Inverting The Constitution Goes Unpunished, Again & Again & Again

On Wednesday, September 1st, North Carolina Governor Beverly Perdue signed an Executive Order declaring a State of Emergency in anticipation of Hurricane Earle. These old time Democrats just keep voting the way their fathers did even though the Democratic party has changed 100%. I guarantee my father wouldn't be a Democrat these days, even though he was a delegate to the convention in LA which nominated Kennedy.
