Gadsden police say a 17-year-old was shot to death Monday following an apparent home invasion, rape and robbery.

Capt. Bobby Jackson said the sequence of events began about 3 a.m. Monday. Three men, at least one with a handgun, committed a home invasion robbery in the 2100 block of Norris Avenue.

The resident, a 37-year-old woman, told police three men kicked in the front door, awakening her.

One of the men came into her bedroom, put a gun to her head and raped her while the other two ransacked the home.

Wolf Trap – The Setup

 wolftrap

On March 26, 2015, a Montana radio host, William Wolf, was arrested by the FBI (not the BATF) in violation of 18 US Code §922 (o)

(o)           (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), it shall be unlawful for any person to transfer or possess a machinegun.

(2) This subsection does not apply with respect to—

(A) a transfer to or by, or possession by or under the authority of, the United States or any department or agency thereof or a State, or a department, agency, or political subdivision thereof; or

(B) any lawful transfer or lawful possession of a machinegun that was lawfully possessed before the date this subsection takes effect.

The “machine gun” in question may have been legal, until modified by the FBI, as explained in the Criminal Complaint. So, let’s look at some of the information gleaned from the Complaint (underlining, mine):

Six Bills Homeschoolers Should Watch in 2015

Each year, HSLDA’s Federal Relations team reviews the many bills (around 7 to 11 thousand) that are introduced in the United States Congress—searching for language that might affect the freedom of homeschoolers across the U.S.

Here are six bills in the 114th Congress that we think you should know about:

Scandalous misuse of IRS to target Tea Party goes far deeper than realized.

Included in the new batch of documents is a February 2012 email from Lois Lerner, who was then head of the IRS’ Exempt Organizations Branch, asking hat a special program be set up to “put together some training points to help [IRS staffers] understand the potential pitfalls” of revealing too much information to Congress. Amid the hundreds of released pages, Judicial Watch also found a remarkable Lerner email from 2013 in which she says she is willing to take the blame for not having provided sufficient direction to her underlings on how best to investigate the targeted groups, and then concedes that she “understands why the IRS criteria” leading to targeting of Tea Party groups and other opponents of President Obama “might raise questions.”

Federal district court judge Andrew Hanen slammed the Obama administration with a solid one-two punch late last night. In one order, he refused to lift the preliminary injunction barring implementation of the president’s immigration amnesty plan. In a second order, Hanen said that the “attorneys for the Government misrepresented the facts” about the implementation to the court.

On February 23, the Justice Department filed a “Motion to Stay” the injunction pending an appeal to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Judge Hanen denied that motion, saying not only that his original ruling was correct, but that subsequent events had “reinforced” the correctness of his original decision.

USA RIP: Look what NY Democrats are giving to non-citizens

Here we go folks — another step in the “fundamental transformation” of America – this time our electoral process, and a very dangerous precedent.

As reported by Breitbart.com, “New York City lawmakers and Mayor Bill de Blasio are reportedly discussing legislation that would give voting rights to non-citizens in local elections. The Guardian noted that under the legislation that is being discussed, “legally documented residents who have lived in New York City for at least six months will be able to vote in municipal elections.”

Obama’s Pentagon wants you to know that our founding documents are filled with evil, sexist, stuff, OK?

This is what we’ve come to with all this political correct garbage, folks. Now our founding documents are being deemed to be evil by our own government.

Where Minorities Became the Majority Between 2000 and 2013

study released by the Pew Research Center last week showed that Barbour County, Alabama, was one of 78 U.S. counties in 19 states to lose a majority of the non-Hispanic white demographic since 2000, reflecting the predicted racial shift in America.

In 2000, 50.9 percent of Barbour County's 29,015 residents were considered non-Hispanic white, according to the U.S. Census.

In 2013, the year in which Pew took its statistics for the study, 46.3 percent of the county's 27,076 residents were non-Hispanic white - a drop of 4.6 percent in 13 years.

Judicial Watch: ISIS Camp a Few Miles from Texas, Mexican Authorities Confirm

Via Jonathan

http://www.barenakedislam.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Isis-in-Mexico.jpg

ISIS is operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas, according to Judicial Watch sources that include a Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector.

The exact location where the terrorist group has established its base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as “Anapra” situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. Another ISIS cell to the west of Ciudad Juárez, in Puerto Palomas, targets the New Mexico towns of Columbus and Deming for easy access to the United States, the same knowledgeable sources confirm.

During the course of a joint operation last week, Mexican Army and federal law enforcement officials discovered documents in Arabic and Urdu, as well as “plans” of Fort Bliss – the sprawling military installation that houses the US Army’s 1st Armored Division. Muslim prayer rugs were recovered with the documents during the operation.

Has the Next President Already Been Chosen—and is the election just going through the motions?

Via Billy

If you looked at the last two presidential “elections” and, upon sober reflection, decided it was all an elaborate sham, then you and I are on the same page. The Republican Establishment ran two pathetically weak candidates against the Democrat, who was also a pathetically weak candidate when separated from his teleprompter, but he and his teleprompter were supposed to win and so that’s how it worked out—all according to plan—and both parties played the game.

Now we are facing 2016 and another year of campaign fertilizer being thrown in our faces until we choke on it, and it’s all to fool the public into believing that we really have any say at all in who sits in the White (Red) House. That’s already been decided. All that remains to be decided is which candidate the Republican wing of the Establishment will let run against her to give the impression that there really was a presidential race, and the scam of “elected representation” will continue to be perpetuated until the public wakes up—if ever.

What Makes Southern Manners Peculiar?

 eBook Emancipation Hell

Southerners live in the 18th century. This common charge is not altogether false, since the peculiar habits, customs, and meanings of words found often in the American South are found also in 18th century English authors. Such a word is manners. Most English-speaking people and some Southerners use the word now in the only senses current during the past two centuries. These meanings are designated in the Oxford English Dictionary (OED) as current: ‘External behaviour in social intercourse’ or ‘Polite behaviour or deportment; habits indicative of good breeding.’ But the oldest meaning for manners and the meaning which has had the longest continual use is now marked obsolete.

The first citation in the OED for this meaning is dated 1225; the last citation is dated 1794, when, apparently, this sense fell out of use. The next to last citation for this meaning is dated 1757; it comes from Dr Samuel Johnson. Those who continue to use this sense, as many Southerners do, are living in the 18th century. This obsolete meaning is: ‘A person’s habitual behaviour or conduct, esp. in reference to its moral aspect, moral character.’
