Comment on 60 Rare WW2 Photos

I know this sounds sort of crazy, but I immediately recognized the photo from your post (it is number 47 in the YT video). I just finished reading this book earlier this week. It was a pretty good read written by the son of the main character, Andrew Gerow Hodges, Sr. Hodges was a Alabamian who was rejected by the army due to a college football injury. He volunteered for the American Red Cross and was instrumental in organizing and executing no less than 4 POW exchanges with the Germans.

He was a very brave man and would venture into enemy territory unarmed and often alone to work out the details of each exchange with the Germans. He earned their respect as a brave man who was true to his word. The book was written by Hodges son, Andrew Hodges Jr.  and Denise George. It is a great story and worth reading. Feel free to post as a comment, etc. From Jeffery in Alabama

On another note, I hope you are doing well. We are good here. Our RHINO Governor mandated a statewide mask order that went in effect today at 5:00 PM. Naturally, I will not conform. LOL
Take care and stay safe,

Lessons from allied battles leading to World War I and Turkish strait conflict in the Cold War show that there are four conditions for Vietnam to escape China's control and win China in battle finally:

1. Vietnam must have democracy in front of China: China is not afraid of USS George Washington or atomic bomb but afraid of democracy and very worried about ′′ backyard ′′ the Communist Party becomes a democratic country. The democratic weapon will cause a chain reaction leading to the disbandment of entire CS mechanism. An immense China is at risk of dissolving into many pieces, sovereignty right on the continent cannot even hold the ′′ sovereign ′′ on two groups of Hoang Sa Island, Truong Sa far away.

2. National Unity: A nation divided against no one. A nation divided, torn apart, without a common direction, unable to use international support and also unworthy of international support. This is the time to redefine patriotism. Patriotism nowadays is not a product of extremist nationalism or CS charm but is attached to the survival rights of the country and the human democratic direction of the era.

3. Proactively strategize for national position: Vietnam only becomes a strategic position after China's continental calculation of China 1949 but previously not. Knowing how to proactively strategize, internationalize, critical of the position of the nation as well as knowing how to exploit the concern of the national will make the nation's position more important in international dispute.

4. Solidarity with neighbors in the same situation and join reliable stakeholders: Vietnam is standing in front of the junction, year-round in the international intersection, but no matter how many crossroads, you can only walk on a path in a certain time. Intelligent coalition in many cases helps the nation avoid war or have more time to prepare for war.

"Systemic Racism" Is an Invention; and Serious Questions About the Pulitzer Prizes "Won" by Nikole Hannah-Jones, The New York Times, and The Washington Post

NIkole Hannah-Jones Explains Why Confederate Symbols Are ...

On July 12, 2020, Mark Levin, on his show Life, Liberty and Levin on Fox News, said to Dr. Thomas Sowell, "You hear this phrase systemic racism, systemic oppression. You hear it on our college campuses. You hear it from very wealthy and fabulously famous sports stars. You hear it from media types. You hear it - first of all, what does that mean? And whatever it means, is it true?"1
Dr. Sowell answered:
It really has no meaning that can be specified and tested in the way that one test hypotheses. It does remind me of the propaganda tactics of Joseph Goebbels during the Age of the Nazis, in which he is supposed to have said that people will believe any lie if it's repeated long enough and loud enough, and that's what we're getting.
I don't think - it's one of many words that I don't think even the people who use it have any clear idea what they're saying. The purpose is served by having other people caving in.2

 Bridger Walker

Hey, all. Please, share my nephew’s story so that it gets as much exposure as it can. We know that our little hero would love some words of encouragement from his favorite heroes. On July 9th, my six year old nephew Bridger saved his little sister’s life by standing between her and a charging dog.

After getting bit several times on the face and head, he grabbed his sister’s hand and ran with her to keep her safe. He later said, “If someone had to die, I thought it should be me.” After receiving 90 stitches (give or take) from a skilled plastic surgeon, he’s finally resting at home. We love our brave boy and want all the other superheroes to know about this latest hero who joined their ranks.

EDIT: I just finished visiting with Bridger at his home. His wounds are looking so much better! He’s in great spirits, and his awesome personality is intact. He can’t smile too widely yet, but he was grinning as I read some of your comments to him. I’d also like to mention here that the dog’s owners are really great people who have been nothing but kind to Bridger and his family. We feel no resentment toward them at all, and—if anything—there’s only been an increase of love between our families as a result of this incident.

EDIT 2: Once again we’re blown away by the amazing comments and messages that Bridger’s receiving. I’ve had lots of inquiries about a GoFundMe. Bridger’s family has asked that any one wishing to help out financially can, instead, donate to @mission_22 or @wwp. Bridger is also a huge fan of Science, especially Geology. So I’m going to start a post where people can share with him pictures of cool rocks that they see. EDIT 3: Once again, everyone’s kindness has meant so much to us. I’m trying to get to all of the messages that I can, but it may take some time. For those who have inquired about sending Bridger some rocks, here’s the address to use:

Bari Weiss Quits: Blisters New York Times Diversity-Hostile Opinion Culture

Via Red Pill Jew

Bari Weiss blisters The New York Times monolithically-Progressive Orwellian anti-wrongthink culture, as the centrist opinion editor quits to escape the task of squelching fresh ideas while "publishing our 4000th op-ed arguing that Donald Trump is a unique danger to the country." Will American journalism ever awaken to the diversity of opinion in this broad nation, or will they continue to create a hostile work environment for anyone who believes that a newspaper should "invite intelligent discussion from all shades of opinion", as the founder of the NY Times wrote in his famous 1896 statement of principles?

Feds bring terrorism charges in latest MS-13 gang crackdown

“We believe the monsters who murder children should be put to death”

Federal authorities announced terrorism charges Wednesday against a leader of MS-13, continuing a nationwide crackdown against a notorious street gang that President Donald Trump described as “vile and evil.”

An indictment unsealed in Virginia against Melgar Diaz marked the first time the Justice Department has brought terrorism charges against a member of MS-13. Attorney General William Barr described Diaz as “the person who would green-light assassinations” for the gang in the United States.

It was not immediately clear whether Diaz had a defense attorney who could comment on the charges.
