Oh please.

There was not one damn word of contrition for your failures.

Your administration failed to identify the terrorists, despite multiple opportunities.  The woman came to this country and was improperly vetted.  The man was here and apparently had multiple overseas contacts with terrorists, which I remind everyone is already legal for the CIA to intercept (on the other end.)

It appears that your failures not only included missing clear and discoverable information on communication but in addition there appears to be evidence that both money and training flowed from overseas.  I remind you that every single transaction that flows through FedWire or is cleared through federal facilities (and that's damn near all of them Internationally) is subject to your administration's surveillance.

YOU ARE A FAILURE, MR. PRESIDENT, AND THE "BENIGN" EXPLANATION IS THAT YOU HAVE SPENT YOUR TIME PLAYING GOLF INSTEAD OF ATTENDING TO BUSINESS.  THE MALIGNANT POSSIBILITY IS FAR WORSE.

In response your administration now wishes to (again) demand that we give up our right to life while it is under direct threat as a direct and proximate result of your failures.  You place this on the table in the form of further demands for "gun control" despite the fact that the two terrorists were only stopped because good guys had guns and they got to commit as many murders as they did because their victims were unarmed targets, incapable of shooting back due to lack of arms on their person. 

I have one word in response: NO.

Below is the letter I received today from my good friend, fellow USMC Vietnam veteran,  Del Vecchio. The contribution can be made at the website of the Vietnam Healing Foundation  (www.thevhf.org ) : 

Well, here it is, December again, Thanksgiving behind us and Christmas coming up fast.  This is the time I send out my end of year appeal for support for the charity that brings badly needed help to the crippled old South Vietnamese veterans still eking out their lives in Viet Nam.

We are now supporting directly 100 vets and their families, and also providing partial support to 30 others who have come to us with desperate requests for some help.  Our work has become more difficult because of the police taking an ever worse view of us.  In February on my last visit, I was "busted" in Hue for the crime of giving money to people the top cop of that region doesn't like, and told to leave and never come back.  So my days of visiting the old vets to give them some real recognition from a former comrade and raise their spirits have come to an end.  This is a bitter thing for me, it was such an important thing to them to have someone come from the US to see them, and I was so deeply honored to be able to give that service.

But our work goes on, the men get older and sicker and need more medicines, and now every month or so another one passes on.  But we have a long list of those waiting for help, so we go on running events to raise some funds, and of course depending heavily on donations from others who understand the plight of these men and wish to help.  Please consider if you can contribute anything this year.  Our overhead remains under 5%, so you know the money you give will end up right in the hands of those who need it.  You can send checks or use PayPal, and all contributions are tax deductible.  (If there are others you know who might have any interest in this cause, please feel free to pass this on.)

Universities: Avoid Basically Anything Holiday-Related to Be ‘Inclusive’

Even certain color combinations are not okay. Universities across the country are telling students and staff that they should avoid basically anything holiday-related in their seasonal displays and parties — including even certain color combinations — in order to ensure “inclusivity.” It’s bad — and these three schools may be the worst: 1. Cornell University Cornell University has some pretty infantilizing guidelines for a school supposedly attended by our brightest and most capable minds. They declared that no one should hang mistletoe, and it’s not even for the reason you might think, (which would be, of course, because mistletoe pressures people to kiss which perpetuates rape culture and sexual assault and no one would be safe.)

I saw this yesterday, but not the shot at the end.  Evidently the black man set the two whites on fire.

"When this clip ends it resets back to a view several frames before the actual start of the video. In this view you see the "black" fellow holding something that might be on fire (Molotov?) and the shirtless "white" fellow walking forward with nothing in his hands. Muslim Inbreeding: Impacts on intelligence, sanity, health and society

Massive inbreeding within the Muslim culture during the last 1.400 years may have done catastrophic damage to their gene pool. The consequences of intermarriage between first cousins often have serious impact on the offspring’s intelligence, sanity, health and on their surroundings

The most famous example of inbreeding is in ancient Egypt, where several Pharaonic dynasties collapsed after a couple of hundred years. In order to keep wealth and power within the family, the Pharaohs often married their own sister or half-sister and after a handful of generations the offspring were mentally and physically unfit to rule. Another historical example is the royal houses of Europe where royal families often married among each other because tradition did not allow them to marry people of non-royal class.

The high amount of mentally retarded and handicapped royalties throughout European history shows the unhealthy consequences of this practice. Luckily, the royal families have now allowed themselves to marry for love and not just for status.

The Muslim culture still practices inbreeding and has been doing so for longer than any Egyptian dynasty. This practice also predates the world’s oldest monarchy (the Danish) by 300 years.

Iraq gives Turkish forces 48 hours to leave country

Iraq on Sunday gave Turkey 48 hours to withdraw forces it said had entered the country illegally or face "all available options", including recourse to the UN Security Council.

Baghdad, which is struggling to assert its sovereignty while receiving foreign assistance against the Islamic State jihadist group, said Turkish forces with tanks and artillery entered Iraq without its permission.
