Known for exposing government's 'submission to jihad'

'Self-inflicted' 🙄

Former Department of Homeland Security whistleblower Philip Haney – known for exposing how political correctness compromised national security during the George W. Bush and Barack Obama administrations – was found dead Thursday of a gunshot wound to his chest near his residence outside of Sacramento, California.

The circumstances of his death are still under investigation. Two officers of the Amador County Sheriff's Office confirmed Haney's death to WND but had no further information.

President Donald Trump makes his way across the South Lawn upon his return to the White House in Washington, D.C., on April 18, 2017, after visiting Wisconsin.

A new poll finds that a wide majority of Americans are open to voting President Donald Trump in for a second term this November, with a significant increase from last year.

The poll, conducted by The Hill and HarrisX and released Thursday, found 62 percent of registered voters expressed openness to casting their ballot for Trump, compared with only 38 percent who said they wouldn’t vote for him.

The Moral Bankruptcy of the BSA's National Board

Via Billy

The national BSA board abandoned its "morally straight" mandate and will pay the price well into the future.

“A good moral character is the first essential in a man, and that the habits contracted at your age are generally indelible, and your conduct here may stamp your character through life. It is therefore highly important that you should endeavor not only to be learned but virtuous.” —George Washington (1790)

“On my honor, I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight.” —Oath, Boy Scouts of America

As a former Scout, a Scout leader, the father of two Eagle Scouts, and a BSA Executive Council member, it grieves me to report that the national BSA board has, as I estimated it would a year ago, declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
