Japan Supreme Court Upholds Government’s Blanket Surveillance of Muslims

Here is a country that is dealing with reality. There is a problem in Islam, and the reason the West is losing this war is that we will not recognize or acknowledge that problem. Japan does.

This is war, and Japan is taking appropriate measures. If you are a Muslim who rejects the Islamic texts and teachings that call for holy war, creed apartheid, gender apartheid, Islamic Jew-hatred and domination over the unbeliever, then I am sure Japan will welcome you. If not, you should not be welcome in any Western country. This is what is required when a country is at war. Any nation targeted by devout Muslims needs to adopt this measure.

A group of Japanese Muslims sued the government for invasion of privacy etc. They lost but they were  were awarded ¥90 million ($880,000) as compensation due to violation of their privacy by the leak.

Litigation jihad.

ANTI-RYAN BILLBOARDS CREATE A STIR IN WISCONSIN

Via Billy

Wisconsin businessman Paul Nehlen has launched his latest billboard ad attacking House Speaker Paul Ryan’s open borders immigration agenda.

Reminiscent of the successful billboard campaign of the U.K. Independence Party (UKIP), Nehlen’s billboard reads: “Paul Ryan Wants To Bring In Six Foreign Workers For Every One Wisconsin Worker. Why Does Paul Ryan Think American Workers Aren’t Good Enough?”

This billboard will be featured in Kenosha and Burlington, Wisconsin.

This new ad follows a billboard Nehlen’s campaign launched last week targeting Ryan’s support for increased Islamic migration, which is on display in Ryan’s hometown of Janesville, Wisconsin.

“My team and I are hearing the impact of the billboard on voters at the doors. There are more billboards to come. We raised over $30,000 on the first billboard,” Nehlen told Breitbart. “This goes to show the decades of Paul Ryan operating the levers of big government are over.”

A couple shouting "Allahu Akbar" have attacked a charity boss armed with an axe and knife near Paris in France.

French police are investigating reports the 59-year-old director of the Restos du Coeur soup kitchen in Montreuil, east of Paris, was attacked at around 7.20am earlier this morning.

The attackers allegedly called him an "infidel dog" - and both are now being hunted after fleeing from the scene.

The couple are said to have suddenly appeared on the soup kitchen premises and 'for no apparent reason' the male attacker - described as being of African origin - swung at him with the axe which the victim managed to dodge.

The woman - said to be wearing a veil with an open face - then dealt him "several stab wounds" to the stomach.

The Circular Logic of NeverTrump

Via Red

http://tothedeathmedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/REASON-BEHIND-NEVERTRUMP-1.jpg

During the Republican primary, I generally refrained from using the electability argument.

Electability is important, but the arguments often seemed to me counterproductive and almost always conveniently supported the candidate of choice of the person making it. John Kasich is the “only one” who can beat Hillary because he is a moderate and will appeal to centrists. Cruz is too conservative.

Or Cruz is the “only one” who can beat Hillary because he will fire up the base and bring them to the polls.  Kasich will inspire apathy in voters like Romney did.

First of all, if someone is going to pronounce their candidate the “only one” who can win, I want to see some data to back that up, not just boilerplate prognostications that support the narrative of the one making them. Second, if a particular candidate is the “only one” who can beat a very flawed candidate in Hillary Clinton, that doesn’t say much for your party or your platform. While I am a longtime paleoconservative with very firm beliefs, I prefer Kasich and Cruz to Hillary, even though I didn’t support either in the primary. Declaring all the other candidates but your own dead meat in the general has always struck me as unhelpful. Why do you want to dis the electoral chances of your party and anyone who might wind up representing it?

Disabled woman beaten bloody by TSA agents after becoming confused and afraid at security checkpoint

If she had been dressed as a Muslim, she would have been handled with kid gloves.

A disabled woman was beaten bloody by federal agents during an airport security screening while on her way to undergo treatment for a brain tumor.

Hannah Cohen set off the metal detector at a security checkpoint at the Memphis International Airport, and she was led away for additional screening, reported WREG-TV.

“They wanted to do further scanning, (but) she was reluctant — she didn’t understand what they were about to do,” said her mother, Shirley Cohen.

Cohen said she tried to tell agents with the Transportation Security Administration that her 19-year-old daughter is partially deaf, blind in one eye, paralyzed and easily confused — but she said police kept her away from the security agents.

The confused and terrified young woman tried to run away, her mother said, and agents violently took her to the ground.

The GOP reaction: The NRSC has decided not to provide funding for his campaign. Glenn beat Republican Establishment’s preferred candidate, and Glenn openly supports the removal of McConnell from Leadership.

Former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton is scheduled to meet Saturday with the FBI, a source close to the investigation into her private email server tells The Daily Caller.

The source went on to suggest the interview may take place at her Washington, D.C. home.

The bureau’s interview with the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee is believed to be the final step in its investigation into the potential mishandling of classified information on Clinton’s private email server.

I guess it is rare as I can't find a picture of ribs not attached at sternum.

"........several of my ribs were not attached at the sternum. He explained the rarity of the diagnosis and said that a surgical consult would be scheduled to examine if the ribs could be reattached."

*********************************

After my character and motivations as a person were put to question, I was scheduled at Saskatoon City Hospital for a forty hour a week, three month long tertiary treatment program. Coincidentally the entire floor of the hospital was reserved and private for the two largest insurers in Saskatchewan. It was mandatory for me to attend one hour weekly psychological sessions. Group sessions with a social worker and group discussions were also mandatory while under observation.

There were stringent rules to attending this "specialized" program: Clients in a program may be asked to justify any statement and/or action. I was instructed that any attempt to speak with or possibly influence any other person in the facility would be met with expulsion from the program. Any negativity was prohibited. Choosing not to participate, questioning practitioners, hostility, profanity, or raising of voices would result in expulsion.

I was put under duress to sign consent forms, of which I was not allowed to have a copy of. I had to sign to guarantee that all of my efforts in physical exercises were going to be 100%, and that I would adhere to requests by all practitioners. It was made extensively clear to me that this was the top facility in Saskatchewan, in one of the largest hospitals in the province, that could immediately draw upon many medical experts if needed. It was politely explained that expulsion from their program would result in the termination of all insurer benefits. I was to have complete faith in the system without question. These people were the educated experts, I was just a guy that believed he was seriously injured....

Of course the first order of business was to take a look at those ribs! LOL, no! Just joking.

Suspected Istanbul Attack Mastermind Was a "Refugee" Protected by the EU

The suspected mastermind behind the ISIS attack on the Istanbul airport that claimed the lives of 44 people was a “refugee” who was protected by the European Court for Human Rights after Russia tried to have him extradited.

Chechen national Ahmed Chataev was on a Russian terrorism watchlist since 2003, but received asylum in Austria after he claimed that he was severely tortured and under persecution from Russian authorities.

Chataev was later arrested in Sweden after Kalashnikov assault rifles, explosives and ammunition were found in his car, but he only spent just over a year in prison.

" Mr. Trump has turned his back upon everything that created him."

Via comment by Quartermain on Priceless :) - Stupid Butt-Hurt Millennials On Bre...

"He has spat in the faces of the very globalist elite that once considered him part of their cabal. He has taken on immense personal, professional, reputational, and commercial risk for the sake of his convictions. He has ensured that, no matter what else happens, he will never be able to go back to being part of that elite club the way he once was.

Trump's ascension, and his likely victory in November, is the first sign of hope that the people of this country have had in something like a generation. The TEA Party was a brave attempt, but it was co-opted quickly by the elites. Mr. Trump, however, has thus far refused to be silenced or co-opted, much to his credit."

During my recent driving holiday with the family, we were required to drive out to one of the nicer suburbs in the Northeast to spend a couple of days with my aunt's family. Now, I actually rather like my aunt, and I think very highly indeed of my younger male cousin; he has turned into a really admirable young man and is working very hard to build out his own restaurant chain business.

And I'll be the first to admit that my aunt's house is a really nice place- it overlooks a sparkling, pristine bay with beautiful headlands and a natural harbour surrounded on all sides by the houses of the rich and famous.

The major downside of visiting their place is, of course, the fact that these relatives of mine are hard-core libprogs. That part of the world is practically overrun with such rabbits.

And it doesn't help that I turned to the dark side years ago, and have since simply become more curmudgeonly and right-wing with every passing month.

Dick Durbin admits he ordered the FBI to purge words deemed ‘offensive’ to Muslims from manual

Via John "What happened to head of the FBI, James Comey?   He was supposed to be this "pillar of integrity" and yet has now been cuckolded by the likes of Durbin, B.H. Obama, Loretta Lynch and other denizens of D.C.He promised the Hillary report of by May; now it's JULY. In the story below we see how Dick Durbin ordered the FBI to remove Islamic references in their training regimen.   WTF?   Does Durbin run the FBI now, not Comey? What turned Comey and intimidated him so badly that he can no longer do his job?

It exposes, once again, just how closely allied the Democrat Party and Islamic Terrorists are.

The same cuckolding has happened to Senate Leader Mitch McConnell and Speaker of the House Paul 'Ryan-o.'    Even General Petraeus has been "turned."  It's simply amazing to watch.

Go Trump; he may be the last one who can't be turned.'"

Dick Durbin has now admitted he was the one who ordered the FBI to remove words he deemed “offensive” to Muslims that were found in the Bureau’s training documents all at the behest of Muslim advocacy groups claiming to be offended by words such as “jihad” and other words linked to incessant Muslim terrorism.

Senator Durbin, the Democrats’ Senate Minority Whip, admitted he ordered the purge of nearly 900 pages of FBI training manuals because they contained the “offensive” words.

“I asked for it, because there were provisions in the training manual which were flat-out wrong and embarrassing and they didn’t characterize the threat to America properly and after the FBI re-visited the manual, they changed it and I’m glad they did,” Durbin told The Daily Caller.

Why Trump Is Routing the Free Traders

Why Trump Is Routing the Free Traders

In Tuesday’s indictment of free trade as virtual economic treason, The Donald has really set the cat down among the pigeons.

For, in denouncing NAFTA, the WTO, MFN for China and the Trans-Pacific Partnership, all backed by Bush I and II, Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, Trump is all but calling his own party leaders dunderheads and losers.

And he seems to be winning the argument.

As he calls for the repudiation of “globalism” and a return to “Americanism,” a Republican Congress renders itself mute on whether it will even vote on the TPP this year.

On trade, Bernie Sanders is closer to Trump. Even Hillary Clinton has begun to renounce a TPP she once called the “gold standard” of trade deals.

Where have all the troubadours of free trade gone? Why do economic patriots seem ascendant? Is this like the Cold War, where the other side gets up and goes home?

Answer. As Trump pointed out in Monessen in the Mon Valley of Pennsylvania, the returns from free trade are in, and the results are rotten.

Against a New Assault-Weapon Ban

Via John

http://ammoland.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/I-survived-the-assault-weapon-ban.jpg

Of all the gun deaths in the United States in a given year, the large majority — 60 percent or more — are suicides. Of the ones that are homicides, all rifles and shotguns together account for about 4 percent, and so-called assault rifles account for such a minuscule number of murders that law-enforcement agencies do not even keep statistics on them. The idea that American streets are running with blood because of “assault weapons” is entirely unsupported by the evidence.

***********************

Dated

The Left is fixated for cultural reasons on firearms, which are associated in the suburban minds of sociology professors with backward rural life and government-mistrusting Second Amendment activists. Hence, Democrats constantly are seeking gun-control solutions to problems that have little or nothing to do with gun control, and hence the entirely unsurprising call by Hillary Rodham Clinton and others, in the bloody aftermath of Orlando, for a renewed ban on so-called assault weapons.

A problem: Assault weapons do not, strictly speaking, exist.

“Assault weapon” is an almost exclusively aesthetic category, having nothing to do with the ballistic characteristics of the firearms in question. A sporting rifle with a walnut stock is just another sporting rifle; pull that walnut stock off and replace it with a black plastic one with an L-shaped grip and you have an “assault weapon.” The operation of the firearm remains unchanged, but the configuration of the stock (“the shoulder thing that goes up,” as New York Democrat Carolyn McCarthy famously put it) or the presence of barrel threading to accommodate a muzzle-flash suppressor (an accessory of keen interest to those who shoot in arid, wildfire-prone areas) makes an ordinary rifle an “assault weapon,” as does the presence of a lug for mounting a bayonet, though it has been a while since *bayonet charges were much in the news.

Russia to release Clinton emails?

U.S. intelligence agencies are said to be closely watching Russian online blogs and other postings for any signs that Moscow hackers have covertly obtained the bulk of Hillary Clinton’s email messages stolen from her private email server and are preparing to make them public.

A U.S. intelligence official told Inside the Ring that the indications of the email release are being closely watched, although the veracity of at least two postings on the matter could not be confirmed as authoritative.

A State Department official has said Russia is one of at least three foreign governments likely to have obtained the full content of the former secretary of state’s server through covert hacking operations.

The other two are China and Israel.

Senator: Navy Evaluates Commanders Based On Climate Change Views

“What the Navy has done that’s been really interesting, Ray Mabus said he’s starting to actually evaluate his – you know, the military lives by evaluation – they’re starting to evaluate their base commanders on how well they communicate the risk of climate change about the base,” Whitehouse said.

“So, if you’re the base commander of Norfolk, or of Naval Station Newport, or of – what is it, Cherry Creek Marine Air Station in North Carolina – you are suddenly have on your checklist of what you’re evaluated on how well you’ve communicated what the risk of climate change is,” he said.

“And, for those bases, for Navy bases particularly, it’s a really real risk,” Whitehouse said. “They’re on the sea. Sea level rise is going to swamp what they do.(Useful idiot)

OUT with Britain IN with Turkey: Turks arrive in Brussels and argue EU NEEDS them NOW

Via Ryan

Turkish minster Omer Celik has argued that the EU needs Turkey now after Brexit

Just 48 hours after David Cameron waved farewell to EU bureaucrats, Turkish officials landed in Brussels to launch their latest bid.

In a shameless bid to jump on Brexit, EU minister Omer Celik claimed the EU NEEDED Turkey and said his country had economic and geopolitical weight that would replace the loss of the British.

"Turkey, a NATO member strategically located between Europe and the Middle East and boasting a vibrant economy and young population, will be a great asset for the EU," said Mr Celik in Brussels.
He added: "Turkey is a major European power. Europe needs a fresh start and a fresh vision and will have to include Turkey," he said, referring to Britain's decision to leave, or 'Brexit'.

"Whatever the picture will be after Brexit, Turkey's position will be stronger. Any picture that doesn't include Turkey will be a weak picture."

The comments come after David Cameron assured the people of Britain that it would not be until the year 3000 that Turkey would join the EU - a comment which caused great anger among the Turks.
