We are living today where everything the US government does is an injustice based on unjust laws and regulations I like to call decrees. Many of these laws infringe on not just our personal freedoms of privacy and right to do process. It is also our right to economic liberty and our pursuit of happiness that is under attack. We have to look at the root cause of who really wants our God given rights taken away with unjust laws. Who is responsible first we have to ask. In most cases and not all, when

A Police State is there was for one reason, to be a rear guard to protect the real criminals from justice. Back in the days of the Colonies, When King George III needed to pay for the debt to the Bank of England to pay for the French and Indian war. The Parliament and the King enacted the Stamp Act where every official document and every item needed to King's stamp on it where the colonist had to pay at tax to have the Kings stamp. How did not enforce it? The Enacted the Townsend Act where British soldiers could write their own search warrants bypassing a magistrate to enter a home to see if every item had the Kings stamp on every official document in the home.

Due to unjust laws with taxes and regulation, the colonies did not have economic freedom in a free market economy because there was none. Monopolies where enthroned in a mercantile system where a few benefit at the expense of many. These unjust laws stifle competition in favor of one corporation over the other. These unjust laws were by design to force the population to pay into a fraud, the king was not afraid to use force to enforce unjust laws to get the colonist to pay the debt to the Bank of England. When the Red Coats came to Lexington to steal the arsenal from the local militia to make sure the people could not revolt against the king. They were met with resistance because the people decided to revolt, They made their stand because many seen it as an injustice to live one more day under the King and his unjust laws to pay back the bankers in the form of taxes and unjust laws. The colonist saw it as a duty to resist injustice after repeated petitions have failed. When the Red Coats fired the first shot, which is when they lost the war before it started when they oppressed the early colonist.

Today we are dealing with the same parallels with federal government acting just as King George III did before the conflict at Lexington and Concord. The difference today is technology. The use of portable video cameras and communication being much more rapid than the 19th century has changed the dynamics drastically. People see who the bad people are. The government cannot lie anymore and get away with it. When we see government at all levels attacking family farms, lemonade stands and health food stores with a vengeance. When we are getting see the point of a gun using coercive force to pay a debt we do not owe to bail out a few select political cronies. Our economy is destroyed and forced to have a currency that is no more than debt slip with interest attached to it we can never pay back to the bankers. The government is unresponsive to the will of the people; the only way they respond back is by force to protect the crook from Wall Street to Washington DC.

We will not by force pay for the bailout anymore we never consented. The people have a duty to resist non violently first before they are forced to fight back in self-defense. We are under an unjust system they not only steals our freedoms, but also robs us our ability to produce a good and service. We are getting to the point when people lose everything and there is nothing left to lose, they will lose it and push back. We have to duty to resist non violently and if the government responds back with unreasonable force unprovoked following orders from the top. That is when we know they have lost the battle firing the first shot, that is when we have a duty to resist or we perish.

77 percent of small business owners do not plan to hire any more workers

Via Survival

The Obama economy is so bad that 77 percent of small business owners do not plan to hire any more workers despite all of Washington's hype that the business climate is getting better. Worse: 64 percent of small business owners in a new survey provided to Whispers see the nation teetering on the verge of another recession.

Most shocking of all in the survey of small and medium sized business owners is that many would like to hire more workers but can't, and new financing rules imposed by hurting banks have made getting loans sharply more difficult than in the past. [Read: What Obama Can and Can't Do to Create Jobs.]

"Despite positive job numbers for the month of October, it is clear that business owners have a differing view of the economy," said Connie Certusi, executive vice president and general manager of Small Business Accounting Solutions, a division of Sage North America. Sage, a business management software supplier, conducted the survey among its 3.2 million customers. [See the 10 best cities to occupy.]

"The Sage SMB Perspective on Economic Recovery survey found that 64 percent of business owners who participated in the survey believe that we are either already in a recession or are headed for one in the next six months," said Certusi. "Not surprisingly, 65 percent of respondents in the Sage SMB Perspective on Economic Recovery said that the negative economy has had an impact on their own business." And, "The most telling statistic," she added, "is that 48 percent of business owners would like to hire additional employees but cannot due to issues related to the bad economy."

Sarkozy calls Netanyahu 'liar' Obama: You're fed up with him? I have to deal with him every day

Via Atlas Shrugs
French President Nicolas Sarkozy reportedly told US President Barack Obama that he could not "stand" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and that he thinks the Israeli premier "is a liar." According to a Monday report in the French website "Arret sur Images," after facing reporters for a G20 press conference on Thursday, the two presidents retired to a private room, to further discuss the matters of the day.

The conversation apparently began with President Obama criticizing Sarkozy for not having warned him that France would be voting in favor of the Palestinian membership bid in UNESCO despite Washington's strong objection to the move.

The conversation then drifted to Netanyahu, at which time Sarkozy declared: "I cannot stand him. He is a liar." According to the report, Obama replied: "You're fed up with him, but I have to deal with him every day!"

The remark was naturally meant to be said in confidence, but the two leaders' microphones were accidently left on, making the would-be private comment embarrassingly public.

McDonald’s CEO: ‘In Order to Create Jobs in America, You‘re Going to Have to Cut Taxes’

McDonald’s Corporation President and CEO Jim Skinner says for things to turn around in the American economy, spending and taxes must be curbed, especially towards business. Jeff Randall writes in the Telegraph on his upcoming interview with Skinner on Sky News Jeff Randall Live:

“‘The question is, how can we get the ox out of the ditch?’ Mr Skinner said. ‘In order to create jobs in America, you’re going to have to cut taxes… particularly in the business community.

‘We pay some of the highest [corporate] taxes around the world. There needs to be some leveling.’

Asked about federal borrowing, he said: ‘It’s not a good story… the government has to spend less. We have to grow the economy, grow GDP… and you have to be able to do it in an organic way and not through borrowings and increasing debt.’”

Israel 2011

As I write this column, I am sitting in a hotel room with a view of the wall of the old city of Jerusalem. This will be the first installment of several articles I will do about my trip to the Holy Land, the things we've done and seen and I will try to shed some light on what is going on in this very complex and volatile part of the world.

Trying to describe Israel and its six thousand year history in a series of columns is like trying to pour the contents of a swimming pool into a thimble. But I'll try to be concise and cover as much ground as I can.

First of all what you see on the surface of Israel is only man's latest effort, with millenniums of civilizations buried beneath it, stacked one on top of the other, layer upon layer of ancient societies beneath even the most recognizable landmarks that are so abundant here.

What is known for certain about this mysterious and intriguing place would fill many libraries full of thick volumes and what is not known for certain would fill just as many.

For instance, historians know where the Temple stood, where Jesus was tried and whipped by the Romans but the exact location of the crucifixion is not known for sure. Over the years it has basically boiled down to two major sites, one being covered by a Catholic church called the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the other on a hill with a scull shaped impression in the side of it, adjacent to an empty garden tomb carved out of solid rock.

There are many such Old and New Testament disputes about where certain biblical events took place.

Israel is a small country and their enemies live in their backyard - so to speak, and with the so-called Arab Spring all but guaranteeing that practically all Arab countries will be under the control of radical Muslims in a short while, the neighborhood just gets tougher and tougher.

In the coming articles we will explore some of the centuries old problems Israel faces, the people, the places and some of the events leading up to the present day situation Israel finds itself in.

I hope that I can help being some understanding about what's going on in this troubled part of the world.

You certainly won't learn about it in the media.

What do you think?
Pray for our troops, and for our country.

God Bless America

More Psycho-Babble On The Confederate Flag

According to a new "study", its the Confederate flag's fault that some folks in the South can't support Barack Obama - because of his race, of course.

Quoting from the "study":
. . . participants primed with the Confederate flag reported less willingness to vote for Obama than those primed with a neutral symbol.
Hmmm . . . then how do you explain the fact Herman Cain has opened up a wide lead in the South Carolina Republican primary polling? (Mr. Cain is also black - just in case you missed that.) That's right - South Carolina - the hotbed of secession sentiments, Confederate nostalgia, and the location of the best known fight over public display of the Confederate battle flag. Gee, that really throws a wrench in the study's premise, doesn't it? I think the fact is this has a whole lot more to do with Mr. Obama's Marxist political bent than it does the color of his skin. Mr. Cain is politically conservative and a Tea Party favorite. Mr. Obama - well, not so much. It's policy, not race, for all you geniuses who need "studies" to figure all this out.

But one should think about the "study" on the Confederate flag and voting patterns in light of this "study" and voting patterns:

Fourth Woman Accuses Herman Cain

Herman Cain’s bid for the White House suffered a potentially fatal blow on Monday when an attractive blonde made a damning claim that he tried to grope her after she approached him asking for help finding a job.

Sharon Bialek, a former worker at the National Restaurant Association's educational foundation, is the first woman to go public and give explicit details of the abuse she claims to have endured at the former pizza mogul’s hands.
Bialek claimed at a news conference today that Cain put his hand under her skirt and reached for her genitals, while at the same time pushing her head toward his crotch.

She said she immediately asked him to stop. He replied, “You want a job don’t you?” before driving her back to her hotel in Washington.

“She went to Mr. Cain for help finding a new job. Instead, he gave her his idea of a stimulus package, Bialek’s lawyer, Gloria Allred, said to laughter among the journalists packed into the room.

Cain immediately put out a denial, again insisting he has never sexually harassed anyone, and attacking Allred.

Bialek, a registered Republican, said she met Cain again last month during a tea party-organized event in Chicago and asked him if he remembered her. “He acknowledged he remembered me, but looked uncomfortable and said nothing,” she said.

Memphis pizza delivery guy shoots would-be robber

An 18-year-old man a pizza delivery driver says he shot in self-defense is in custody in fair condition at a Memphis hospital.

Authorities say the unidentified pizza driver drew his own handgun after the would-be burglar told him to hand over his cash while delivering three pizzas in south Memphis.

The Commercial Appeal reports it's the second robbery attempt on a Papa John's delivery driver in the last eight months (http://bit.ly/vcLbI5). The first left 56-year-old Ron Brake dead. Another delivery driver was killed in a 2009 robbery attempt.
