The Obamanation Strikes Back

Another unbelievable.

When you read what happened last Friday afternoon, I hope you will be as furious as we are because you will understand the very dangerous direction in which the courts are now headed.

When we challenged Obama's eligibility because he is not a natural born citizen, we filed cases against the DNC in Arizona Federal court and Tennessee State Court. The cases were similar, but did have some important differences. In Tennessee, we were specifically relying on state fraud statutes, because we knew the DNC intended to commit fraud again by certifying a non-eligible candidate for the TN general ballot.

Well, because states have lost their sovereignty, the DNC attorneys were able to remove the case from TN state court to Federal Court. Then the DNC attorneys filed a motion for sanctions against our lead attorney, Van Irion, in Federal court, a court we never filed the case in! That motion for sanctions was replete with blatant and provable lies, which Van pointed out in his response. Ultimately, Judge Anderson of the Western District of TN Federal court dismissed the case and since we have an active Federal case in Arizona we decided not to appeal the decision. We thought the TN case was over. Boy were we wrong.

Friday afternoon, Judge Anderson not only did not address the outright lies of the DNC attorneys, he piled on his own lies in an order to personally sanction Van Irion. His order states that our lawsuit was legally frivolous and that Van was either incompetent or "vexatious" in filing the lawsuit.

Van properly filed a state claim in state court to address this crime that has been perpetrated on all of us by the DNC. The defendants moved the case to Federal Court. Judge Anderson refused to let Van amend or supplement his complaint then sanctioned him because he didn't amend his complaint! Judge Anderson stated Van didn't prove certain facts, but he didn't let the case even get to discovery so that those facts could be proven! I personally believe the Bush appointed Judge Anderson wants Obama to know he's on "his side" if Obama should win the November election.

Van does not deserve this, our case does not deserve this. We are appealing this outrageous decision

So here's the nutshell of our situation:

• We have someone sitting the in White House without any verifiable credentials
• Moreover, by Obama's own admission, he is not qualified for the Office because his father was never a citizen (Minor v. Happersett 1875 - child of two citizen parents)
• No court to date has followed the binding precedent from the Supreme Court’s Minor v. Happersett case, by finding Obama constitutionally ineligible to serve as President
• Attorneys that file to have this Supreme Court precedent, and the Constitution, upheld are demonized in the media and persecuted by the Courts
• The Congress sits idly by and does nothing
• Mainline candidates for President treat it like a joke

If this weren't really happening, I would think this were the plot of a political thriller. But it's not. This is the America we live in today.

Oldest living person, American Besse Cooper, celebrates her 116th birthday

According to Guinness World Records, Besse Cooper, of Monroe, Ga., is only the eighth person to ever reach the age of 116. She was born in the same year as writer F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Cooper isn’t really sure why she’s lived so long, but has her theories, she told The Walton Tribune.

“I mind my own business,” she said, “and I don’t eat junk food.”

The world’s oldest living person reached another milestone Sunday when she celebrated her Sweet 116.

Monroe, Ga., woman Besse Cooper has become only the eighth person in the world — and the fourth American — verified to have turned that age, according to Guinness World Records.

Cooper, whose maiden name was Brown, was born on Aug. 26, 1896, in northern Tennessee — the same year as comedian George Burns and writer F. Scott Fitzgerald.

In 1917 during World War I, she moved to Georgia to work as a schoolteacher. She later married Luther Cooper, and they raised four children together. He died in 1963 at age 68, according to The Walton Tribune.

The newspaper reported last year that the supercentenarian is also a grandmother of 12, great-grandmother of 15 and great-great-grandmother of one.

There’s shocking new evidence from the Middle East of crucifixion by Muslims, this time of a “spy” in Yemen who allegedly was accused of U.S. sympathies.

WND recently confirmed a Sky News Arabia report of the crucifixion of dissidents in Egypt.

According to a report by Lebanon Today translated into English, the Yemeni jihadist group Ansar al-Shariah took control of the Azzan area of Yemen and imposed Islamic law, or Shariah.

In the process, the group crucified three men, accusing them of being agents for the U.S. The executions reportedly took place several months ago.

Former PLO operative turned terrorism analyst Walid Shoebat says the inscription in the photo of one of the victims reads, “He was crucified for three days in accordance to Shariah.”

Shoebat says Lebanon Today reported the group carried out the Shariah-prescribed penalties, explaining the multiple executions were retribution for passing information to U.S. forces to carry out attacks by pilot-less drones.

According to Shoebat’s translation, the report said:

“One they nicknamed ‘Captain’ was executed by crucifixion for three days at the entrance to the city of Jaar in the Abyan province, to be viewed by passersby entering and leaving the city.

“Two Saudis and a Yemeni were also executed by the sword at dawn at the hands of Ansar al-Shariah, and [the terrorists] absolved [a] fourth defendant from execution for his young age..

“A leader in Ansar al-Islam claimed that these who were executed belong to the province of Marib, [and were executied] for planting trackers on cars that belong to al-Qaida leaders to be targeted by the drones.”

According to Shoebat, the article said an analyst in the region claimed the crucifixions are “something new.”

The report said:

“One researcher, Saeed Obaid Elaf, said that, ‘The incidents of these executions never occurred previously in Yemen but follows the sequence of events which occurred previously in Afghanistan and Iraq [where] … Islam is the religion of the state. In Iraq these [terrorists] see Iraq as the Islamic State of Iraq.

“‘In Afghanistan, the ones who receive this type of executions are those who are considered spies. But in Yemen this is the first time we have seen such phenomenon, which has become a natural thing now because al-Qaida now exercises the powers of the state and it’s natural that it carries out such executions.”

After reading this post, I wrote up a letter to several USMC PAOs. I eagerly await their answers.

Here's what I wrote:

Sir or Ma'am,

As a veteran with over eight years of prior service in the US Army, I remember well my oath of enlistment. I remember an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

I am writing you concerning this story:

According to this news story, the US Marine Corps is actively training armed civilian police officers in military tactics, for purposes of "integration".

There was a statement in the story:

"I think it's always good when you get an opportunity to work on some similar tactics and procedures so that everybody's kind of operating on the same page. That way when you bring teams together from active duty and the civilian side, it makes the integration a whole lot smoother."

I have three questions that I would like to have answered concerning this:

1.) RE: "Operating on the same page"... It is obvious that these civilian officers that the USMC trained will be using these tactics (presumably to include dynamic room entry and other high-intensity-combat methods) against US civilians. Why do civilian LEOs need to operate against US civilians "on the same page" as the USMC would operate against foreign combatants? Can you explain to me how training civilian police officers to more effectively kill US citizens is in line with your oaths of enlistment/commission to uphold the US Constitution?

2.) RE: "That way when you bring teams together from active duty and the civilian side, it makes the integration a whole lot smoother" What exactly do you mean by this? Does the USMC plan to take civilian LEOs to foreign theatres, or are you implying by "integration" that USMC Marines will be used CONUS against US civilians?

3.) As a civilian rifleman, being a part of the United States' Constitutional Militia, when can I and my other countrymen expect an invitation to train alongside US Marines?

An answer would be appreciated, as the "integration" of military and police forces is a matter of grave concern to myself and many of my countrymen.

CCW holder kills robber

The man who was shot and killed while he was trying to rob a Dollar General Store on Jacksonville's northside has been identified as Rakeem Odoms.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says a customer at the store on Dunn Avenue shot 22 year-old Rakeem Odoms three times when Odoms refused to hand over his gun.

Odom's partner, 19 year-old Aundre Campbell, fled the scene and has since been caught by police.

He faces a felony murder charge for Odom's death because it happened while he was committing a crime.

The 57-year-old grandfather who shot Odoms was doing some late-night shopping at the Dollar General store on Dunn Avenue when all of the sudden, two men stormed in and tried robbing it.

The shopper has a concealed weapons permit, and Lt. Rob Schoonover with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says the man wasted no time springing into action.

On August 6, 2011, 30 US service members were killed when a CH-47 Chinook helicopter they were being transported in crashed in Wardak province, Afghanistan. It was the deadliest single loss for U.S. forces in the decade-long war in Afghanistan. 17 members of the elite Navy SEALs were killed in the crash.

Yesterday, Karen and Billy Vaughn, parents of Aaron Carson Vaughn, spoke at the Defending the Defenders forum sponsored by the Tea Party Patriots outside the RNC Convention in Tampa. Karen brought a copy of the form letter they were sent following their son’s death.
