Shock Video: Business Owner’s Surveillance Cameras Seem to Catch Undercover Police Agent Planting the Crack That Landed Him in Jail

Unbelievable video captured by a New York business owner’s surveillance cameras appear to show an undercover police informant (not a police officer) planting and photographing crack cocaine, which ultimately led to the man’s arrest.

Scotia and Schenectady County Police reportedly became suspicious of Donald Andrews, Jr., who owns a smoke shop on Mohawk Avenue in Scotia, N.Y., and decided to send the undercover informant to gather some information. He was sent to Andrews’ place of business twice, according to WNYT-TV.

It was during the informant’s second trip to the smoke shop that he was caught on camera planting and photographing what appears to be cocaine.

In WNYT-TV’s video report, Andrews’s lawyer can be heard narrating the shocking surveillance video.

“He comes in, places the crack on the counter. Crack, which under federal sentencing guidelines, would get him 4 years in jail. Under New York State law would get him 2 to 7 years in jail,” attorney Kevin Luibrand says in the video.

His address is wrawls@moc.org. Everyone needs to be aware of this situation as the paperwork is currently be prepared and could be signed as early as Aug.

The records would be very difficult, if not impossible to access in the future and OUR CONFEDERATE TREASURES would be in the hands of less than Confederate friendly people. Government Representatives must also be made aware. This is another way to Reconstruct the South and hide the true history of Our Ancestors.

Nancy Pelosi: Congress must uphold Constitution by passing gun control

According to Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., members of Congress must pass strict gun control measures in order to uphold their oath to protect and defend the Constitution, CNS News reported Monday.

"In Congress, there can be no more fitting memorial to the lives lost in Aurora, in Newtown, and across the country than a concerted effort to enact commonsense gun safety legislation," she said in a press release marking the one-year anniversary of the Aurora movie shooting.

"We must uphold our oath to ‘protect and defend’ the constitution and all Americans by expanding background checks and keeping dangerous firearms out of the wrong hands," she added.

Erich Pratt, director of communications for Gun Owners of America, called Pelosi's remarks "breathtaking" in an interview with CNS News. “She actually stated that she wants to uphold the Constitution by enacting additional background checks on gun purchases."

“I wonder which country’s constitution she is referring to, because ours clearly makes no allowances for gun control,” Pratt added.

Eight-ton orca leaps 15ft into the air to finally capture dolphin he wanted for dinner after two-hour chase

With the setting sun just beginning to turn the sky pink, a killer whale leaps out of the ocean and soars into the air, spray cascading down in its wake.

It is a magnificent image. Except the whale’s dive has a purpose – the dolphin quivering 15ft below. 

These astonishing photographs record the final act of a chase that lasted two hours, and ended with the dolphin trapped in the jaws of the eight-ton orca.

The dolphin was originally part of a small group swimming off the Mexican coast but the others managed to get away, leaving it at the mercy of a whole pod of whales.

Throughout that time (1996–2003), Ms. Abdein worked for Hillary Clinton in various capacities.

Ms. Abedin’s late father, Dr. Zyed Abedin, was recruited by Naseef to run the JMMA in Saudi Arabia. The journal was operated under the management of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth, a virulently anti-Semitic and sharia-supremacist organization. When Dr. Abedin died, editorial control of the journal passed to his wife, Dr. Saleha Mahmood Abedin — Huma’s mother.

Spain Train Crash: Footage Of Disaster Emerges

The moment a train derailed in a crash that has left at least 80 people dead in Spain has been caught by security cameras at the side of the tracks.

The video shows the train entering a sharp bend at high speed, then coming off the rails, with carriages smashing into a wall.

An official source has told the Reuters news agency the eight-carriage train was travelling at excessive speed.

Survivors have described carriages flipping over and bursting into flames after the derailment just outside Santiago de Compostela, a popular pilgrimage city in northwestern Spain.

TARP Audit: Housing Recipients Re-Defaulting in Alarming Numbers

Nearly one-third of the homeowners who got help through the government's main foreclosure prevention program are defaulting again on their mortgages, according to a government watchdog's report.

The Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) has worked on 1.2 million mortgage modifications since it started four years ago. Of those, more than 306,000 borrowers have defaulted again on their loans, and another 88,000 are at risk as well, reports CNN.

The Special Inspector for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP), which conducted the review, said homeowners are also more likely to default again on the modified loans the longer they stay in the program, with 46 percent of those involved in the program since 2009 defaulting on their loans again.

The re-defaults have cost taxpayers some $815 million, according to SIGTARP. So far, the Treasury Department has allocated $19.1 billion to HAMP, and $4.4 billion has been spent. The program was recently extended for another two years, until the end of 2015.
