So Help Me God

 https://medievalchristianityd.wikispaces.com/file/view/crusades.jpg/224591708/384x293/crusades.jpg

The battle for American liberty is the battle for American Christianity. Christians largely don't get it. They are locked into a religious viewpoint, oblivious of the greater battle being waged against them and the word of God.

In order for the new socialist order to be completed in the United States, they must not only defeat the forces of liberty, but also the forces of Christianity. It is actually the religious zeal that they fear more than a few dedicated patriots. I suggest that the Marxist bureaucracy thirsts for the rebellion of the patriots, to kill off the last few hold-outs of Constitutional authority and to forever brand "patriots" as lunatics who should be disarmed and exterminated.

Christians give them more pause and for good reason.

I Look Down On Young Women With Husbands And Kids And I’m Not Sorry

I tried to find a picture of her, but to no avail.

Every time I hear someone say that feminism is about validating every choice a woman makes I have to fight back vomit.

Do people really think that a stay at home mom is really on equal footing with a woman who works and takes care of herself? There’s no way those two things are the same. It’s hard for me to believe it’s not just verbally placating these people so they don’t get in trouble with the mommy bloggers.

Having kids and getting married are considered life milestones. We have baby showers and wedding parties as if it’s a huge accomplishment and cause for celebration to be able to get knocked up or find someone to walk down the aisle with. These aren’t accomplishments, they are actually super easy tasks, literally anyone can do them. They are the most common thing, ever, in the history of the world. They are, by definition, average. And here’s the thing, why on earth are we settling for average?

We’re Number 3!

The Telegraph has a cool interactive graphic that shows how much social welfare spending has increased since 2000 in each of the nations that make up the OECD – the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

The U.S. came in third with a 38.2% increase, behind Ireland (61.1%) and Portugal (39.6%). The average for the entire OECD was 16%:

Oh lord. Oh lord. Can the government do anything right? There is no evidence for it. None.

Everything it touches turns to grotesque failure. It hurts me to contemplate the federal reigning monstrosity in the Yankee Capital. I may have to send out for a bottle of Padre Kino red to get me through it. The Great Purple Father is the worst wine known to man, thirty-nine cents a trainload.

Never mind. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Nothing works, government-wise.  Ponder health care, if you can stand it. One approach to keeping people alive and healthy is national health care, which many countries, such as France, have and it works. It’s because grown-ups run it. Or you can have private health care, which the US had and, though it was way overpriced and unwieldy, strangled by paperwork and corruption, more or less worked, sort of.

So the gummint comes up with Obamacare, that doesn’t work at all. The feds can’t even write the freaking computer program. Yes, here in the world’s greatest technological power. We ought to contract the software to Guatemala, which couldn’t do it either but would cost less.

The War on Drugs, another disaster.

11 Year Old Writes Heart Wrenching Letter: “Why Gun Free Zones Violate My Right To Be Protected”

                                                                            weapons

While politicians are consistently attacking Americans second amendment rights through propaganda and lies children’s lives hang in the balance.  To push their political agenda they claim “they are doing it for the children” or “want to make America safer.” As adults fight it out in the political arena, trying to push through “illegal” gun control laws, the most innocent of America have become “defenseless targets”; all for the sake of “political correctness.”  Their voices have been stifled by those claiming to know what is best for them while they have never walked in these children’s shoes.

I do wonder how they would respond to this amazing, heart wrenching letter from an eleven year old little girl. She asked that I share her story and her plea to do away with gun free zones while keeping her name out of the “public eye”. As you read her story you will understand why.

“Why gun free zones violate my right to be protected”

“When I was six with my biological mother I was medically neglected, I had no education; I weighed 40 lbs and was beaten with rose bush switches. I slept in the back of a van and was starved. I didn’t even own one outfit. Have you ever been whipped with a rose bush switch until your legs bled and you had no one to protect you? Have you ever gone days without food while your so called parent ate in front of you? Have you ever had to sleep in the trunk of a van hidden by blankets and pillows so the police couldn’t see that was where you slept? Have you ever been forced to stay with a sex offender wondering when you would be hurt again? If not then you can’t possibly know what it is like to be helpless, scared for your life, and unprotected. But I do.

Christians Kill 65 Jihadists And Destroy Their Mosque

Deir Cherubim, the holy pinnacle, with the statue of Jesus Christ

A small band of Christians have formed an army to fight and kill jihadists who attack the holy sights of Syria. This is an incredible story of heroism, of how a few men can defeat entire armies, and it has never been reported before in the English language, until now.

The followers of Muhammad have invaded the entire Christian city of Saidnaya, in Syria, and as they debase and scoff the churches with their heretical presence, they oppress the saints as they cry out their blasphemous utterances, as the Pharaoh did, saying, “Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go?” (Exodus 5:2)

They have flooded the city, and when it seemed that the moon of Allah had eclipsed the sun and its incommensurable glory, the darkness was hindered, a ray of the heavens charged through the fog of confusion, and the mist of its holiness illuminated the single most lofty point of Saidnaya: a high pinnacle upon which stands a statue of Jesus Christ and a beautiful church called Deir Cherubim, or The House of the Cherubim.

A Step Back Toward Peace Keeping

Via avordvet

I grew up in an America with cops in the background. Most people – being not criminals – had almost no interaction with them and when they did it was generally civil and far more important, almost always on equal terms – with the cop respectful of the citizen.

It goes without saying that’s all gone now. Cops are a menacing omnipresence – and when they deal with us, it is usually order barking Command Voice style. You do not discuss, much less dispute. You Submit and Obey. Or else. The least recalcitrance – merely to question anything – is often sufficient to bring down a Fallujah-style escalation. People are routinely dragged out of their cars, roughly thrown to the ground, pummeled, kicked – and much worse than that. Often, over trivial things. Police even in small towns have become indistinguishable from soldiers.

It is out of hand – obviously so – and if left unchecked will grow much worse, much sooner as the vortex picks up speed. What was inconceivable 20 years ago is routine today. What will be routine 20 years from today?

We face a choice: Either we accept being treated as “indigs” by an army of occupation that accepts no limits to its authority and which regards us as disposable as themselves as untouchable. Or we step back from the abyss before it’s too late. We recover our senses. We no longer accept the unacceptable.

Here’s how, in a few simple steps:

Only 37 percent of Americans are confident Obama will make the right decisions

 http://assets.airsoc.com/v/001387958103/media/52702054c6f8fa8f4c00021b.jpg

new Washington Post-ABC News poll finds that only 37 percent of Americans are confident that President Obama will make the right decisions for the country’s future, while 63 percent are not.

According to the Washington Post, those numbers are the mirror image of what they were when Obama was sworn into office in 2009 and lower than at any other time the question was asked by the Washington Post and ABC News poll.

NC: Rep. Ellmers backs conditional amnesty, fuels primary challenge

North Carolina Republican Rep. Renee Ellmers says the federal government should allow illegal immigrants to stay in the United States, and should welcome a new inflow of foreign guest workers.

Her support for foreign workers is fueling a primary bid by Frank Roche, an economics lecturer at nearby Elon University.

At campaign events, any mention of Ellmers’ support for amnesty, Roche told The Daily Caller, ”always gets the crowd roiled up — they do not want it.”

New Stabilized Video Shows Ridiculous Use of Lethal Force By Police

I’m bumping this because I think it is fascinating.

I am not making a political statement, an editorial statement, a biased judgement, or issuing a verdict on the guy. I am not picking sides. I’m not anti-cop. I’m not pro-criminal.

I am simply posting a video and saying that I think this is a ridiculous use of deadly force based on what I am looking at here.

The man is not armed. He is surrounded by cops with firearms. His car is blocked in, but he’s not complying. Bean bags and tasers were used and the man turns around to face his car and puts his hands up over his head and a cop shoots him dead.

There. That’s the story. Here’s a picture of the guy just before he is shot.

Snowden: Government Officials Want to 'Put a Bullet in My Head'

I bet.

Former U.S. National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden told German TV on Sunday about reports that U.S. government officials want to assassinate him for leaking secret documents about the NSA's collection of telephone records and emails.

In what German public broadcaster ARD said was Snowden's first television interview, Snowden also said he believes the NSA has monitored other top German government officials along with Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Snowden told ARD that he felt there are "significant threats" to his life but he said that he nevertheless sleeps well because he believes he did the right thing by informing the public about the NSA's activities.

Rock River Arms’ New LAR47 Alternative to the AK47

 rock river03

There’s been growing interest in shooting the AK 47 due to cheap, plentiful ammunition in 7.62×39 and the availability of millions of cheap mags. The only problem has been that it’s difficult to know what you’re getting with an AK. There are a lot of bad guns out there. If you scour the forums, you’ll learn which are the best, but you’ll still be buying a used gun with questionable accuracy. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a decent gun. If you’re not, you’ll get a headache.

Rock River Arms has taken two years perfecting its gun built around the AK magazines. You can buy a new, dependable 7.62×39 rifle, built in America on the more accurate AR platform, from a trusted company. The LAR47 weighs 6.4 pounds and has an MSRP of $1,270. It comes with a six-position tactical CAR stock, A2 pistol grip, CAR handguards and 16” chrome lined barrel. Both the lower and upper are forged not stamped like most AKs. There’s even a two-stage trigger. Rock River Arms expects to be shipping the first guns within two weeks, so if you’re interested, get your order in early to reserve your gun.

D'Souza Producer: 'I Never Feared My Govt Until Now' & Obama Targets Right

Gerald Molen, the producer of Dinesh D'Souza's documentary film "2016: Obama's America," says he never feared his government before he learned that D'Souza is under federal investigation for election fraud.

According to an indictment made public Thursday, D'Souza is accused of contributing $20,000 to a political campaign in 2012, even though the legal limit is $5,000. D'Souza allegedly promised to reimburse others if they would contribute to a candidate widely believed to be Wendy Long of New York. Long, a Republican, ran unsuccessfully against Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand in 2012 for New York's U.S. Senate seat.

D'Souza's lawyer has said his client "at worst" was guilty of an act of misguided friendship.

Heroin Kingpin Busted in Florida is an Illegal Alien…on FOOD STAMPS

Yet another welfare and illegal alien insanity story – while amnesty pimps like Sen. Dick Durbin keep telling us “undocumented immigrants can’t collect welfare”.

The head of the largest heroin operation in Polk County, FL history, along with numerous others who work for him, are illegal aliens who collect foodstamps. Four of the operation’s women also collect WIC payments.

In addition to raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars in drug money, the ringleader collected $900 every month from the government.

Ludwig von Mises Institute President: Whatever Happened To Peace Officers?

Via Angry Mike

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/53/Andy_Griffith_Ron_Howard_Andy_Griffith_Show_1961.JPG

The following is a selection from a speech by Mises Institute President Jeff Deist at the Southwest Regional Mises Circle in Houston, “The Police State: Know It When You See It,” on January 18, 2014.

Today when we use the term peace officer, it sounds antiquated and outdated. I’m sure most people in the room under 40 have never heard the term actually used by anyone; we might as well be talking about buggy whips or floppy disks. But in the 1800s and really through the 1960s, the term was used widely in America to refer generally to lawmen, whether sheriffs, constables, troopers, or marshals.

Today the old moniker of peace officer has been almost eliminated in popular usage, replaced by “police officer” or the more in vogue “law enforcement officer.”

The terminology has certain legal differences in different settings; in some places peace officers and police officers are indeed different individuals with different functions, jurisdictions, or powers to execute warrants. But nobody says peace officer anymore, and it’s not just a coincidence.

The archetype of a peace officer is mostly fictitious — sheriffs in westerns often come to mind, stern lawmen carrying Colt revolvers called “Peacemakers.” But the Wyatt Earps of western myth weren’t always so peaceful, and often, at least in movies, used their Peacemakers to shoot up the place.

Outside the Old West archetype, Sheriff Andy Taylor of the Andy Griffith Show is perhaps the best and most facile example of what it once meant, at least in the American psyche, to be a peace officer.

Now of course the Andy Griffith show was fictional. And there’s no doubt that many, many small town sheriffs in America over the decades have been anything but peace officers. Yet it’s fascinating that just a few decades ago Americans could identify with the character of Sheriff Taylor as a recognizable ideal.
