“White People” Food?

A July 2017 article from, the hallmark of all popular wisdom of our time, was entitled, “15 Things You’ll Understand If You’ve Ever Eaten At A White Friend’s House.”[i] In the article, a series of snarky memes and illustrative pictures were meant to communicate the idea that “white people” don’t know anything about “spicing up” their food. In other words, food made in the houses of Caucasians is bland. This is an extremely common stereotype, probably best exemplified in recent memory by the “thanksgivingwithwhitefamilies” hashtag that was trending all throughout last year’s Thanksgiving season. There’s no doubt that the 2017 Thanksgiving season will see similar viral phenomena castigating perceived Caucasian culinary fare.

Eagle-Eyed Nunes Finds Loophole Clause That Allows GOP To Call Witnesses

Rep. Devin Nunes of California and other Republicans may get to call their witnesses in the House impeachment inquiry after all, thanks to a clause cited in a letter signed by nine GOP representatives.

The Thursday letter appears to exploit a loophole in an attempt to bring forward witnesses denied by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff.

The California Democrat previously denied many of Republicans’ witness requests, a power he was granted after a rule change earlier in the month.

According to Nunes’ letter, the newfound clause is “not displaced” by the rule change.

Vanity Fair’s Impeachment Data Is Terrible News for Democrats

 Andrew Harrer-Pool/Getty Images

I bet Pelosi is pissed. She thought it a mistake but finally went along with the crowd. Don't know how they're going to spin or get out of this.
We’ll start with my favorite numbers…
By a  yuge margin of 62 to 22 percent, the all-important Independent voters who will decide the 2020 election, especially in key states, say that impeachment is “more important to politicians than it is to me.”
Get this…
By another yuge margin, 61 to 23 percent, Independents say impeachment is more important to the media than it is to me.”
Vanity Fair concludes that these numbers can only mean “Impeachment proceedings are viewed as bread and circuses for the anti-Trump crowd in Washington and the media.”
Ya’ think?

The far-left Vanity Fair got its Trump-hating hands on some exclusive impeachment data, and it is all bad news for Democrats and their fellow coup plotters in the media.

The headline reads: “Polling Suggests Democrats’ Impeachment Push Could Alienate Key Voters.

The sub-headline reads: “Data exclusive to Vanity Fair shows impeachment could be a losing issue for Democrats hoping to recruit Independents in 2020. ‘Lots of people who don’t like Trump who are still prepared to vote for him,’ says one political science expert.”More @ Breitbart

1 of the 6 flag sites in Pittsboro, NC vandalized and pole cut down last night

Image may contain: shoes and outdoor

Patriots have been on the scene of one of our 6 flag sites in Pittsboro, NC this morning where one of our flag poles was vandalized and cut down last night. Police have been notified and an investigation is underway.

Meanwhile, a temporary flag has been raised in its place, and volunteers are working to clean up the site, where the terrorists tossed welded nails in an attempt to further damage personal property and cause bodily harm to any men, women, or children who help maintain the site. Just another example of the very real and stark difference between us and them.

The flag will be back up and flying soon, and no doubt once word spreads, we will get even more offers of land for more flag sites. Criminal activity like this is meant to intimidate, but only serves to strengthen our resolve. We survived four years of illegal invasion and 150+ years of reconstruction. This. Ain’t. Nothing.

Devin Nunes To Take Swift Legal Action Against CNN For ‘Demonstrably False’ Story

Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., talks with reporters after a meeting of the House Republican Conference in the Capitol on February 6, 2018.

House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA) announced Friday night that he is filing a lawsuit against CNN over a report that they published the same evening that alleged an indicted associate of Rudy Giuliani was willing to testify to Congress that Nunes met with a former Ukrainian prosecutor last year to discuss digging up dirt on former Vice President and current Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden.

“The attorney, Joseph A. Bondy, represents Lev Parnas, the recently indicted Soviet-born American who worked with Giuliani to push claims of Democratic corruption in Ukraine,” CNN reported. “Bondy said that Parnas was told directly by the former Ukrainian official that he met last year in Vienna with Rep. Devin Nunes.”

Auction: Confederate Items

Handguns:Single Action Revolver, Fine and Rare Second Model Griswold & Gunnison Confederate
Revolver.. ...
Fine and Rare Second Model Griswold & Gunnison Confederate Revolver.

Serial no. 2751 [barrel, cylinder and frame] and 51 [base of right grip panel, loading lever and wedge], .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch barrel. This second model example has the octagonal barrel lug with round barrel and brass pin front sight, brass frame, triggerguard, backstrap and one-piece walnut grip. The cylinder has the distinctive twist lines and safety pins between each nipple. This is an original example of a Confederate Model 1851 Navy type revolver that was manufactured in Griswoldville, Georgia, by Samuel Griswold. Approximately 3,700 made between 1862 and 1864.

Note: "Samuel Griswold, whose factory made these revolvers, was a transplanted Yankee from Connecticut. His first munitions production for the Confederacy was an infantryman's pike, in 1862. The success of the venture soon led to revolver production, and no Confederate maker outdid Griswold in quantity; few equaled him in quality. The CSA contracted Griswold for revolvers, an important point to collectors. The factory was thoroughly destroyed by Union forces in November 1864. Early collectors identified these arms as the Griswold and Grier, and sometimes that terminology is encountered today" as told in Flayderman's [10-009].

Condition: Very good to fine for this type of Confederate handgun. Finish primarily a bright grey patina with scattered signs of age, handling wear and patches of pitting. Appears to have been cleaned at some point. Brass frame, triggerguard and backstrap with age patina and scattered red marks found on similar examples. Few noticeable dings and scuffs present to wood, primarly to the left side. Action tight but functioning. Moderately pitted bore.

Comparing the Confederacy to Nazi Germany

 Image result for jewish confederates

The Philadelphia Inquirer

To the Editor:

Steven Halpern’s 19 December letter comparing the Confederacy to Nazi Germany and its leaders to Adolph Hitler is highly offensive, especially to those of us who are Jewish, and shows he knows little about either the Confederacy or the Nazis.

Some 3,500 to 5,000 Jews fought honorably and loyally for the Confederacy, including its Secretary of War and later State, Judah Benjamin. My great grandfather also served, as did his four brothers, their uncle, his three sons, and some two dozen other members of my Mother’s extended family (The Moses’ of South Carolina and Georgia). Half a dozen of them fell in battle, largely teenagers, including the first and last Confederate Jews to die in battle.

We know first hand, from their letters, diaries, and memoirs that they were not fighting for slavery but rather to defend themselves and their comrades, their families, homes, and country from an invading army that was trying to kill them, burn their homes and cities, and destroy everything they had.

If you want to talk about Nazi-like behavior, consider the actions of the leading Union commander, General Ulysses S. Grant, whose war crimes included the following actions:

The Conspiracy to Control and Dominate Education in the United States has Caused the Downfall of Society

Via Billy via Lew Rockwell

What a normal human being often fails to see in light of everyday struggles and strife, of political upheaval, of commitment to false national pride, is the unbelievable majesty of life. In order to discover this singularly unique beauty, love must be present, but love alone cannot sustain the tragedy of life that is the division consuming the human mind, body, and spirit today. Intelligent thought is necessary. The destruction of learning, with the inadequate replacement of commonality, has bred by design a society steeped in an ignorance of life, and an unnatural contempt for others. This intentional eradication of individual intellect brought with it a hostile prejudice toward the sanctity of our souls, and left emptiness in its place.

Via G.W. Long

a group of people riding on the back of a truck

In June, hundreds of thousands of young protesters connected by messaging apps took to the streets of Hong Kong to protest the encroachment of China’s central authorities on life in their city.

Four months on, antigovernment demonstrations have swept more than a dozen countries. From Chile and Bolivia to Lebanon and Spain, millions have taken to the streets—sometimes peacefully, often not.

Thousands have been injured and scores killed. Protesters have blocked roads, closed airports and attacked institutions that have become objects of their ire.

War Heroes Bash Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman: ‘Operative,’ ‘Disgrace’

View image on Twitter

Mark Geist, a Marine who fought off terrorists during the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack on the U.S. annex in Libya, tweeted:

Vindman is a disgrace to all who have served. Transcript of his previous closed door testimony he clearly admits to undermining the @POTUS foreign policy and now he has chairman Schiff advising him on how to answer questions.
Rob O’Neill, the Navy SEAL who killed Osama bin Laden, also criticized Vindman as an “operative.”

“I agree. I wish the left wouldn’t use his uniform to make him a saint. He’s an operative with an agenda,”

Jonathan T. Gilliam, another well-known Navy SEAL tweeted:
“This guy reeks of spy! #Vindman should be added to the list of deep staters that should be charged with conspiracy to overthrow”:

And Tim Kennedy, a mixed martial arts fighter and current National Guard member tweeted: “Correcting a civilian about how to be a addressed is a for sure way to make everyone in the military think you are a douche bag.”

 George Soros

A liberal “dark money” group that has received millions of dollars from George Soros’s advocacy network is behind a seven-figure ad blitz urging vulnerable Republicans in swing districts to support the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.

The ads were scheduled to air this week on “Fox and Friends” in the Washington, D.C., market and in 13 GOP-held congressional districts.
