A Douglas County commissioner told CNN that the shooter
had been taken into custody. CNN reported that one of the wounded was a
female who had been shot in the chest.
A spokeswoman for the Douglas County Sheriff's department
confirmed to Reuters that there was a shooting at the Umpqua Community
College campus in Roseburg. The spokeswoman had no further details.
"Active shooter scene is code 4. Multiple casualties all
pt's transported," the Douglas County Fire Department said in a tweet.
Multiple ambulances were reported to be on scene.

Well this is about 200 miles west of us here. I am suspicious of the timing...... Nevertheless, it is a tragedy. Notice how that college is a gun free zone, not even water pistols allowed. The anti gunners will jump on this like ducks on a June bug.

DeleteJust based on what is posted above, I'm making two predictions. First being, there will be a hue and cry for more "gun control". The bodies won't even be cold yet.
ReplyDeleteSecond: The POS shooter, is or was taking some type of psycho med, be it an antidepressant or antianxiety med. Lastly, the press will attempt to bury this, that the shooter was a lefty/ liberal in his politics. If the guy is white; it was the guns fault that the mass shooting happened, If he is Black, then it was society's fault, because he was a victim of racism.
He's evidently a Muslim.
