Strong faith, and the belief that GOD is always in control.... makes the final days and weeks of one's life on this rock strangely peaceful. I have personally know folks who had a terminal illness, and were more concerned about those they were leaving behind, about their hopes and fears, than for themselves. When they passed, it was very painful, but less so because of the gracious, loving attitude that they had through to the end....
Yes, usually individuals on their death beds are worried about those they leave behind as they know there is nothing they can do to look out for them. A wonderful tribute to mankind.
