When You Professionally Lie…. You end up with a professional problem….. And Alan Dershowitz Describes How

How sweet it is!

Oh what a tangled web is weaved……. Some inside Treeper scoop. Both Natalie Jackson and Benjamin Crump are, well, lets just say in deep doo-doo. Unfortunately at this moment I cannot go into details but suffice to say the contradictory evidence weighed solidly against their previous claims has raised, and continues to raise, a “considerable interest” in various professional affiliations responsible for oversight of the legal profession.

Both on a local, and State Department of Professional Regulation (DPR) level, their licensure is entering a “phase of review“.

“Significantly numerous complaints to the bar” are being independently researched. “Significantly numerous“ has been described to me as greater than 100. And the initial reviews have “raised eyebrows” at “the highest levels of professional oversight“.

*Note the italicized phrasing is NOT mine*

This is the first substantive good news in what potentially has the leanings to end the opportunistic legal careers of both Natalie Jackson and Benjamin Crump. In addition, three independent analysts are now researching the initial media framework. Ryan Julison is also under review for potential culpability in advancing an intentionally deceptive and false media narrative under the auspices of client (Jackson/Crump) representation.

At the moment of this writing I am unsure if Ms. Jackson or Mr. Crump have been notified, I believe they have just become aware, but I have no first hand knowledge. However, it appears a professional courtesy of notification has been extended to Judge Lester in consideration of his position regarding ongoing and pending litigation.

Oops: Chicago Occupiers Try to Protest Rush Limbaugh‘s ’Office’…but Get City Wrong

Via Puma By Design

A crowd of Occupy protesters in Chicago descended on Rush Limbaugh’s “office” Thursday to air their grievances about the conservative radio host.

The problem? Despite their references to”Rush’s office building“ and ”Rush Limbaugh’s studio,” they weren’t in the right place — not by more than 1,000 miles.

It seems the protesters — banded together by this weekend’s NATO summit — confused Limbaugh’s real “office building” with one of the hundreds of stations that merely air his show. Limbaugh lives in Palm Beach, Fla.

Whoever Controls the Language Controls the Debate

If you can control the , you can control ideas. By controlling ideas, you can control the way people think and act. Before Frank Schaeffer went over to the Dark Side, he had some good things to say about how liberals think and act. His analysis of is still applicable: “Think of the use of labels to categorize political activity.

Some labels are used to neutralize the actions of certain groups; others denote being ‘one of us,’ acceptable. The words ‘right wing,’ ‘fundamentalist,’ ‘pro-life,’ ‘absolutist,’ and ‘deeply religious,’ are put-downs more than categories. Conversely, think of the unspoken pat on the back and blessing that the following words convey: ‘moderate,’ ‘pluralistic,’ ‘liberal,’ ‘civil libertarian,’ ‘pragmatic,’ and ‘enlightened.”[1] Consider the following list

Herman Cain: Obama's Ties to Rev. Wright 'Fair Game'

Herman Cain says he believes President Barack Obama’s relationship with the Rev. Jeremiah Wright is still “fair game,” despite Mitt Romney’s denunciation of a plan to attack the president’s ties to the controversial minister.
Cain, a former GOP presidential candidate who endorsed Romney on Wednesday for the Republican nomination, said he thought the plan put forward by a super political action committee with ties to Chicago Cubs owner Joe Ricketts was designed to “muddy the water” around Obama.

Ricketts never approved the plan, which reportedly would have involved running negative ads in late August around the time of the Democratic National Convention.

But Cain told Fox News’s Greta Van Susteren Thursday night, “I think it is fair if someone wants to highlight the Rev. Jeremiah Wright and his relationship with Barack Obama because, quite frankly, it wasn’t highlighted enough in 2008 when he was running for president the first time.

“The proposal didn’t go anywhere, but I think it is fair game,” Cain said, stressing again that he believes the relationship should not be “off limits” in the election.

Cain also rejected criticism of the proposal as racist.

“The reason that the liberals are going to call it racist is because President Obama is black and Jeremiah Wright is black. . . . It is not racist,” Cain said. “They hide behind the race card any time that someone wants to attack the president on grounds that he would freely and liberally attack somebody else.”
