Each lamp is made of helmets, bayonets and bullets from World War II. You can find their numbers on the helmets. It took me three years to recycle these helmets and bayonets, and I traveled all over Europe.The bullet holes and rust on the helmets are traces left during World War II. These helmets bear witness to that cruel history. Of course, they are not cultural relics. You must know that Germany invested 10.7 million troops during World War II, so there are many such helmets.

A highly decorated British Army officer said he is “absolutely shocked” at President Joe Biden’s Afghanistan withdrawal, rendering the 20-year war “a total waste.”

Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL), a U.S. veteran who fought in Afghanistan and who now serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, told Fox News on Sunday that President Joe Biden should be removed from office for “treason.”
Mast said that Biden’s claim that no one saw the Taliban taking over the country as fast as they did was not believable and he accused Biden of primarily being concerned with the optics of the situation.

China deployed 19 military aircraft to Taiwan on Sunday, where the air fleet subsequently penetrated the southwestern corner of the island’s air defense identification zone (ADIZ), Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense (MND) confirmed.
China’s People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) dispatched “10 Shenyang J-16 fighter jets, four Xian H-6 bombers, four SU-30 fighters, and one Shaanxi Y-8 anti-submarine warfare plane (Y-8 ASW)” to Taiwan’s ADIZ on September 5, Taiwan News reported.
“Taiwan’s Air Force responded by scrambling fighter jets to drive the planes away, broadcasting radio warnings, and tracking the aircraft with land-based anti-aircraft missiles,” according to the newspaper.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said in an interview over that weekend that the Taliban takeover will translate into so great a terrorism threat that the U.S. military will be deployed again to Afghanistan.
“We will be going back into Afghanistan as we went back into Iraq and Syria,” Graham said.
Graham began his remarks by praising former President Donald Trump, who he said reversed the damage former President Barack Obama and now President Joe Biden have done to foreign policy and the U.S. military.
“[Trump] destroyed the caliphate,” Graham said, referring to the ISIS takeover of Syria. “It rose on Obama and Biden’s watch, and Trump sent the military in to destroy it.”

The Biden administration is reportedly blocking private rescue efforts from flying American citizens, green card holders, and Special Immigration Visa applicants out of Afghanistan.
“Rick Clay, who runs the private rescue group PlanB, told Fox News that the State Department is the only thing preventing the flights he’s organizing from leaving Afghanistan,” Fox News reported. “Two other American individuals separately involved in evacuation efforts, whom Fox News is not naming to avoid jeopardizing ongoing rescue efforts, similarly said that the State Department is the sole entity preventing their charter flights from leaving Afghanistan.”

You have stories of interpreters being taken home to their families and watching, you know, their wives and families being beheaded, executed before they execute the interpreter.
Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX), the ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, told Fox News on Sunday that Afghan interpreters who were left behind are now facing executions as the Taliban enacts “severe” retaliation against those who helped U.S. forces in Afghanistan.
McCaul’s remarks come after the majority of the Afghan Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) applicants have reportedly been left behind by the administration.
“There are also reports that the Taliban is now carrying out mass killings of former Afghan government officials, former Afghan defense forces,” Fox News anchor Chris Wallace said to McCaul during the interview. “Can you shed any light on that?”
