Sandy Hook Massacre: Sympathy from the Devil

 Children of the drone

“They had their entire lives ahead of them -- birthdays, graduations, weddings, kids of their own,” intoned the murderer of 16-year-old Abdulrahman al-Awlaki as he began the liturgy of official mourning for the victims of the Newton massacre.

Every time children die in an outbreak of violence, “I react not as a president, but as anybody else would as a parent,” continued the head of a regime that will not explain to Nasser al-Awlaki why his son Anwar and grandson Abdulrahman – both of the U.S. citizens – were murdered by presidential decree.

“We’ve endured too many of these tragedies in the past few years,” insisted the official who has presided over dozens of lethal drone attacks in Pakistan and other countries with whom the U.S. is not formally at war.

Tears welled up in Obama’s eyes as he pronounced the familiar, facile phrases of selective sympathy. After ordering that U.S. flags be flown at half-mast for a week, Obama said that he and his wife would hug their children a little closer tonight as he empathizes with the parents whose children were murdered in Newton.

It’s doubtful that he was moved to similar thoughts of vicarious bereavement as he contemplated the parents in Pakistan, Yemen, and Afghanistan who have been left childless because of his actions.

Shortly after the police had arrived at Sandy Hook Elementary School to offer the service they always provide in such circumstances – that is, drawing chalk outlines and stringing up crime-scene tape – Mr. Obama was informed of the massacre. The minion who conveyed that news to the Child Killer-in-Chief was National Security Adviser John Brennan, who is the official Keeper of the “Kill List” – the roster of people, including U.S. citizens, who have been targeted for summary execution by a secretive executive branch committee.

Last April, in response to modest but growing public outrage over the Obama Regime’s use of killer drones, Brennan gave an opaque and self-congratulatory speech insisting that the program was legal because those who preside over it consider it to be.

Killing distant, unarmed people by way of robot-delivered missiles is “legal, ethical, and wise,” he declared. The targeted execution of individuals deemed to be terrorists –without the benefit of trial or any simulacrum of due process – is the result of careful “deliberation,” and conducted in a way that discriminates between combatants and bystanders.

This must mean that Barack Obama and the people who are sufficiently foolish and depraved to obey his orders intended to kill 16-year-old Abdulrahman al-Awlaki while he was enjoying a backyard barbecue at the home of a family friend in Yemen.

What's missing? A well armed citizenry, with guts and fortitude, hell bent on not allowing their lives and Liberties, and those of their families, friends, and neighbors to be snuffed out by some asshole.

No, instead they live with the false belief that someone else will do the hard work for them. Worse, they falsely believe that a police officer will make it in time to save their huddled masses.

When I worked in law enforcement, we had a saying:
When seconds count, the police are only minutes away. It was absolutely true. Yep, even the police know the truth.

I am not sure what possesses people to put their lives in the hands of killers, because that is exactly what they are doing when they do not exercise their God Given Natural Born Right to defend themselves against aggression.

When one of my friends finds out that I carry in certain places, they invariably ask, "is that legal?" To this I respond with, "What do you mean?" This generally starts a discussion on the "legality" of my choices. I have to take the time to explain to them that there are two sets of laws: society's tyrannical laws and God's Natural laws. I only follow God's laws granted to me at birth, which are not subject to anyone's review, degradation, or removal. End of discussion.

Maybe you noticed that six of the top eight mass murders occurred at facilities where the US Government mandates that The People be unarmed while at such a facility. The results are obviously devastating, especially considering that the gunmen didn't adhere to the laws. In fact, the gunmen probably snickered at the "No Guns Allowed" signs as they passed them on their way to kill. Therefor, the government is putting you and yours in jeopardy by denying your God Given Natural Born Right to defense of your person and property at such facilities.

So for any of you dickless humanity (this includes those CHL carriers who shamelessly leave their sidearms behind to go into "gun free" zones) who may one day find yourself in the same room as myself when the SHTF and there is an active shooter situation, you needn't worry your huddled mass, or should I say your puddled bowels, I shall step into the breach bearing my sword on your behalf as well as mine; you just better hope the shooter doesn't get the drop on me, because then your sorry ass will be dead too.

* This particular jackass was killed by two citizens, who shot and ran over him, but only after he had done his damage and was fleeing the scene on his bicycle.

I leave you with Suzanna Hupp, who was in Luby's on that fateful day in 1991.

Brian Terry's Family Sues ATF Officials

The family of a slain Border Patrol agent has sued federal officials over the botched "Fast and Furious" gun operation, claiming they should have known it created a risk to law enforcement authorities.

Agent Brian Terry was mortally wounded on Dec. 14, 2010, in a firefight north of the Arizona-Mexico border between U.S. agents and five men who had sneaked into the country to rob marijuana smugglers.

The case was filed Thursday, one day short of the two-year anniversary of Terry's death and a deadline for filing a wrongful death claim in federal court.

Federal authorities who conducted "Fast and Furious" have faced tough criticism for allowing suspected straw gun buyers for a smuggling ring to walk away from gun shops in Arizona with weapons, rather than arrest them and seize the guns.

The lawsuit made publicly available on Friday was filed by Terry's parents against six managers and investigators for the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The family also sued a federal prosecutor who had previously handled the case but is no longer on it, and the owner of the gun store where two rifles found in the aftermath of the firefight were bought.

The family alleges the ATF officials and federal prosecutor created a risk to law enforcement officers such as Terry, and that the firearms agents should have known their actions would lead to injuries and deaths to civilians and police officers in America and Mexico.

The family also alleged that firearms agents and the prosecutor sought to cover up the link between Terry's death and the botched "Fast and Furious" investigation.

Gun Owners of America: End gun free zones

“Gun-control supporters have the blood of little children on their hands,” Larry Pratt, the group’s executive director, said. “Federal and state laws combined to insure that no teacher, no administrator, no adult had a gun at the Newtown school where the children were murdered.

“This tragedy underscores the urgency of getting rid of gun bans in school zones,” he added. “The only thing accomplished by gun-free zones is to ensure that mass murderers can slay more before they are finally confronted by someone with a gun."

Blunt Facts Openly Stated and Faced

Lincoln’s emancipation proclamation was not original and copied Lord Dunmore’s edict freeing slaves in 1775 Virginia for the purpose of arming slaves and inciting the murder of colonial Americans.  British Vice Admiral Sir Alexander Cochrane would do the same on April 2, 1814, proclaiming all slaves freed in order to cripple the American war effort.

Bernhard Thuersam, Chairman
North Carolina War Between the States Sesquicentennial Commission
"The Official Website of the North Carolina WBTS Sesquicentennial"

Blunt Facts Openly Stated and Faced:

“The Emancipation Proclamation, an incredible act, must be laid wholly to Lincoln and the small group of fanatical Abolitionists and radicals whose hatred of the South and of Southern people seems to have known no bounds. It disgusted the majority of Northern citizens and was out of favor even with the troops who were fighting Lincoln’s war at the hearthstones of the South.

It was characterized in Northern thought as the act of “an absolute, irresponsible monarch.” Justice Curtis of the United States Supreme Court, who had dissented in the Dred Scott case, publicly called it an unconstitutional act issued without legal right by the President. North and West it was denounced. In a speech against conscription and arbitrary arrests, Governor Horatio Seymour of New York declared it a “proposal for the butchery of women and children, for arson and murder, for lust and rapine.”

Truly it could not have emanated from a “great” man. Governor Seymour reminded Lincoln that the war was supposedly being fought solely to suppress “rebellion,” not to change the social system of the United States. [President] Jefferson Davis thought: “Our own detestation of those who have attempted the most execrable measure recorded in the history of guilty man, is tempered by profound contempt for the impotent rage it discloses.”

What Abraham Lincoln stood for, what Jefferson Davis stood for, culminated in a terrible civil war, an Emancipation, a “Reconstruction,” and three unconstitutional so-called amendments forced upon the Constitution and upon the American people along with an exasperating race problem – all be perversion of the form of government; by dictatorship and armed might, lawless and utterly ruthless, bringing ruin and desolation to half the country of that day, initiated by “reformers” and intermeddlers.  These are blunt facts, some never before openly stated and faced, in our history.”

North Carolina Patriots of ’61 – Colonel Hector M. McKethan of Cumberland County

51st Reg't
10:00  Hector McKethan, Colonel

The son of Alfred Augustus and Loveday Campbell McKethan, he was born 15 September 1834 in Cumberland County; his mother was the daughter of Reverend James Campbell of Pennsylvania. A prosperous carriage maker in his father’s Fayetteville business prior to 1861, Hector entered the service of his State as a member of the Fayetteville Independent Light Infantry, (FILI), with the rank of third lieutenant. Engaged at Bethel Church in Virginia with Company H (FILI) of the First North Carolina Volunteers under Captain Wright Huske, McKethan would later rise to the rank of Colonel of the 51st North Carolina Regiment which was organized at Wilmington in April, 1862.

The 51st was comprised of men from New Hanover and Brunswick, the “Warsaw Sampsons” from Duplin and Sampson counties, the “Duplin Stars,” Robeson county’s “Scotch Tigers,” the “Clay Valley Rangers” and “Ashpole True Boy”s of Robeson county, the “Columbus Light Infantry”, and Sampson’s “Confederate Stars.” First commanded by Col. John Lucas Cantwell of Wilmington, the regiment saw action in South Carolina at Battery Wagner; in Virginia at Petersburg, Second Cold Harbor, and Fort Harrison, where McKethan received a serious wound.

After the Battery Wagner battle, McKethan wrote: “[Our] line was unbroken during the entire fight, and was successfully defended from three separate assaults made on it by the enemy, and their dead and wounded are the surest evidence of the precision with which we fired. The first assault [led by the 54th Massachusetts Regiment [colored] was made about 8 PM…the enemy was three times repulsed from the front of my line, [I] directed my fire to rake the ditch and the outer portion of the work at that point, and am convinced that our fire must have been very destructive….the action continued until 11:30PM, when the firing ceased.  [My] heavy loss is an evidence of the readiness with which the men exposed themselves.”

At Petersburg in June of 1864, McKethan’s 51st North Carolina (in Clingman’s Brigade) formed part of the 15,000 Southern soldiers defending the city against 75,000 enemy troops –  and is credited with helping to seal a dangerous enemy penetration of the line with a bayonet charge and hand to hand fighting with muskets used as clubs.

He succeeded Col. Cantwell to regimental command, and then assumed command of the wounded Gen. Thomas Clingman’s Brigade under Gen. Robert F. Hoke during the campaign from Fort Fisher, to Southwest Creek and Bentonville. It was Col. McKethan and Clingman’s Brigade at the battle of Forks Road below Wilmington which helped repulse three enemy assaults; the latter got no closer than 150 yards from McKethan’s line.

Col. McKethan returned to the old Fayetteville home of his parents where he lived unmarried until his death on 6 November 1881, and is buried in Cross Creek Cemetery, Fayetteville. His obituary from the Laurinburg Enterprise reads: “Death of Col. Hector McKethan, the brave commander of the 51st N.C. Regiment…died at the residence of his father in Fayetteville last Sunday afternoon. He was a brave soldier, a discreet and valiant commander, and distinguished himself on many a bloody battle field. Having the esteem of his soldiers, they followed his lead and obeyed his command with a readiness which fully attested their devotion….More than once did he return from bloody contests with but a small number of those courageous fellows who entered with him.  Brave and generous as he was, he is gone. Peace to his ashes; and may his surviving comrades, who laid him to rest at the tomb with military honors, see that his grave is kept green!”

Shooter's mother to restaurant owner: Son had Asperger syndrome

ht Adam lanza sandy hook bug 121214 wblog LIVE UPDATES: Newtown, Conn., School Shooting
Adam Lanza, seen here in 2005

A lone gunman shot and killed his mother, then drove to the school where she reportedly taught and went on a shooting rampage Friday morning, killing 26 people, including 20 children, before turning a gun on himself.

The shooter was identified by the Associated Press as Adam Lanza, 20, who was found dead inside Sandy Hook Elementary School of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The incident -- among the worst school shootings in U.S. history -- is the latest in a series of mass shootings in the U.S. this year, including Tuesday's assault by a lone gunman at a Portland, Ore., shopping mall that left two dead and one wounded.

Three weapons were found — a Glock and a Sig Sauer, both pistols, inside the school, and a .223-caliber rifle in the back of a car.

A federal law enforcement official said the guns had been legally bought and registered by the shooter's 52-year-old mother, Nancy Lanza, USA TODAY's Kevin Johnson reported.

A federal law enforcement official said the guns had been legally bought and registered by the shooter's 52-year-old mother, Nancy Lanza, USA TODAY's Kevin Johnson reported.

The AP described her as a teacher at the school, although USA TODAY could not independently confirm the report.

Ryan Lanza, the suspect's 24-year-old brother, was questioned by law enforcement in Hoboken, N.J., and said Adam was believed to suffer from a personality disorder. He told police that he had not been in touch with his brother since about 2010.

China school knife attack leaves 23 injured

A man wielding a knife attacked students Friday at a school in central China, leaving 22 children and one adult injured, according to state-run media reports.

The attack occurred at the gate of an elementary school in the village of Chengping, in Henan Province. Police arrested the attacker, who they identified as local resident Min Yingjun, 36.
Children as young as six were among those hospitalized after the attack, suffering injuries including slashes to the ears and head.

An official at Guangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, the local facility, told CBS News at least two students had been transferred to the larger city of Wuhan, not far from Chengping, for treatment. The editor of the local newspaper which first reported the story said none of the children had injuries severe enough to threaten their lives.

The attack marks the latest in a series of violent assaults at elementary schools in China. In 2010, a total of 18 children were killed in four separate attacks. On March 23 of that year, Zheng Minsheng attacked children at an elementary school in Fujian Province, killing eight.

One month later, just a few hours after Zheng Minsheng was executed for his crime, another man, Chen Kanbing wounded 16 students and a teacher in a knife attack at another primary school in Fujian. The following month, on May 12, a man named Wu Huangming killed seven children and two adults with a meat cleaver at a kindergarten in Shaanxi Province. That attack was followed by an August 4 assault by Fang Jiantang, who killed three children and one teacher with a knife at a kindergarten in Shandong Province.

In 2011, a young girl and three adults were killed with an axe at an elementary school in Henan Province by a 30-year-old man named Wang Hongbin, and eight children were hurt in Shanghai after an employee at a child care center attacked them with a box cutter.

Another School Shooting, Another Psychiatric Drug? Federal Investigation Long Overdue

Via Terry

Detailed.

Fact: Despite 22 international drug regulatory warnings on psychiatric drugs citing effects of mania, hostility, violence and even homicidal ideation, and dozens of high profile shootings/killings tied to psychiatric drug use, there has yet to be a federal investigation on the link between psychiatric drugs and acts of senseless violence.

Fact: At least fourteen recent school shootings were committed by those taking or withdrawing from psychiatric drugs resulting in 109 wounded and 58 killed (in other school shootings, information about their drug use was never made public—neither confirming or refuting if they were under the influence of prescribed drugs.)

Fact: Between 2004 and 2011, there have been over 11,000 reports to the U.S. FDA’s MedWatch system of psychiatric drug side effects related to violence.  These include 300 cases of homicide, nearly 3,000 cases of mania and over 7,000 cases of aggression.  Note:  By the FDA’s own admission, only 1-10% of side effects are ever reported to the FDA, so the actual number of side effects occurring are most certainly higher.

Of the 14 shooters documented to be under the influence of psychiatric drugs,  seven were seeing either a psychiatrist or psychologist.  See the list of school shooters on psychiatric drugs here:
School shooters aren’t the only cases commonly found to  be under the influence of psychiatric drugs, here is a list of 10 more recent  murders and murder-suicides, committed by individuals taking or withdrawing from psychiatric drugs  resulting in  an additional 43  dead and 37  wounded.
