Hillary leaked classified intelligence using private email to stop Netanyahu’s war plans

Slide1

The furor over the revelation that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used her private email account linked from her private email server at her home continues to grow. It is actually quite telling that there’s no long line of folks speaking on behalf of Hillary Clinton in this episode. You have to wonder if the liberal progressive media will be able to keep this quiet – it’s not like the Jonathan Gruber case. And just to reiterate, here is chapter and verse regarding Clinton’s alleged crimes:

Obama's bullet grab sparks rebellion

M855 ball ammunition

President Obama is now blatantly breaking the law in an effort to ban one of the most popular types of ammunition for the AR-15 semi-automatic weapon, and the timing comes just before a massive amount of supply of the bullets is due to arrive in the U.S., according to Gun Owners of America Chief Counsel Michael Hammond.

Last month, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, or ATF, announced it was planning to fast-track a ban on 5.56 mm M855 ammunition through executive action.

Hammond said the timing is not a coincidence.

“There is a massive backlog of M855 ammunition from NATO, which was about to come onto the American market as a result of the fact NATO is being encouraged to go from lead to copper ammunition,” Hammond said.

“This action, if it were successful, would [make illegal] the sale and possession of that to individuals in America of this massive backlog, which is coming on line from a government surplus.”

Obama Complains It’s Easier to Buy a Gun Than a Book or Fresh Vegetable

& what's the matter with that?

President Barack Obama launched a rhetorical assault on guns in one of the most gun friendly states in the nation while speaking at a town hall event in Columbia, South Carolina, Friday.

“As long as you can go in some neighborhoods and it is easier for you to buy a firearm than it is for you to buy a book, there are neighborhoods where it is easier for you to buy a handgun and clips than it is for you to buy a fresh vegetable, as long as that’s the case, we’re going to continue to see unnecessary violence,” Obama said in a response to a question at the town hall meeting at Benedict College.

U. California students remove offensive American flag from 'inclusive' space

Via comment by Cav Med on New Jersey Sen. Menendez to face federal corruptio...

The Associated Students of University of California, Irvine (ASUCI) voted Tuesday to remove all flags, including American flags, from an inclusive space on campus because of their offensive nature.

The bill, R50-70, was authored by Social Ecology Representative Matthew Guevara, and accuses all flags, especially, the American flag, of being “symbols of patriotism or weapons for nationalism.”

"[F]lags construct paradigms of conformity and sets [sic] homogenized standards for others to obtain which in this country typically are idolized as freedom, equality, and democracY."
“[F]lags construct paradigms of conformity and sets [sic] homogenized standards for others to obtain which in this country typically are idolized as freedom, equality, and democracy,” the bill reads.

The legislation argues that flags may be interpreted differently; the American flag, for example, can represent “American exceptionalism and superiority,” as well as oppression.

Both of these women were members of the Christian Missions of Many Lands. They were captured in Kengkok, Laos on 27 Oct along with Lloyd Oppel and Samuel Mattix. The men were taken north but the women were tied together and burned to death on or about 2 Nov. They were listed as POW-MIA for several years until the house they were kept in was located. Their remains were recovered and returned to their families.

 Twila Donelson

In the early afternoon of the day of the C5A flight, Twila entered the doorway of my office at DAO (Defense Attache Office of the American Embassy) TSN and stated that she was leaving shortly to accompany the orphans and would not be back. She stated how sorry she was that I wouldn't be going. I don't recollect what I said, but she turned to go out the door, then paused, turned around, looked at me, but without saying anything more, left. I could see the sadness that had enveloped her face, and detected tears in her eyes. A few hours later, she was dead.

Common AR-15 Green Tip Ammunition Already Banned in New ATF Regulation Guide

Via Joe

On Friday February 13 at 4:00 pm, the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms released a proposal to ban commonly used M855 "green tip" AR-15 ammunition under the guise of law enforcement safety. The same day the proposal was released, on a Friday of a three day holiday weekend, ATF opened up a shortened 30-day period for the public to submit comments about the new regulation.

But it turns out, ATF has been working on a ban of AR-15 "green-tip" ammunition for quite some time and has already issued the ban in its new, 2014 Regulation Guide. For reference, ATF Regulation Guides come out approximately every ten years.

When you take a look at the 2005 ATF Regulation Guide, you'll see an exemption for AR-15 "green-tip" ammunition, which means it exempted from the definition of "armor piercing" and therefore is legal on the federal level.

New Jersey Sen. Menendez to face federal corruption charges: report

The Justice Department reportedly will bring criminal corruption charges against Sen. Robert Menendez of New Jersey, charging him with using his Senate office to push the business interests of a donor and friend in exchange for gifts.

People briefed on the case say Attorney General Eric Holder approved prosecutors’ request to proceed with charges, CNN reported Friday. An announcement could come within weeks.

Southern Core Values

Charleston 3

In American higher education of the past forty years, I have observed two American histories, and two American literatures – which teach different American ideals and values, resulting in different societies and different vision of what it means to be an American. Today we have a Northern history and a Southern history; we have a Northern literature and a Southern literature. As I write, there is no consensus, nor has there been for two centuries. The Northern perspective is dominant, even though it is an aberration and even though it has become increasingly intolerant. If you don’t like the Northern/Southern dichotomy, then use a Lincolnian vision of America versus a Jeffersonian vision of American.

Though initially refused by the enemy, Hoke’s pleas for humanity to enemy commanders obtained a special cartel to effect the exchange of prisoners no better fed than Hoke’s men.

Also discussed with be Grant and Lincoln’s policy which allowed Northern prisoners to languish and die in Southern prisons as medicine and food were blockaded or destroyed by Northern armies. And a higher percentage of Southern men died in Northern prisons than the reverse, and despite the ready access to medicines and plentiful food in the North.

Republican proposes abolishing the ATF amid bullet ban controversy

Via avordvet

 http://www.afn.org/~govern/sloan/BATF_Church.gif

Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.) has reintroduced legislation to do away with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Sensenbrenner, a senior Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, said the policies under ATF's jurisdiction could be easily incorporated into other agencies. Moreover, he argued, the ATF has become embroiled in too many controversies in recent years, like the botched "Fast and Furious" gun-tracking operation.

"The ATF is a scandal-ridden, largely duplicative agency that lacks a clear mission. Its 'Framework' is an affront to the Second Amendment and yet another reason why Congress should pass the ATF Elimination Act," Sensenbrenner said in a statement.

A Republican state senator in Arizona proposed legislation this week that would end a ban on sawed-off shotguns, silencers and nunchakus in the state.

Sen. Kelli Ward (R-Lake Havasu City), a prolific gun rights legislator, introduced the proposal as an amendment to a separate bill aimed at restoring firearm ownership rights to felons when a judge determines they have served their time.

Court filing argues post-1986 machine gun ban 'defies Constitution'

Via avordvet

Claiming the “ban on the quintessential militia arm of the modern day defies the protections our Constitution guarantees,” the legal team led by attorney Stephen D. Stamboulieh filed a sur-reply February 27 in the case of plaintiff Jay Aubrey Isaac Hollis against Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr. and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Director B. Todd Jones. The additional reply was in response to “defendants’ reply to plaintiff’s response in opposition to defendants’ motion to dismiss, or in the alternative, for summary judgment.”

Hollis, acting individually and as trustee of a revocable living trust, is suing Holder and Jones in their official capacities for administering, executing and enforcing “statutory and regulatory provisions [that] generally act as an unlawful de facto ban on the transfer or possession of a machine gun manufactured after May 19, 1986.”

Texas Leaders Seek Investigation into Obama Admin’s Misrepresentation in Federal Court

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a motion for discovery on Thursday to investigate whether the Obama Administration misrepresented actions taken under President Obama’s executive orders granting amnesty to illegal immigrants. Governor Greg Abbott and Lt. Governor Dan Patrick quickly issued statements of support of the call for an investigation. The issue revolves around admissions by the Administration that tens of thousands of work permits have already been issued to illegal immigrants, a direct contradiction to facts presented in federal court.

“In an apparent attempt to quickly execute President Obama’s unlawful, unconstitutional amnesty plan, the Obama Administration appears to have already been issuing expanded work permits, in direct contradiction to what they told a federal judge previously in this litigation,” said General Paxton in a press release obtained by Breitbart Texas. “The circumstances behind this must be investigated, and the motion we seek would help us determine to what extent the Administration might have misrepresented the facts in this case.”

Report: Boehner Cut Deal With Nancy Pelosi to Use Netanyahu Speech as Cover to Fund Obama’s Executive Amnesty

A new bombshell report from Politico found that House Speaker John Boehner had several days of secret negotiations with Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, the recently emboldened former Speaker, leading up to his decision to flip-flop and fund President Obama’s executive amnesty—including a pre-hashed out deal to use the hoopla around Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Tuesday address to Congress over Iran’s nuclear ambitions as political cover to sneak in the extraordinarily controversial vote. Even with the bombshell report, however, Boehner’s office continues to deny any deal took place.

NC: Bloomberg's NCGV 'Felon Memorial' Rescheduled

Grass Roots North Carolina

Weather won't stop NCGV from blaming YOU for criminals killing criminals...

As you will recall from a late-February GRNC Alert, Bloomberg's most recent anti-gun acquisition (that saved it from insolvency due to lack of state-level support) North Carolinians Against Gun Violence (NCGV) are planning to honor criminals killed by other criminals in an effort to promote gun control policies.

Those plans were interrupted by weather, but their "Vigil Against Guns" has now been rescheduled for Thursday, March 12, 7 pm, at Sheperds House Church, 107 N Driver Street in Durham.

Attracting National Attention

Bloomberg's dishonest attempt to blame law-abiding Americans for violence committed by criminals against other criminals is attracting attention outside of NC. Writer and guns rights advocate David Codrea has covered the issue in his Examiner column:

"...'Last year 25 people were taken from us by violence,' the (NCGV) announcement (said), also speaking for its 'partner organization,' the Coalition for a Non Violent Durham, continued. '82 percent of victims, with cause known, died from gunshot wounds.'

Of the 19 individuals killed by criminals using guns, '13 had criminal records here in NC,' Grassroots North Carolina noted, providing a further breakdown showing eight of those were felons."

Because violent criminals kill each other Bloomberg's anti-gun extremists want YOU disarmed. Meanwhile, Bloomberg is protected by a small army of armed guards. He believes he deserves to be effectively protected by firearms, but you and your family do not.

Darren Wilson: Free At Last!

Eric Holder’s Justice Department has completed its investigation into whether Ferguson cop Darren Wilson killed Michael Brown in cold blood for racist reasons when he shot the black teenager last August.

What did the massive six-month FBI investigation discover?

According to the Washington Post, “after canvassing more than 300 homes and reviewing physical, ballistic, forensic, medical and crime-scene evidence” and examining “Wilson’s personnel records, audio and video recordings,” Justice concluded Wilson told the truth about what happened that Saturday in Ferguson.

Officer Wilson is innocent of the endless libels and slanders in the press and on television, and by street demagogues and the pack of liars who, under oath, told a St. Louis County grand jury that Brown had his hands up, crying, “Don’t shoot!” when Wilson cut him down.

The liars, however, will not be called out, nor will the perjurers be prosecuted.
