ATF Brutally Targets Conservative Gun Shop

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms audited All Pawn in Spring, TX for 30 days! As a result, they yanked their FFL for minor clerical errors on 4473 forms. This is not standard ATF practice. Standard practice is to issue a fine, not total license revocation.

All Pawn was brutally attacked by the ATF for their conservative and outspoken stance against our current administration. This family run business is begging America for help. We as American citizens can't stand for these tyrannical injustices.

Pentagon Admits that: (They Lied) Key Marine Colonel Missing from Benghazi isn’t actually Retired; Will Now Allow Him to Testify

US Marine Corps Col. George Bristol commanded Special Operations Forces in Northern Africa when terrorists attacked the American Consulate in Benghazi, Libya

The U.S. Department of Defense has agreed to make available to Congress a Marine Corps colonel who was in command of U.S. Special Forces in Northern Africa on the night armed terrorists staged a military-style assault on an American diplomatic outpost in Benghazi, Libya.

A series of requests for Marine Col. George Bristol's testimony from Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, both Republicans, had fallen on deaf ears until Friday. The Pentagon had claimed that since Bristol had retired, it 'cannot compel' him to tell congressional panels what he knows about the Benghazi attack.

Chaffetz said on July 9 that the Defense Department was 'not willing to pass along any sort of information' related to Bristol's whereabouts.

Now Air Force Maj. Robert Firman has confirmed to MailOnline that due to an 'administrative error,' (A lie) Bristol was mistakenly classified as a retired officer despite his current active-duty status.

Falling Homebuilder Stocks Bode Ill for Market, Economy

The recent decline in homebuilder stocks bodes ill for the U.S. economy and stock market as a whole, says Michael Gayed, chief investment strategist for Pension Partners.

"If you take a look at homebuilders, they effectively topped out around May, which is really when a lot of this tapering talk started to get into the headlines," Gayed told Newsmax TV in an exclusive interview.

Gayed was referring to comments from Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke that the Fed may taper its quantitative easing soon. The PHLX Housing Index of stocks related to home construction has dropped 11 percent in the last two months.

"Now homebuilders, when they outperform or underperform tend to precede market moves," Gayed said.

"That should make some sense because homebuilding, housing is a key component to the wealth effect and economic growth overall. The fact that they're weakening might mean this spike in [interest] rates on the taper talk is actually going to cause a slowdown."

NC: Republican leaders must buckle-down and get serious about gun rights

Senate President Pro Tempore Phil Berger, House Speaker Thom Tillis and Governor McCrory can't seem to figure-out how to work together to move critical legislation like the ominbus gun bill, HB 937.

Rather than do what they know is right by NC gun owners who are largely responsible for electing them, they are pandering to the NC Sheriff's Association (NCSA) and NRA who has been trying to butt into state level affairs.

These Republican leaders need to cut-out the political pandering, and get HB 937 negotiated through the Conference Committee and onto Gov. McCrory's desk. This needs to happen WITHOUT weakening modifications and WITHOUT burdensome expansion of the obsolete pistol permit system.

We have an excellent bill. There has been a clear effort made to address NCSA concerns. The session will end Friday so right now it is do or die: ignore the malcontents and PASS THIS BILL!

Charles Barkley To CNN’s Burnett: When People Talk Race, They Assume ‘It’s Only White People Who Are Racist’

Charles Barkley sat down with CNN’s Erin Burnett tonight for a wide-ranging conversation on the George Zimmerman trial and President Obama‘s remarks today about Trayvon Martin. Barkley maintained that he agrees with the verdict, and echoed sentiments made Friday afternoon by President Obama talking about his own experiences as a black man. Barkley told Burnett that too often when the country has a conversation about race, there’s a general and inaccurate assumption that white people are the only racist ones.

Barkley added onto what Obama said about the unique experience of black men, pointing out that the country never discusses race “until something bad happens, and when we do, “everyone protects their own tribe.” He also told Burnett, “When people talk about race, they always want to act like it’s only white people who are racist,” noting that it’s possible for black people to be racist too.

Eric Holder won't give George Zimmerman his gun back because he's already sent it to Mexico. And lost track of it.

So You Think You Know The Truth About George Zimmerman?

Plus his great grandfather was black.

George Zimmerman is not a racist. The Telegraph (London, England) is reporting the following.
    • George Zimmerman voted and campaigned for Obama.
    • George Zimmerman and his black friend opened an insurance company in Florida.
    • George Zimmerman has black family members. Some of George’s black family members lived with him, at some point.
    • George Zimmerman launched a campaign to help a homeless black man who was beaten up by a white kid.
    • George dated and took a black girl to the prom.
    • George Zimmerman also mentored young black males.
You will never hear the media mention any of this.

The day before yesterday I ran a backgrounder on Trayvon Martin (elaborating on this), revealing who he was and what he did before that night.

I was remiss not to address George Zimmerman’s history before that fateful night. Back Fence has this:

    NC: Moron Mondays

    Via Terry

Mostly, however, these protests are about money. The Civitas Institute, a conservative think tank in North Carolina, recently published an analysis of the financial statements of the left-wing groups sponsoring these rallies, such as the Community Development Initiative and the Institute of Minority Economic Development. It found they have collected about $100 million in state grants, loans and contracts. No wonder they're enraged over GOP lawmakers' attempts to rein in spending.
    ***********************************************

The burning heart of liberal activism and indignation this summer can be found, of all places, in the charming capital city of the Tar Heel State. On Monday, for the 11th week in a row, thousands of protesters descended on the copper-domed Capitol denouncing the policies of a Republican Party that for the first time since Reconstruction controls North Carolina's governorship and legislature. Some 800 agitators have been arrested for disrupting the legislature. By all accounts, these "Moral Monday" rallies, though peaceful, are growing in size and volume.

The rallies have caught the eye of the national media, with some referring to Raleigh as the "Madison of the South." Madison, of course, is the famously liberal capital of Wisconsin that turned into a political frying pan in February 2011 when the state's Republican lawmakers reformed union collective-bargaining rules.

    IRS scandal is unraveling

    Via avordvet

We can now officially say that the IRS harassment of conservative groups is a political scandal connected to the Obama political machine. Despite the best obfuscatory efforts of Obama henchmen like Rep. Elijah Cummings, yesterday the IRS scandal was tied to a political appointee of President Obama. Step-by-step the chain is being followed upward by the House Oversight Committee chaired by Rep. Darrell Issa.

Jay Carney's assurances that two rogue agents in a back office in the 27th most populous metropolis of America were the problem has been exposed as a blatant, outrageous lie.  Now we know that Obama's hand-picked agent was leading the initiative, as far as the people below him in the federal apparatus knew.

Now we begin to prepare the vice to squeeze the Obama political appointee, perhaps making an immunity grant to Lois Lerner a possibility. Keep in mind, it is not an offer, it is an involuntary grant she cannot refuse.

Peggy Noonan at the Wall Street Journal concisely explains the evidence that was developed, following the chain of authority upward, with names.

Tickets to the event are available:  http://www.nullifynow.com/tickets. or at the door -- $10 per person.

    From the Tenth Amendment Center:

GOOD NEWS!  Recently the Washington Times reported on the growing rebellion in State legislatures - “17 States have enacted laws rejecting parts of the Affordable Care Act.”  They told us that this “could be hazardous to health care overhaul.” They’re right.  When enough States stand up and say NO, we the people can win. Going to the federal government to fix problems created by the federal government is a failed policy.  People are waking up to the fact that they not only CAN stop DC by rejecting their unconstitutional acts in State Houses, but as James Madison told us in 1798 - it is their DUTY to do so.

-- you will be educated.  The establishment doesn’t want you to know that Madison and Thomas Jefferson advised us on how to stop an out-of-control federal government.  We’ll teach you all about our lost constitutional roots.  Nullification, stopping the feds at your State line, is what Jefferson told us is the “rightful remedy” to unconstitutional federal acts.

--you will be aware.  Beyond the Times, almost no one is reporting on the fact that the States are standing up to DC all over the country.  More than 2 dozen have banded together to block implementation of one law. 15 others are working on blocking another.  17 are in the process of making parts of Obamacare illegal. Others are working on expanding gun rights, blocking the EPA, and we’ll even discuss stopping Agenda 21 in your local area!

--you will be empowered.  Not only will you learn the constitutional history of nullification.  Not only will you learn that States are using it around the country today.  But, you will also learn how YOU can work to make it happen in North Carolina right now.  That is what is most important.  Education that leads to real activism in support of your liberty.

There are very few generations with the great opportunity to defend liberty at its maximum moment of danger.  This is that moment.  And you ARE that generation.  Join us at Nullify Now! Raleigh, NC on October 19th, and together,

we CAN stand up for the Constitution.

    North Carolina can be free!

Is it time to reconsider the militarization of American policing?

On Jan. 4 of last year, a local narcotics strike force conducted a raid on the Ogden, Utah, home of Matthew David Stewart at 8:40 p.m. The 12 officers were acting on a tip from Mr. Stewart's former girlfriend, who said that he was growing marijuana in his basement. Mr. Stewart awoke, naked, to the sound of a battering ram taking down his door. Thinking that he was being invaded by criminals, as he later claimed, he grabbed his 9-millimeter Beretta pistol.

The police say that they knocked and identified themselves, though Mr. Stewart and his neighbors said they heard no such announcement. Mr. Stewart fired 31 rounds, the police more than 250. Six of the officers were wounded, and Officer Jared Francom was killed. Mr. Stewart himself was shot twice before he was arrested. He was charged with several crimes, including the murder of Officer Francom.

The police found 16 small marijuana plants in Mr. Stewart's basement. There was no evidence that Mr. Stewart, a U.S. military veteran with no prior criminal record, was selling marijuana. Mr. Stewart's father said that his son suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder and may have smoked the marijuana to self-medicate.

Early this year, the Ogden city council heard complaints from dozens of citizens about the way drug warrants are served in the city. As for Mr. Stewart, his trial was scheduled for next April, and prosecutors were seeking the death penalty. But after losing a hearing last May on the legality of the search warrant, Mr. Stewart hanged himself in his jail cell.
