A Reasoned Response To Gabe Suarez

I am a regular reader over at Kerodin’s place and noticed a recent dust-up over Sam’s post about Gabe Suarez’s statements in support of the tactics that result from the militarization of the growing police state in our country. Since I don’t know or care who Gabe Suarez is, it was an interesting read but nothing more. Then Sam posted a link to Gabe’s response and I felt the need to respond to his ignorant stereotyping of people he knows nothing about.

General Observation

First, Mr. Suarez is a former SWAT and Gang Task-force LEO. He has admitted he loved the job because of the adrenaline and testosterone fueled violence he got to perpetrate against other human beings as a part of his job as an agent of the state of California (CBN interview). Second, in his post against those of us who love this country and want to take it back from state-sanctioned thugs of the praetorian class like him, I find it telling that he prides himself on banning dissenting voices from his forum and locking comments on his post. That, in conjunction with his self-admitted love for oppressive violence, tells me all I need to know about his true nature when it comes to the liberty of others. Third, the fact that Mr. Suarez resorts to stereotypes, generalizations, and name calling reveals his inability to use his intellectual faculties to engage in a free discussion with those who don’t bow down and kiss his ring. This is a tactic seen by many with the penchant towards tyranny … build a straw man that is a caricature of your opponent and then destroy it so that your opponent is de-legitimized in the public’s eye. Unfortunately for Mr. Suarez, reality doesn’t measure up to his caricature.

Here’s another case of the official story misses the actual story.

North Tryon patrol officers responded to an A/D/W (Assault With a Deadly Weapon) call in reference to a subject shot in an apartment complex parking lot. When officers arrived on scene, they located a male subject in the parking lot suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased by Medic at 3:43am.

I know that a dead guy after a shooting sounds like the story, but trust me it isn’t.

Look at his one criminal conviction. He was convicted in November of last year for “Discharging a firearm into an occupied property, causing serious injury,” a Class E felony. According to the structured sentencing guidelines (PDF) he was supposed to get 20-25 months in prison for a first offense of this magnitude. That sentence could be increased to 25-31 months or mitigated to 15-20 depending upon the circumstances of the crime.

Dishonor Government Before God

The touchy subject of criminality continues to plague the patriot community. I hate to break it to the readership that criminality is necessary to any action against a tyrannical force. There would be no United States of America without the understanding and acceptance of the fact of criminality.

At the recent Liberty Summit I heard many proposals as to how to go about re-claiming liberty. Some illegal actions were proffered and quickly and resoundingly rejected. Okay, if that was a show for the presumed DHS official presence, then fine, but if that were a true sentiment among the patriot population, we have already lost any battle to reclaim liberty.

Make no mistake, this nation was founded by treasonous, graffitiest, thieves and rogues. To pretend to any other prospect is to give in to delusion. Just look at the lives of those who signed the Declaration of Independence to understand what they were willing to sacrifice to live free.

I found this report of vibrancy breaking out in Portland to be an interesting lapse. Either the media in Oregon failed to get the message or the mainstream media is beginning to give up in its futile attempts to conceal the race of blacks who are attacking whites on an increasingly regular basis throughout America:

Portland Police are investigating two “large-scale” fights that happened in Laurelhurst Park in Southeast Portland earlier this week. According to Sgt. Pete Simpson, both fights involved groups of black teenagers randomly attacking people in the park.

Simpson said the first incident happened on June 13 around 10:30 p.m. That’s when officers responded to reports of 150 drunken teenagers in the park.

Officers arrived and found several groups of teens leaving. As they continued through the park a young woman flagged them down and pointed out a 14-year-old boy who had been beaten up, Simpson said. He was lying on a picnic table. The boy had been hit in the face and paramedics were called to treat his injuries.

According to Simpson, the victim told officers he was with a friend in the park when he was punched from behind. He said his attackers were 5-10 black teenagers who were randomly attacking white teens in the park. He said they also attacked a homeless man. The victim said the attackers stole his cell phone, iPod, headphones and hat.

The second attack happened the next night, also around 10:30 p.m. In that case, officers got a report of a fight involving more than 20 people in the park.

They didn’t find the fight when they arrived but did find three men who said they were attacked by a group of 20-30 black teenagers, Simpson said.

Events such as these tend to suggest that segregation will eventually be reestablished in whatever remnant of the United States remains in the possession of European-Americans once the political breakup occurs sometime after 2030. It was possible for whites to flee Detroit, Los Angeles, and Rhodesia. But now that the inevitable consequences of vibrancy are being felt in former white redoubts such as Portland, Shakopee, Stockholm, and Oslo, there simply isn't anywhere else to go. It hasn't even been fifty years since the Civil Rights Act unleashed vibrancy on America; in another fifty years, American whites will be choosing between a violent return to the policies they previously rejected and dying out.

The great tragedy is that it never had to be this way. But periods of peace and prosperity inevitably give way to periods of war and hardship, and unfortunately, they are usually proportional to the scale of what has gone before. Don't make the mistake of thinking that this is something anyone should eagerly anticipate, as it's not going to be fun for anyone. I suspect it is going to be considerably worse than the forty-year period from 1910 to 1950, especially for Americans who were largely insulated from the global war. This time, they'll be at ground zero.

The Portland police's advice to parents to tell their children to avoid public parks at night even if they are open, dutifully repeated by the female reporter and seconded by the female news anchor, is rather amusing in light of the collective fainting fit that met John Derbyshire's recommendation for parents to tell their children to avoid large gatherings of blacks. Thus we see, as has been described by Steve Sailer and others, that SWPL attitudes about race are no different than those of open white supremacists, they are simply concealed by one thin level of transparent pretense.

I plead guilty. I am guilty of an egregious sin of omission, for which I owe every reader of this blog (especially those SF veterans I know are reading it and critiquing their young protege), a profound apology. I am guilty of the sin of hubris. You see, one of the critical lessons pounded into young Special Forces candidates' heads during the Q-Course (at least when I went through JFKSWCS, and I assume still) is that, besides all the cool tactical training and gunfighter schooling, you have a moral obligation to make sure the host nation (HN) forces you are training/advising know, understand, and practice, the Law of Land Warfare. I placed too much faith in the inherent morality of the American patriot movement.

There is an old cliche that there are no rules in a war. That is, to put it as mildly as I am capable, utter nonsense. Every war, from Cain and Abel's sibling rivalry, until today, has been moderated by rules. Too often, throughout history, of course, there have been acts committed that, anyone but Satan himself would agree were crimes against humanity. Even our own nation's military has committed these. The legal crutch of precedence however, does not justify these acts, for they are unjustifiable. It certainly does not justify future actions of immorality by any so-called Liberty Resistance Movement, whose sole claim to legitimacy can be said to be the moral high ground.

Every member of the media, and all government officials, many of them being Traitors, are too cowardly or ignorant to expose this preparation for war on the people. F&F was designed to reinforce a failed attempt to get as many guns and resultant crime as possible into Mexico so the Pansies among us would scream for gun control leaving us defenseless.

Nothing the government Usurpers say is true, this was not an attempt at a law enforcement sting, which would be impossible in Mexico, nor was this just another government scandal, unless you think planning to kill you is a routine part of government.

I am not going to bore you with more details of this treasonous plan that would have allowed the Marxist Usurpers to enslave or kill us, which they can no longer do because we have arms and would kill them if they tried.

Now you know why Obama will not release the documents.

As I said in my last article [andrew129.htm] with a few simple changes we can have unlimited freedom and prosperity in a matter of months.

Dems Admit Obama’s Not Eligible

Weary of defending in court the Constitutional eligibility of their man at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, the Democrat Party has finally admitted Barack Obama is not qualified to be president of the United States– and that it doesn’t matter.

According to a motion filed by Party attorneys in a Tennessee eligibility lawsuit, “…Defendants [the Tennessee Democrat Party and the Democrat National Committee] assert that the Tennessee Democrat Party has the right to nominate whoever it chooses to run as a candidate, including someone who is not qualified for the office.”

In numerous previous lawsuits questioning the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama, Democrats have maintained that voters, not the Constitution, should be the final arbiters of presidential eligibility. Though a disgraceful assertion on its face, such mindless rambling was about all that desperate Democrat attorneys had in their arsenals, apart from the perpetually employed “plaintiffs lack standing” defense.

Know your limits and push them when you prepare

We are preparing for any possible scenario, buying things that we possibly gonna need, practicing skills that we gonna need, talking and discussing about scenarios. We are doing anything in order to be more prepared and less surprised when sky falls down, when trucks stop going and it is each man for himself (and family).

Rarely we are ready to admit that we can not imagine how things are going to be. I found that part of preparing very important.

It is hard to discuss about things that we can not imagine, but it is absolutely important to prepare your mind that lot of things are not gonna unfold on the way as we imagine it now. When this happens we push our limits. You might have to do things you never do, see things you can hardly believe.

We need to prepare ourselves that we will be confused because this is what happens when you cross limits and end up at place you never been before. We need to expect that. We need to be able to feel confident while being confused and in new situations.

I mention before my friend who went trough same SHTF situation like me, and in some areas he experienced much more things than me. We talk and laugh a lot, we spend lot of time together, many years. But still he can surprise me with some of his story from that period, i guess lot of years need to pass by in order to men can talk about some traumatic events.

He was wounded couple of times, his story about one of his wounds is quite good for understanding how things are going, and how little or how great you can do in some situations.

Prepare for confusion

They hold position in one of the ruined houses on far outskirts of city, more like a small settlement a bit outside of city, he was there with 12 more guys when attack came.
