You Ain't Just Whistlin' Dixie: "I wish Robert E. Lee would come back and straighten all this out..."

This is a beautiful song about the South. It can bring tears to your eyes. I wish Robert E. Lee would come back and straighten all this out...

The true meaning of family. Need the same values today.

This song gets to me every time I hear it. My ancestors are Southern born and Southern bred, and the graciousness of the South is something that is in my blood. You stood up for GOD, your family and your country. I was raised to be proud, hard working, dignified, and not disrespectful to my elders.

I had to go up north for a while. heard this song and left back home to Tennessee the next day.

I was born in the south and I'll die here. I've never been out of the South and I've never wanted to be!

Damning Evidence:Operation “Summer of Chaos” exposed: Obama Admin, Lynch, Soros, Black Lives Matter, plan to activate martial law before General Election revealed

10,000 bought and paid for BLM dissidents to create chaos at the Philadelphia Democratic National Convention in late July

Black Lives Matter leader Deray McKesson had two of his email accounts hacked last Friday, along with his Twitter.

Reports indicate that the perpetrators successfully hacked into several of McKesson’s accounts after posing as McKesson to a Verizon Wireless Tech Support operator in order to gain access and post a provocative Tweet which endorsed Donald J. Trump for the Presidential bid.

“At 10:31 a.m., an individual called Verizon posing as Mr. Mckesson and convinced a technician to change the unique SIM associated with the activist’s phone, allowing the hacker or hackers responsible to have his messages rerouted to a different device. The culprit then requested password reset codes for Mr. Mckesson’s Twitter and other internet accounts, and subsequently gained access by intercepting those codes when they were sent as text messages,” the Washington Times reported.

However, the mainline press made no mention of the real purpose for the hack, which was to obtain secret information about a George Soros, Obama Administration, sponsored plot, an elaborate operation dubbed the “Summer of Chaos,” which is aimed at shutting down both the Democratic National Convention and the Republican National Convention in order to trigger martial law nationwide, keeping President Barack H. Obama in the White House beyond his allotted two terms under National Security Presidential Directives.

Shockingly, in a private message obtained and released by the hackers, Samuel Sinyangwe, a Black Lives Matter activist, said that law enforcement officials “will not be ready for the type of crowds” that the group will be bringing which are designed to shutdown the convention and create “disruptions nationwide.”

The group plans to bring more than 10,000 people to create chaos July 18-21 in both Philadelphia and Cleveland, according to the leaked PMs.

The following is the private Twitter exchange between Deray McKesson and Samuel Sinyangwe in question:

Bad News For Our Commie Party: 22 Point Swing: Half of Likely Voters Back Temporary Ban on All Muslim Entry

Via Billy

& it's going to get even better when all the week is counted.

New polling data from Reuters shows a surge in support for a far-reaching temporary ban on any Muslim entry to the United States.

In the wake of the terrorist attack in Orlando, 50 percent of likely voters now support a temporary halt on Muslim entry into the United States. Just 42 percent of likely voters oppose a temporary ban.
That suggested policy is a much harder line than the temporary ban on Muslim immigration, or the long-term ban on immigration from countries with a history of radical Islam, that have been proposed by GOP candidate Donald Trump.

The finding represents a 22-point swing since the beginning of the month. At the end of May, just 40 percent of likely voters supported a halt, while 54 percent opposed one.

Ronnie Floyd

The Southern Baptist Convention on Tuesday urged Christians to stop displaying the Confederate battle flag, recognizing that it is perceived by many as a "symbol of hatred, bigotry and racism" that offends millions of people.

The resolution, originally presented by African-American Pastor Dwight McKissic, had stirred debate and led to at least one call to withdraw it. The version presented to thousands of delegates to the denomination's annual meeting in St. Louis was less strongly worded.

NYTimes Editorial: Congress Should Secretly Suspend Second Amendment Rights

Via Billy

A New York Times editorial advocates for a new law allowing a secret court to take away citizens’ right to own a gun at the discretion of the federal government.

Citing the Orlando terror attack that left 50 dead including the shooter and 53 wounded at a gay nightclub, the piece advocates for a “no-buy” list similar to “no-fly” lists. Under the law, suspected terrorists would not be able to buy a gun. In an attempt to ensure the integrity of the lists and preserve due process, the author proposes people only be added to this no-buy list after a secret court rules they are ineligible, similar to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court hearings where the federal government obtains permission to wiretap. Under this proposal, an American who has never been convicted of a crime could be denied their right to buy a gun simply because a secret court decided it should be that way.

Deportations Of Visa Overstayers Have Fallen 80 PERCENT On Obama’s Watch

Via Billy

Jeh Johnson (L) makes remarks after U.S. President Barack Obama (R) introduced him as his nominee for Secretary of Homeland Security, in the Rose Garden of the White House in Washington, October 18, 2013. Obama on Friday nominated former Pentagon attorney Johnson, a national security expert who had a role in ending the military
 Commies.

The number of illegal aliens deported by the Obama administration after overstaying their visas has decreased by 80 percent since 2009, it was revealed in a House hearing on Tuesday.

And with just 2,500 deportations of visa overstayers in 2015 out of an estimated 5 million illegal aliens in the U.S. who fall into that category, the Obama administration deported just “one-twentieth of one percent” of illegal alien visa overstayers, Texas Rep. Lamar Smith said during a hearing of the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Border & Maritime Security.

LGBT Group says Guns Didn’t Cause the Orlando Attack a Human Being Did!

A LGBTQ group dedicated to the legal and safe use of firearms for the LGBTQ community put out a press release Sunday that urged people to focus on the Orlando shooter’s heinous actions and not on guns as the problem.

Oman Mir Seddique Mateen killed 49 people in a shooting at a gay nightclub Saturday night in Orlando, Fla.  Gwendolyn Patton, the first speaker of the Pink Pistols, came forward Sunday to urge Americans to not automatically blame firearms as the primary cause of the mass shooting.
“The Pink Pistols gives condolences to all family and friends of those killed and injured at Pulse,” Patton said. “This is exactly the kind of heinous act that justifies our existence. At such a time of tragedy, let us not reach for the low-hanging fruit of blaming the killer’s guns. Let us stay focused on the fact that someone hated gay people so much they were ready to kill or injure so many. A human being did this. The human being’s tools are unimportant when compared to the bleakness of that person’s soul.

The Orlando Massacre Is Just the Beginning

Via David "WHAT DID I PREDICT? That a guy could shoot a LOT of people while screaming Allah Akhbar and it'd be whitewashed."

Everything that led to it is still well entrenched.

What is the greatest lesson of the Orlando massacre, where a Muslim shooter killed at least 50 people at a homosexual night club—an event that is now considered the deadliest terrorist attack on U.S. soil since the September 11 attacks of 2001?  It’s that such an attack had to happen—and is destined to happen again.  Why?  Because the surest way of seeing an act occur repeatedly—say a terrorist attack—is to repeat all the same steps that precipitated and paved the way for it in the first place.

Consider: the shooter, Omar Mir Seddique Mateen, was “quite religious” and a pious Muslim (he attended mosque and prayed regularly); he clearly saw himself as a jihadi killing evildoers—he “recited prayers to Allah during the attack,” pledged this act to the Islamic State, and the latter claimed it—officialdom, as usual, is trying to obfuscate the Islamic role.

Despite all of the above and the fact that ISIS has repeatedly executed homosexuals, often videotaping it (see here), “FBI Special Agent Ron Hopper said the bureau was still working to determine whether sexual orientation was a motive in the Orlando attack.”

President Obama said what he often says after a Muslim goes on a rampage in the name of Islam: it’s still too early to know the “precise motivations of the killer.”   Instead, Obama exploited the jihadi massacre as a springboard for his own gun-ban agenda, saying that access to “very powerful weapons very quickly” is “a problem regardless of their motivations.”

A moment of silence in Congress meant to honor those who died in the mass shooting in Orlando erupted into protests by House Democrats on Monday.

After Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) led the moment of silence, Democratic lawmakers began shouting criticism over lack of gun control legislation.

Democrats yelled “Where’s the bill?” and “No leadership!”

The Religion of Peace: More Unsurprising Revelations

Via comment by JWMJR on Will Orlando Change Anything?

 https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CYx0tLYUsAAUnLz.jpg

In days following any horrific act such as happened in Orlando there are a string of speculations and revelations about the perpetrator concerning their mental stability, sexual proclivities and or FBI complicity and or incompetence.

It was quickly revealed that this particular piece of dirt was of Afghan decent and that his father was a outspoken supporter of the Afghan Taliban. This raises the question of if this was known why wasn't he expelled in the days and weeks after the 9-11 attacks. That he wasn't and his son subsequently became radicalized as well should surprise no one.

This piece of human garbage had already been accused by his ex-wife that he was physically  abusive. Today it was revealed by investigators that he had visited the scene of his crime numerous times and that he had used gay dating web sites and had attempted to get a former room mate to go out with him. His ex has further stated that she thought he was gay.

Appeals court rejects $1.8M award to Jesse Ventura in 'American Sniper' case

Via Billy

A federal appeals court on Monday threw out $1.8 million in damages awarded to former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura, who said he was defamed by the late author Chris Kyle in the bestselling book "American Sniper."

The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals also sent a portion of the case -- Ventura's defamation claim -- back to the district court for a new trial, saying Ventura's attorneys made improper remarks and the trial court "clearly abused its discretion in denying a new trial."

Messages left with Ventura, his publicist and his attorney were not immediately returned Monday. An attorney for Kyle's estate had no comment and referred questions to publisher HarperCollins, which said it was reviewing the opinion and had no comment at this time.

However great the shock of the massacre in Orlando, it is only a matter of time before we start hearing again the fact-free dogma that "diversity is our strength."

If there is any place in the Guinness Book of World Records for words repeated the most often, over the most years, without one speck of evidence, "diversity" should be a prime candidate.

Is diversity our strength? Or anybody's strength, anywhere in the world? Does Japan's homogeneous population cause the Japanese to suffer? Have the Balkans been blessed by their heterogeneity -- or does the very word "Balkanization" remind us of centuries of strife, bloodshed and unspeakable atrocities, extending into our own times?

Has Europe become a safer place after importing vast numbers of people from the Middle East, with cultures hostile to the fundamental values of Western civilization?

"When in Rome do as the Romans do" was once a common saying. Today, after generations in the West have been indoctrinated with the rhetoric of multiculturalism, the borders of Western nations on both sides of the Atlantic have been thrown open to people who think it is their prerogative to come as refugees and tell the Romans what to do -- and to assault those who don't knuckle under to foreign religious standards.

NC: ‘Gun rights’ constitutional amendment won’t get vote, House leader says

 http://www.citizensconstitutionalcaucus.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Screen-Shot-2013-01-16-at-9.37.44-AM-287x247.png

“The incident in Orlando does make the point of my proposed amendment to the N.C. Constitution very clearly,” he wrote on his Facebook page. “Especially in these times, our people need to be armed.”

A House leader said he doesn’t think legislators will take action on a controversial bill to end the state’s permitting requirements for people who want to carry a concealed weapon.

Rep. Larry Pittman, a Concord Republican, filed the “Gun Rights Amendment” last Thursday. It would ask voters in the November election if they support a constitutional ban on concealed weapon permit regulations.

The bill garnered more attention Monday in the wake of the Orlando nightclub shooting, and gun control supporters started a petition drive to oppose the measure. Several dozen people also
gathered Monday night at the Legislative Building, calling on lawmakers to reject the proposal.
House Speaker Tim Moore referred the gun bill to the Rules Committee on Monday night. That committee’s chairman, Rep. David Lewis of Dunn, said he doesn’t expect to hold a hearing or vote on the bill this year because legislators are busy crafting a budget.

Oh Say Can You See…Another One Bites the Dust….

Will the beloved author of our national anthem, Francis Scott Key, soon join Christopher Columbus, Andrew Jackson, George Washington, Woodrow Wilson, and Robert E. Lee as a demonized whipping-boy of the culture-war?

Once the “Resolution of Hate” only inspired Confederophobes, but has now been expanded to an Anti-American icon industry, sweeping all in its path of cultural destruction.

They started with the eradication of Confederate things, including playing and singing “Dixie” in public, but are expanding to all our American cultural icons. This is only the beginning. Don’t believe me?

NC: GRNC Alert 6-13-16 CONFERENCE COMMITTEE IS LAST CHANCE TO STOP GUN SELLOUT

The Problem

With passage of HB 562 last year, which included removal of several burdensome pistol purchase permit (PPP) application requirements, legislators attempted to standardize what were then widely variable permit formats. The North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association (NCSA) managed to slip into the bill a requirement that mental health forms be sent to Clerks of Superior Court to certify the applicant has no history of mental incompetence (involuntary commitment, insanity defense, etc). The ostensible reason for the form is that older records are not digitized, but rather stored on microfiche.

Although sheriffs are now required to issue purchase permits in 14 days, urban counties are flouting the law, claiming that due to the large influx of gun permit applications after the San Bernardino attack, clerks of court are unable to keep up with manually researching involuntary commitment records. Sheriffs are refusing to issue permits until the form comes back from the clerk of court, claiming a “better safe than sorry” policy in exceeding the 14 day limit. In Mecklenburg County and elsewhere, applicants are being stalled for 60 to 90 days.

Collusion?

Enter NRA lobbyist Anthony Roulette and a clandestine meeting to “solve” the problem. Among those at the meeting were Roulette, Representative Allen McNeill (a former Deputy Sheriff with strong ties to NC Sheriffs’ Association or NCSA), NCSA Executive Director Eddie Caldwell, representatives of the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), and Dennis Allen, who represented the NC Rifle & Pistol Association (NCRPA), the state NRA affiliate.

Conspicuously absent from the meeting were any representatives from Grass Roots North Carolina (GRNC). And why were we absent, you ask? Perhaps it was because Caldwell, whose long history of featherbedding his $330,000 salary and turning sheriffs against gun owners has drawn fire from GRNC, reportedly quipped that if GRNC attended, he would not. Or perhaps it was at the behest of Roulette who, when asked by AOC personnel why GRNC was not present, reportedly responded that we were “unavailable.”

Most likely, Roulette and Caldwell colluded to exclude GRNC just as they have colluded to undermine gun owners in the past. However you choose to interpret it, the state’s largest and most effective gun rights organization was deliberately excluded.
Sellout

As the apparent result of this cozy little tête-à-tête, Rep. McNeill slipped $250,000 into the massive House budget bill to allow the AOC to begin digitizing involuntary commitment records. So now, everybody is happy: Roulette gets to say he did something, Caldwell’s sheriffs get more access to ancient mental health records (to deny permits to more people, of course), and AOC gets $250,000.
Everybody gets something…except you. You see, urban clerks of court aren’t delaying purchase permit applications solely due to lack of resources; some anti-gun bureaucrats are using the new form as an excuse to vex gun owners. Throwing money at them will accomplish nothing. It is highly probable that application delays will continue and, as you know, a right delayed is a right denied.

Solution

For the past few weeks, GRNC has been working behind the scenes, pushing a plan to have records digitized by a certain date and then, once complete, to have the release form being sent to clerks of court simply disappear. Unfortunately, the Senate seems unlikely to add the measure, meaning we will take the fight to a “conference committee,” comprised of representatives from both the NC House and Senate, where differences between House and Senate versions of the budget will be resolved.
