A ruling with the potential to expand the number of Californians permitted to carry hidden, loaded guns in public to almost 2 million won’t be reheard by an appeals court as the state’s attorney general requested.

A panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals voted 2-1 today to deny a bid by California Attorney General Kamala Harris, a gun control organization and two police lobbying groups to challenge the court’s February ruling that any responsible, law-abiding citizen is entitled under the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment to possess a concealed firearm in public for self-defense. Harris may appeal the decision. Her spokesman, David Beltran, said the office is reviewing it.

A North Carolina sheriff whose jurisdiction is far from any national border tells Newsmax TV that granting amnesty to millions of illegal aliens already in the United States will have severe ripple effects on communities like his.

Rockingham, N.C. County Sheriff Sam Page told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner that "what occurs at the border doesn't stay at the border," and that a sweeping amnesty declaration by President Barack Obama will spark more illegal immigration, and more border crises that have consequences far inland.

On Veterans Day, while most Americans were thanking members of the U.S. armed forces for their service and enjoying their community’s holiday festivities, Michael Schuette of Anniston, Alabama took to Facebook to explain that veterans are not American heroes. In fact, he believes they “kill for profit,” “terrorize” other countries, have “never sacrificed for this country” and do “nothing for the American citizens.”

It’s not enough that Liberals INVITE illegals to swarm to America, and encourage states to violate our laws. But now they want to reimburse bad behavior . . . with a Republican’s help!

 

Congresswoman Renee Ellmers (R-NC) has introduced a bill that would use money earmarked for foreign aid to reimburse states for money spent to detain and educate illegal immigrants.

 

Why not add something that pay illegal criminals for rape, robbery, and murder?

Why I Do Not Like The Obamas

The other evening on my twitter, a person asked me why I didn’t like the Obamas? Specifically I was asked: “I have to ask, why do you hate the Obamas. It seems personal not policy related. You even dissed their Christmas family pic.” The truth is I do not like the Obamas, what they represent, their ideology, and I certainly do not like his policies and legislation.

I’ve made no secret of my contempt for the Obamas. As I responded to the person who asked me the aforementioned question, I don’t like them because they are committed to the fundamental change of my/our country into what can only be regarded as a Communist state.

 I don’t hate them per definition, but I condemn them because they are the worst kind of racialists; they are elitist Leninists with contempt for traditional America. They display disrespect for the sanctity of the office he holds; and, for those who are willing to admit same Michelle Obama’s raw contempt for white America is transpicuous.
