s - Reconnaissence Operations And Ingenious Viet Cong & North Vietnamese Army Early Warning Systems

Via comment by Anonymous on The American Military and a Changed Person

The Viet Cong (VC) and the North Vietnamese Army (NVA) always knew when the B-52’s were coming.

We had to find out how.
The Missions:
Those who served in South Vietnam know that Strategic Force B-52 bombers were used intensively within South Vietnam in support of Military Assistance Command Vietnam (MACV) tactical objectives. The iron bomb strikes were used both on pre-planned missions and on targets of opportunity and were collectively named Arc Light missions. The bombers flew from bases both on Guam and Okinawa and each B-52 was capable of carrying 110 bombs of the 750 pound category.

The missions were invariably flown at altitudes above 30,000 feet where the planes were virtually unseen from the ground and inaudible to the naked ear. A network of ground control radar installations using a technique that was named Sky Spot was capable of bringing US air power to bear anywhere in South Vietnam with a very high degree of accuracy. A single B-52 put down a carpet of bombs approximately 600 meters wide by 1000 meters in length literally obliterating everything on the ground within that area.

It was also widely known that many Arc Light missions were compromised in some fashion – the troop concentrations, their primary objectives, were simply gone from the target areas by the time the bombs were dropped and detonated.

Almost invariably, Bomb Damage Assessment (BDA) ground-reconnaissance missions were inserted into the target areas to determine success or failure of Arc Light missions and almost invariably they found few if any casualties in the target areas throughout the entire war.
