Texas Can Get Trump's Border Wall Accomplished

Image result for Texas Can Get Trump's Border Wall

Texas can make a border wall happen.  Many worry that courts will block President Donald Trump from building a border wall with funds reprogrammed from other projects under a declaration of an emergency.  However, Texas is in the more conservative Fifth Circuit, not the Ninth.

As an attorney who worked for Judicial Watch and more recently for Larry Klayman at Freedom Watch, this topic has prompted legal research by the author.

The border wall should be built exclusively in Texas at first, postponing California, Arizona, and New Mexico until after the Texas border is secure.  That will keep lawsuits in the Fifth Circuit and out of the Ninth.  Texas can make this happen.

Virginia Dems in Chaos. Lt. Gov. Issuing Assault Denial After #MeToo Allegation Erupts Online

Justin E. Fairfax, the lieutenant governor of Virginia, would become the only current African-American governor in the United States if Ralph Northam answers calls to resign.

If Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam were to resign after the blackface scandal that’s enveloped his office, the general feeling was, surely Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax would be an uncontroversial replacement.

Take former Vice President Joe Biden’s tweet about the controversy: “There is no place for racism in America,” he wrote. “Governor Northam has lost all moral authority and should resign immediately, Justin Fairfax is the leader Virginia needs now.”

If not for double standards, Democrat party leaders wouldn’t have any.

It was OK in the first decade of this millennium that Sen. Robert Byrd (D-WV) was considered the “conscience of the Senate” by his Demo colleagues, even though he had been an “exalted cyclops” in the Ku Klux Klan.

Last year it was OK that Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) was vice chairman of the Democratic National Committee at the same time he was an advocate for fellow Muslim racist Louis Farrakhan and his Nation of Islam black-supremacist haters calling for an “ethnostate.”

Gavin McInnes is suing the Southern Poverty Law Center after the group designated his former organization The Proud Boys as an extremist hate group and accused McInnes of advocating violence.

The SPLC officially designates McInnes former organization, The Proud Boys, as an extremist hate group and their website contains numerous articles about McInnes himself.

An article entitled Why are the Proud Boys so violent? Ask Gavin McInnes asserts, “Violence is at the core of their ideology and their primary tool for silencing their political foes” and blames McInnes for “blatantly promoting violence and making threats.”

Washington Post rushes to rescue Virginia Democrat from her late ...

The article even opens with Tran claiming she “misspoke” during the legislative hearing wherein she explained the limits (or lack thereof) of her bill.

Current Virginia law allows for late-term abortions, but only in cases where the mother’s life and/or health would be “substantially and irredeemably” harmed by taking the pregnancy to term. State law also requires that three physicians sign off on the procedure. Tran's bill seeks to remove the “substantially and irredeemably” language from state law. It also seeks to make it such that late-term abortions require the approval of only one physician. Lastly, Tran's bill would allow for second-term abortions to be performed in clinics, as opposed to only hospitals, as the state law currently requires.

Masked Marxists March on Stone Mountain Village Without a Permit

Via Reborn & Greg

Today,  200-300 heavily armed, and in some cases, masked Communists and AntiFa paraded in Stone Mountain. To make a long story short, they broke Georgia's mask law which states "A person is guilty of a misdemeanor when he wears a mask, hood, or device by which any portion of the face is so hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer and is upon any public way or public property or upon the private property of another without the written permission of the owner or occupier of the property to do so."(Georgia Code Title 16. Crimes and Offenses § 16-11-38). Unlike the counter-protest in Newnan, GA last year where several AntiFa members got thrown in cuffs by a Georgia SWAT team for refusing to remove their masks at a National Socialist Movement rally, Stone Mountain Police refused to enforce the law.

Mueller’s abuses on view for the world to see

Image result for Mueller̢۪s abuses on view for the world to see

Something struck a raw nerve in this country when 26 agents showed up with automatic weapons drawn in a pre-dawn raid to arrest Roger Stone, terrorizing his deaf wife. Suddenly, all the mumbo jumbo about special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation being objective and focused on national security melted away in the face of a police-state action so completely inexplicable.

There could be no real excuse for such a potentially dangerous, life-threatening action except to use police power for the purpose of intimidation, under the color and cover of law..
