Her testimony was echoed by another eyewitness, Victoria Sharp, who was in the car with Finicum when the group were pulled over by cops and federal agents. Sharp claims that Finicum put his hands out of the car window and asked the police to allow the women to leave the car.
“They shot at him, but they missed him,” said Sharp, adding that the group then attempted to drive away in the car but were shot at again by police.
“When we crashed and stopped for a second, he got out of the car, he had his hands in the air, he’s like ‘just shoot me then’….and they did, they shot him dead,” said Sharp.
“He was just walking, with his hands in the air, I swear to God, and they shot him dead and after he was down on the ground, shot him three more times,” said Sharp, adding that the vehicle was again “bombarded with bullets” as well as tear gas rounds.
Sharp says that the group tried to “find something white” so they could display it as a sign of surrender. She challenges news reports that only six shots were fired, asserting, “they shot at least 120 shots altogether.”
Sharp also claims that none of the individuals in the car pulled out a gun at any point and that the incident was an “ambush” with “FBI snipers in the trees” surrounding the vehicle.

This is another protestor who got suicided by the gooberment. Sounds familiar to me...There is a long list of such folks who defied the big boys. Some are dead, some are in prison..it is obvious that the cost is very high if you make a stand for justice in crazy-controlled land. Such men and women of the world are our beacons of bravery.

1 killed as Ammon Bundy, 4 others arrested in Oregon amid shots fired – FBI

At 4:25 pm on Tuesday
afternoon, the FBI and Oregon State Police “began an enforcement action
to bring into custody a number of individuals associated with the armed
occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. During that arrest,
there were shots fired," the Bureau said in a statement.
The FBI said one person who was “a subject of a federal probable cause arrest is deceased.” He said they are not releasing any information on the person “pending identification by the medical examiner’s office.”
One person suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. He was arrested and is in custody.
The arrested individuals include:

Update: Mayor Mitch Landrieu says he is “pleased” with the ruling and does not give a time frame of exactly when the monuments will be removed, according to the Advocate’s Jeff Adelson. Landrieu went on to say that the monuments would be stored in a city-owned facility until a permanent place, most-likely a privately-owned park, was chosen for their relocation.
Four of New Orleans’ historical monuments will officially be removed after US District Judge Carl Barbier denied to issue an injunction that would have entirely prevented Mayor Mitch Landrieu from taking the monuments down.
Following the New Orleans City Council vote, in which only one City Councilmember voted against removal, the city was hit with a federal lawsuit by preservationist groups.

Police in riot gear were called to a so-called refugee camp over the weekend after hundreds of men brawled violently over different interpretations of the Quran, resulting in five hospitalisations.
The brawl in the early hours of Sunday morning in the Leimen camp in Baden-Württemberg, Germany was triggered by inter-Islamic friction between different interpretations of the faith.
Pakistani Muslims at the migrant centre had discovered that a group of Muslims from Afghanistan had been drinking alcohol and accused them of being “bad Muslims” for doing so, reports the Stuttgarter Nachrichten.

That’s the greeting asylum seekers will get when they enter Denmark from now on thanks to a new law that will allow police to search refugees on arrival and confiscate anything worth more than 10,000 kroner.
The idea, apparently, is to help offset the cost of taking the migrants in by robbing them.

how Danish welfare recipients are treated but Klaus Petersen, professor
at the Centre for Welfare State Research, University of Southern Denmark
says that’s not entirely accurate. “Danish welfare claimants have to
give up their savings before they receive benefits – but not their
valuables, unlike refugees,” Petersen told The Guardian.
“A Danish citizen could be searched in an extreme case if the
municipality has a suspicion of fraud, but you need court permission to
do so [whereas] for refugees, you would not need a court permission,” he
adds.

A police patrol of 10 officers was forced to flee a refugee center in Sweden after being surrounded by a mob of violent migrants. Law enforcement officials had arrived to relocate a 10-year-old boy after reports of his repeated rape at the facility.
One of the officers described what had happened in a police report obtained by the Vestmanlands Läns Tidning newspaper.
“Even more people appeared behind us. I was mentally prepared to fight for my life. We were 10 police officers in a narrow corridor. And I hear someone yell that there is an emergency exit,” the officer said.
