As of Monday evening, 41 Republican Senators have committed to a “Yea” vote in favor of Kavanaugh, however; 10 GOPers still have not their votes yet.

Pay special attention to these Republican Senators.

FOX News Congress reporter Chad Pergram has been reporting all day that sources are telling him Kavanaugh does not have 51 ‘yea’ votes yet.

Brett Kavanaugh needs a minimum of 50 Senators to vote ‘yea’ — and a vote from VP Mike Pence would take him to 51-49.

Here are the 10 Republican Senators who have not pledged their votes yet and their office phone numbers–CALL THEM

Rhetoric, Reality, and the Late Unpleasantness

The 1850s is viewed by most scholars as the crucial decade of the sectional crisis that resulted in the War Between the States. The Great Triumvirate of John C. Calhoun, Henry Clay, and Daniel Webster had passed from the scene.  These giants were replaced by lesser lights, and “the war came” as Mr. Lincoln claimed.  As historical explanations go, there are worse.  One may already discern the protests of the “righteous cause” crowd crying out against my neglect of the slavery issue, which we are told ad infinitum, ad nauseum was the sole cause of the great conflict.  If only this were true.

Kavanaugh Second Accuser Was George Soros Open Society Fellow

Brett Kavanaugh’s second accuser Deborah Ramirez was a senior fellow honored by George Soros’ Open Society Foundations.

Ramirez the Northeastern University professor joins a left-wing professor in Palo Alto in making accusations that Kavanaugh was physically inappropriate, but so far no concrete evidence has been presented implicating Kavanaugh in any wrongdoing. Ramirez claims Kavanaugh exposed himself in her presence at a high school party when he attended Georgetown Prep.

DOJ Staffer Caught on Deep State Tape Sting ‘No Longer Works for’ Department

Allison Hrabar, the career paralegal caught on a Project Veritas video sting on the “Deep State” that was released last week, is no longer with the Department of Justice, a DOJ source confirmed to Breitbart News.

“Allison Hrabar, the Justice Department paralegal who was the subject of the James O’Keefe report, no longer works for the Department effective midnight last night,” a DOJ source told Breitbart News on Monday morning.

Hrabar was featured prominently in the second video Project Veritas’ James O’Keefe released investigating the “Deep State”:

After the release of the video, there was a near-immediate push by top conservatives including Americans for Limited Government to get Attorney General Jeff Sessions to remove Hrabar from the Department of Justice.

The Department of Justice announced after the video came out that it was investigating Hrabar’s behavior:

Nolte: Ronan Farrow’s New Yorker Piece Debunks Ramirez Allegation Against Kavanaugh

WASHINGTON, DC - SEPTEMBER 04: Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh is sworn in before the Senate Judiciary Committee during his Supreme Court confirmation hearing in the Hart Senate Office Building on Capitol Hill September 4, 2018 in Washington, DC. Kavanaugh was nominated by President Donald Trump to fill the …

If anything, though, Ramirez’s story is even less credible.
Like Ford, neither of Ramirez’s witnesses recall the party or the alleged incident, nor does her best friend. What’s more, until Ramirez spent six days with her Democrat lawyer, she was unable to identify Kavanaugh as the man who exposed himself.

The New Yorker’s Ronan Farrow and his co-author Jane Mayer are under fire for publishing a second allegation of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. When you look at how thin the story is, that criticism might be valid.

But Farrow (pictured, top right) and Mayer (pictured, top left) deserve credit for writing the full story — a story that not only appears to debunk Deborah Ramirez’s allegation but exposes how the institutional left is aggressively working behind the scenes to destroy Kavanaugh with spurious accusations.

After 35 years of not being sure it was him, Ramirez now alleges that during a drunken dorm party during her and Kavanaugh’s freshman year at Yale in 1983, he exposed himself to her in such an aggressive way she ended up accidentally touching his genitals.

It is the party's most positive image since it registered 47% in January 2011, shortly after taking control of the House in the 2010 midterm elections. Forty-four percent give the Democratic Party a favorable rating.

As top Democrats speak out on sexual misconduct claims against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, they've been largely silent on physical and verbal harassment claims against one of their own: Rep. Keith Ellison, a top Democratic National Committee (DNC) official.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, revealed earlier this month she knew of the initial accusations that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted a woman in the early 1980s, when he and the accuser were teenagers. Feinstein, D-Calif., called for an immediate postponement of the Kavanaugh nomination process Sunday night after another woman publicly claimed he harassed her. Feinstein said the serious allegations deserve a “fair, independent” investigation from the FBI..

10 Serious Problems With New Accusations Against Kavanaugh

The New Yorker published new accusations on Sunday from a second woman who alleges that Judge Brett Kavanaugh acted sexually inappropriate towards her at a party during their college years.

Deborah Ramirez, 53, alleges that while she was at a Yale party, intoxicated to the point that she was on the ground in a "foggy" state "slurring" her words, Kavanaugh pulled his pants down and exposed himself to her.

The New Yorker report and a subsequent report from The New York Times both raise multiple red flags about the credibility of the allegations. Here are 10 key points compiled from both reports that raise serious questions about the claims:

Grassley: Dems 'withheld information' on new Kavanaugh allegation

A spokesperson for Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) on Sunday night said the panel will "attempt to evaluate" new allegations of sexual misconduct regarding Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

The spokesperson in a statement slammed Democrats for "withholding information" regarding the allegations.

"Yet again, Senate Democrats actively withheld information from the rest of the Committee only to drop information at politically opportune moments," the statement said, doubling down on his remarks that Democrats withheld the first allegation against Kavanaugh from Christine Blasey Ford, who went public last week.

Rosenstein exit could put Trump in political firestorm

  • Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is resigning, according to Axios, which cited a source familiar with the matter.
  • "He's expecting to be fired," a source close to Rosenstein told Axios, the website reported Monday. He plans to step down, Axios reported.
  • Rosenstein's expected resignation will immediately raise questions about the fate of the ongoing investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller, who is probing Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, and possible obstruction of justice by President Donald Trump.
