art-link-symbol-small-rev01.jpg A Global Warming article from March, 2000
According to Dr David Viner ... within a few years winter snowfall will become "a very rare and exciting event. Children just aren't going to know what snow is," he said. The effects of snow-free winter in Britain are already becoming apparent... Professor Jarich Oosten, an anthropologist at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, says that even if we no longer see snow, it will remain culturally important, says Charles Onians in this article, Snowfalls are now just a thing of the past, at The Independent, Monday 20 March 2000.
Remus says - Time's up. Children have seen fourteen years of snowy winters since this "inconvenient truth" was published, some of 'em record-breakers. If these scientists had any personal integrity they'd get an actual job, optimizing bus schedules, say, and never annoy honest folks again.
art-link-symbol-small-rev01.jpg White Privilege Conference
If white kids need to be bitch-slapped from grades one through sixteen with the idea that white “racism” is bad, that would suggest they'd fall back into instinctual tribalism the moment you quit browbeating them. Your tirelessly aggressive indoctrination schemes imply a deep-seated insecurity about whether your beliefs are natural or have to be force-fed through tireless governmental, corporate, media, and religious brainwashing, says Jim Goad in this article, Softly wiping the chalk from the blackboard, at Taki's Magazine

The thugga factor - The dirty little secret hiding within U.S. crime statistics is that if one corrects for or subtracts out crimes committed by blacks, the rate for almost all forms of serious felony crime falls to well-below levels seen in Europe.

The sky is falling! IMF Warns: Global Stagnation If Ukraine Not Bailed Out

Via Timothy

Former congressman Ron Paul put it succinctly on Wednesday:
All this nonsense we hear now of bailing out Ukraine — it’s going to the bankers; it’s going for the politicians; it’s not really even going to help the people in Ukraine. It’s criminal. And yet the people here in this country are going to suffer.

These bailouts are always designed to bail out the banks. They are not designed to help the people — just like our bailouts were in ’08 and ’09. They were there to bail out the rich, the bankers, and the military industrial complex.

IMF boss recycles scary mantra used in 2008 to bailout too big too fail banksters.

IMF boss Christine Lagarde has recycled the bankster mantra as the globalists push for a bailout of Ukraine. “Geopolitical tensions” in Ukraine “could cloud the global economic outlook” and “could have broader spill over implications,” she told an audience at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

Lagarde fails to mention the same Orange Revolution kleptocrats who bankrupted the country previously will do the same after the IMF bailout.

Last week the IMF set aside around $18 billion to “rescue” Ukraine’s destroyed economy the West blames on the rule of Viktor Yanukovich, a democratically elected president who was replaced by a junta installed by the State Department.

Campaign of 1872 in North Carolina

http://library.duke.edu/exhibits/sevenelections/images/speex010070010-med.jpg

The political campaign of 1872 saw Grant win the presidency again, though the corruption and scandals of his administration like Credit Mobilier would not surface until after his reelection. His opponent, Horace Greeley, was outspoken against the black vote being manipulated by Grant’s party, stating that “they are an easy, worthless race, taking no thought of the morrow.” He thought the freedmen no longer deserved government support, his harsh injunction being that they must “root, hog, or die.”

Campaign of 1872 in North Carolina

“In the summer of 1872 . . . my immediate recreation was the heated political campaign which was then in full swing . . . the Republicans had put forward their contention along the most radical lines.  A black Negro man had practically dictated the platform, claiming complete civil and social rights; endorsing [scalawag Governor W.W.] Holden, who had been removed by impeachment from his governorship; and injecting various “isms” which had been imported by the carpet-bag elements.

The Democrats . . . had named for governor Judge [Augustus S.] Merrimon, from the mountain country and a life-long rival of Governor [Zebulon] Vance, a representative of the Union and war sentiment. In those days there was no place for a Democrat on the Democratic ticket.  Judge Merrimon was a ponderous person, addicted to the Websterian style of garment and the Websterian habit of four-hour speeches.  Vance had declined the nomination.

The national features of this election were historically and dramatically set.  As North Carolina voted in August, it led the procession . . . The Negroes voted for the first time for a president and were drilled [by Republicans] to vote early and often. The presidential contest was between the regular Republican party, supporting Grant, and the Liberal Republicans, whose candidate, Horace Greeley, had been endorsed by the Democrats.

Fred Douglas, the Negro orator, was sent into the denser populations of colored people in the eastern counties. He spoke before a multitude in Warrenton.  His racial instinct to magnify himself and display his superiority made him speak along lines that were so much metaphysics to the audience.  They had come to hear paeans of praise for [Republican] officeholders and denunciation of the old masters, with jests broad enough to get over the platform.

John Hyman, a colored barkeeper and later successful candidate for Congress, had placed on the speaker’s table a glass of sherry for Fred Douglas’s refreshment.  Douglas sipped it between perorations, explaining it to his audience that it was not liquor, but sherry wine; and that while it might have been worse, it puzzled him to see how.

This gave great offense.  His hearers did not believe him; and John Hyman, who had donated the wine, remarked that “Mr. Douglas’s manners – what he has – may be good enough for his northern friends but they don’t set well with folks who know what manners is.”

The regular Republicans followed the military tactics of Grant, their leader, and they sat down to the task of carrying the State in a thoroughly businesslike manner.  The Federal courts were prostituted to their purpose and issues thousands of orders for arrest for Democrats who were accused of belonging to the Ku Klux.

A quarter of a million dollars was spent on tipstaffs and underlings connected with the courts. Every branch of the Government was called upon to furnish its quota of force.  The Congress had passed bills promising social equality to the black; every State had a garrison of [Northern] troops placed conveniently to suppress any outbreak which should be kindled by political provocation.
The idea of allowing the possession of the Government to pass out of the [Grant Republican] party’s hands was not tolerated [and] . . . The result of the election was foregone.”

Armed Protesters Gather at Texas Open-Carry Rally After Tasing, Arrest of Man Walking with Loaded Rifle

Dozens of armed protesters gathered outside a San Antonio police station Sunday to let authorities know they aren’t happy that a man was tased and arrested after openly carrying his rifle while on a walk near his home a week ago, according to KSAT-TV in San Antonio.

Open Carry Texas also was protesting a city ordinance that outlaws carrying loaded weapons within city limits because, members said, state law prohibits municipalities from adopting any such ordinance.

Poll: Obamacare Unfavorability Swells to Nearly 60 Percent

 http://www.hyscience.com/obamacare3.jpg

Almost 60 percent of American voters view Obamacare unfavorably, a Rasmussen report revealed Monday:

Despite the Obama administration’s claim that it has exceeded its March 31 goal of signing up seven million Americans through new health insurance exchanges, overall unfavorables for the health care law are up from 54% two weeks ago. Most voters have had an unfavorable opinion of the law in regular surveys since the beginning of last year. But the latest finding matches the all-time high first reached in mid-November.

Georgia Mayor’s Response to Mayors Against Illegal Guns

Via avordvet

I do not support your efforts. I oppose efforts to require private sellers with minimal sales (non-dealers) to perform background checks. I am proud that gun shows are regularly conducted in Forest Park.

If you really want to reduce illegal gun sales, perhaps your energy would be better focused in petitioning the BATF to end its illegal gunwalking.
Because of Operation Fast and Furious, Brian Terry was murdered with a weapon sold by our own government.
Your organization claims that the goal is “protecting the rights of Americans to own guns, while fighting to keep criminals from possessing guns illegally,” yet none of your “Coalition Principles” further any such protections. One of the principles is to “keep lethal, military style weapons off our streets.” First, I am awestruck that you would focus on “lethal guns.”
It seems that guns’ lethality is the point of their design.
That you believe a gun’s “military style” makes it more lethal is asinine, and however you would define such style does not make guns so designed illegal. Your stated goals–protecting legal ownership and eliminating criminals from illegally possessing guns–are belied by your specific objectives. What you propose would convert what is currently legal possession into criminal behavior. You may have fooled other mayors, and you may have other fools who agree with your actual objectives, but you haven’t fooled me.
That your organization was founded by Michael Bloomberg, who criminalized the sale of sodas of a certain size, is telling. It is impossible to believe such a man is really concerned with the protections afforded by our Constitution.

Court Orders Man To Remove Criticism Of Cop From The Internet

“You’re gonna turn your guns over to me or I’m gonna place you under arrest.”

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO — The American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri filed a lawsuit today on behalf of a Second Amendment advocate whose free speech rights were violated. Last July, Jordan Klaffer was forced to remove social media postings criticizing a police officer in southeast Missouri.

Klaffer is a gun owner who frequently fires his gun at objects on private property. On May 1, 2013, Jerry Bledsoe, a police officer, confronted Klaffer while responding to a noise complaint. Klaffer videotaped the interaction, where Bledsoe issued an ultimatum to Klaffer to surrender his guns or be arrested. Klaffer refused to give up his guns and was arrested for disturbing the peace.

What the U.N. Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Conceals

 http://d3n8a8pro7vhmx.cloudfront.net/patriotvoices/pages/178/attachments/original/1347808619/facebook-cover-CRPD.jpg?1347808619

The mainstream media are in full cry for the U.S. Senate to ratify the U.N. Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). Watch out. When the United Nations starts talking about rights, the truth about what it’s really up to is often carefully concealed. There are always plenty of people in Washington happy to go along with these charades, but the supporters of the CRPD are taking willful blindness to new heights.

Last December, Senator Bob Corker, the Republican leader on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, announced that he was unable to support CRPD because it threatens U.S. sovereignty and federalism. “Ultimately, I’m unable to vote for a treaty that could undermine our Constitution and the legitimacy of our democratic process as the appropriate means for making decisions about the treatment of our citizens,” Senator Corker wrote. This treaty, he warned, doesn’t govern relations between countries but orders countries to change their domestic laws.

Senator Corker’s fears are right on point, but CRPD threatens more than our sovereignty, liberty, and democratic system.

Pink is the new Nazi brown

I once asked a journalist who was doing a story about my listing as a “hate group” by the Southern Poverty Law Center to ask SPLC what I would take for them to de-list me. SPLC replied to him that I would have to recant my book, “The Pink Swastika: Homosexuality in the Nazi Party” (co-authored with Orthodox Jewish researcher Kevin E. Abrams). I will never recant “The Pink Swastika” because it is the truth, so I guess I’m a SPLC “lifer.”

The most difficult thing to set aside for yourself in this day and age is time. But unfortunately, when it comes to surviving the end of life as we know it, time is the one thing you will have to set aside if you plan to get serious. Disasters are easily survivable. Put away enough food and water, and you can ride out most storms, even lengthy ones. But if the food supply never comes back online, what do you do then?

White Privilege explained

Via WiscoDave

 White Privilege AMEX

As a black man, I long to experience white privilege. Until the National White Privilege Conference came along, I thought I was getting as much privilege as any white man. Apparently not.

I’m told by my white friends that because of white privilege, orange juice is both more orangey and more juicy for white folks. Even when offered a taste of theirs, orange juice still tastes like orange juice to me.

One of my white friends said to me the other day that she wished with all her heart that I could hear music the way she hears music, because she of her“white privilege.” We even put the headphones up to our ears simultaneously, and you could dip me in butter, roll me in flour and call me “Biscuit,” because I swear that white girl was getting FAR more out of that music than I was.

Here I thought guilty white Liberals and ignorant black Liberals were making this up, but who knew God just made white people better!
