Update on VA FLAGGER DOCUMENTARY PRODUCER MAKES CITIZENS ARREST: Rob Walker evidently made up his story

“Vulneratus Non Victus”
On Thursday, May 9th, I was on my way back from the Stonewall Jackson Shrine at Guinea Station when I received a message from Va Flagger and friend, TriPp Lewis. He stated that Rob Walker, the VCU student who had been following the Va Flaggers for the past 6 months and filming our efforts for a documentary, had just called him to report that he had thwarted an attempted vandalism at the Jefferson Davis Statue on Monument Ave., on his way home from his final exam at VCU.
Shortly thereafter, I was phoned into a three way call, and Rob repeated the description of his story. As you can imagine, we were taken in by his dramatic and breathless account of the events. He even sent us these photos of the taser/club that was used at the scene.
At the end of the phone call, I asked Rob for permission to post the account, and he gave me permission to do so.
My intention in sharing the post was twofold: 1) I wanted Rob to get recognition for his efforts…and 2) I hoped it would serve as a deterrent for others who might attempt the same. As you might know, our monuments have been the subject of several attacks over the past months.
Our first indications that there may be a problem came in the form of an email from Navy Personnel who had seen the report and questioned Mr. Walker’s claim of Military Service on the USS Cole. At this point, we had no reason to doubt Mr. Walker, and simply asked him to provide the necessary proof to the gentlemen who had made the request. When Mr. Walker was not forthcoming with documents that could prove his service, we felt that while we considered it a private matter, it did create some doubt in our minds as to whether he was being truthful.
At this point, we decided we needed to further investigate the claims he had made regarding the incident at the monument, but it was Saturday…I was out of town for my son’s college graduation from Liberty University, and our Flaggers were all very busy, attending no less than three Confederate events in the Richmond area that day.
Sunday was Mother’s Day, so Sunday evening was the first chance we had to meet and we began researching his claims. We could find no mention of the event on the Richmond Police Department’s incident report and contacted Mr. Walker to question this. He insisted that he WAS telling the truth and promised to produce the police report on the next day, Monday, May 13th.
At noon Monday, we contacted Mr. Walker again, and he told us that they would not give him the report over the phone and that he would not be able to pick it up in person as he was out of town for the summer.
Assuming by now that we had been royally duped, we decided to make absolutely sure of the facts before we made any further statements. At 8:45 a.m. this morning, Tuesday, May 14th,I went to the Richmond Police Headquarters at 200 N. Grace Street and inquired as to whether there were any incidents reported at the monument location, during the time frame Mr. Walker had told us it happened. RPD officials searched and found no record of any report filed.
As I put pen to hand, we still have no idea why Mr. Walker went to such lengths to create such an elaborate story, or what his intentions were. He will still not admit that the account was false and we are left with the task of cleaning up the mess he has created with his fabrication and (apparent) outright lies.
I cannot properly express my sincere apologies for having released this story without first getting police corroboration. I honestly can say that I never imagined anyone would go to all the trouble of fabricating such a tale, and am sad to have learned another hard lesson in having to question everyone’s motives, and trusting no one.
We are officially retracting our statements in the release of May 10th, and respectfully request that if you forwarded that email, that you do the same with this one so that we might reach everyone who received the false report.
I hope and pray that you will not consider this misplaced trust a reflection on any of the men and women who make up the Va Flaggers. Although the Anti-Confederate Bloggers (affectionately referred to as “Floggers”) are attempting to suggest otherwise, Mr. Walker was not a Va Flagger. He had chosen us as the subject of his documentary work and we had allowed him the freedom to travel with us and film our activities. Up until the evening of May 10th, we never had any reason to believe that he was anything other than honest with us, and are still shocked at this turn of events.
As of today, we are severing all ties with Mr. Walker, as we have no desire to be even associated with anyone who does not know the value of honesty and truth, something that we work hard every day to promote, in our defense of the Confederate Soldier.
This revelation, and the personal attacks which have ensued, were a punch in the gut to me, and it is obvious that our enemies intend to attempt to use the incident to continue their quest to silence us and squelch the Flagging movement... a movement that, despite their best efforts, has taken a foothold among Southerners who are fed up with the constant attacks on our heritage, and is growing in numbers and support every day. Please know, that while we take away a valuable lesson in this, it will in no way deter us from continuing the work that we have begun… protecting the honor of the Confederate Soldier and the flags under which he fought and died…and defending the heritage.
Finally, I can't end this narrative without thanking the Anti-Confederate “Floggers” referred to earlier. Although their motive in covering this incident on their blogs was obviously to cast negative attention on the Virginia Flaggers, which is their habit and history, their posting about it has nevertheless helped to bring awareness of the incident to a wider audience, which will now also be aware of this clarification.

Given A Choice, Would I Choose To Live In A World With No Gun Control, Or With ‘Reasonable’ Gun Controls”
“A Dude From The Rainy Left Coast” asks if I would prefer to live in a world with no gun controls or one with reasonable gun controls, and why.
*We had a world with no gun controls, once. A world in which you could hop a coastwise trader in New Orleans, and get off in any port north of Guyana. With your life preserver hanging on your belt, and without as much as a raised eyebrow from anyone.
A world where wide areas of the world had four or five murders a year for every million population. Most as a result of some dude violating, or attempting to violate, the ‘unwritten law against adultery.”

Benghazi, IRS and AP scandals reveal Obama's culture of corruption
Via Billy
News that the IRS targeted conservative groups for intense scrutiny is just one in a series of revelations pointing to a culture of expediency and intolerance in the Obama White House that corrupts this administration.
Consider the September slayings of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other U.S. diplomats in Benghazi. If the attack were revealed to be undertaken by terrorists, it posed a grave embarrassment to the president’s anti-terrorism strategy—eight weeks before the election.
On September 12, the Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs wrote in an email, “The group that conducted the attacks, Ansar al-Sharia, is affiliated with Islamic terrorists.”
Yet, just days later on the Sunday talk shows, UN Ambassador Susan Rice
characterized the incident as the result of spontaneous street
demonstrations inspired by an anti-Muhammad YouTube video.

IRS Intimidation Forced Founder To Shut Down Tea Party Group
The IRS scandal is growing by leaps and bounds in a way that must be terrifying to an Administration already dealing with fallout from the uncovering of their Libya lies and the knowledge that the Department of Justice seized the phone records of 20 Associated Press reporters.
Tuesday morning, ABC News revealed what might have been the political motivation behind the IRS's decision to target Tea party groups -- to ensure they weren't as effective in 2012 as they were in 2010.
In the 2010 midterms, even the media that despises the Tea Party will admit that the nationwide grassroots movement was a major factor behind record GOP electoral gains. By the time the smoke cleared, Obama had lost the House and his filibuster-proof majority in the United States Senate. Is it just a coincidence that it was only after these 2010 victories that the IRS decided to single out Tea Party groups for special scrutiny? And not just scrutiny, but the kind of scrutiny that bogged these groups down with paperwork and restricted their political activities.

Washington IRS Officials, not only low-level employees, were Involved in Targeting Conservative Groups
Congress was not told tea party groups were being inappropriately targeted by the Internal Revenue Service, even after acting agency Chief Steven Miller had been briefed on the matter.
Miller was first informed on May, 3, 2012, that applications for tax-exempt status by tea party groups were inappropriately singled out for extra scrutiny, the IRS said Monday.
Also, The Washington Post reported Tuesday that IRS officials in Washington and at least two other offices were involved with investigating conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status, making clear that the effort reached well beyond the branch in Cincinnati that was initially blamed.
The Post reported that IRS officials at the agency’s Washington headquarters sent queries to conservative groups asking about their donors and other aspects of their operations, while officials in the El Monte and Laguna Niguel offices in California sent similar questionnaires to tea-party-affiliated groups.
At least twice after the briefing, Miller wrote letters to members of Congress to explain the process of reviewing applications for tax-exempt status without disclosing that tea party groups had been targeted. On July 25, 2012, Miller testified before the House Ways and Means oversight subcommittee, but again did not mention the additional scrutiny — despite being asked about it.
At the hearing, Rep. Kenny Marchant, R-Texas, told Miller that some politically active tax-exempt groups in his district had complained about being harassed. Marchant did not explicitly ask if tea party groups were being targeted. But he did ask how applications were handled.
Miller responded, "We did group those organizations together to ensure consistency, to ensure quality. We continue to work those cases," according to a transcript on the committee's website.
Earlier, Rep. Charles Boustany, R-La., had raised concerns with the IRS about complaints that tea party groups were being harassed. Boustany specifically mentioned tea party groups in his inquiry.

Bagram 747 Crash Update

New information from inside sources
FYI,
I'm in IBT Go-Team training in DC with NTSB and others, and Director of
NTSB Office of Aviation Safety briefed us on this accident today. This
is accurate info from NTSB source today:
The
CVR/FDR on the accident aircraft stopped working on rotation;
engine/fuselage/tail parts were located on the runway. A total of (7)
MRAP armored vehicles were being carried as cargo. NAC was the only
civil DoD contract carrier who will carry these vehicles. Aircraft
loaded at Camp Bastian , not Bagram, was stopping in Bagram for fuel.
Aircraft uplifted 48,000 lbs of fuel at Bargram for flight to DXB. After
impact, 1 MRAP vehicle was deeper in the impact crater than any
aircraft/fuselage parts.
A follow up to what I passed on last week. Sounds pretty valid.
He also mentioned that the calculus of that much weight on the floor of a normal B 747-400 F would have exceeded the limitation of 280,000 lbs, by 90,000 pounds, but probably not a factor. If the vehicle/s had penetrated the aft pressure bulkhead. it is also possible all or some of the 4 hydraulic systems might have been compromised as they run through that area to power the empennage flight controls. Unreal to watch. Speculation is a load shift. Hard to imagine a load shifting that much. Bagram Airbase Afghanistan.
Comment on Obama says he won't tolerate political bias at IRS.

oh please…for almost half a decade, we
have dealt with tyranny at Homeland Security, while they molest
innocent people, including little children, trying to get on a plane,
while they deliberately let fence jumpers go, while they set even more
dangerous criminals free because of “jail overcrowding; we dealt with
their tyranny in the Justice Dept, while they allowed the Black Panthers
to go free after obvious voter intimidation caught on camera! while
they ran guns across the border and got hundreds of Mexicans and our own
Border Patrol agent killed; we dealt with tyranny in Health & Human
Services while that abortion-loving witch he put in charge, issues
waiver after waiver for Obamacare – based on PURE political bias, we
dealt with tyranny out of the EPA as they harassed people to the tune of
thousands of dollars a day in fines over wetlands violations for non-existent wetlands…we dealt with tyranny out of the Agriculture Dept,
as they doled out billions in de facto reparations (Pigford); we dealt
with tyranny out of the State Dept, and the military, as they sat and
watched our people attacked and murdered in Benghazi – and then lie to
our faces. We watched Obama lie at the UN about it, we watched Hillary,
Obama, and Joe Biden lie to the families of the fallen about it. Now
that I think about it, I need to strike every “dealt with” in this post
– because we have “dealt with” squat…we have sat and watched while all
this has gone on…and we’re STILL not at the breaking point…yet. S---!
Why did I even get up, this morning?
