  2. It may be time to remind them their are more of us than them and they live among us.

  3. Must be a bad video because we know cops only kill blacks. We have white privilege to protect us. But damn, that dead guy looked white. Watch the video cop pulls the gun and just kills him. Good news no charges for the officer and Obama doesn’t give a rats-ass because he didn’t kill a black.

I wonder if I accidentally shot a cop if I’d get a pass?

  4. “This shooting is not justified, but also not criminal.”

No sir, it's one or the other. If it's justified, it's not criminal; if it's criminal, it's not justified.

    1. What's weird is that he couldn't have made that shot if he had aimed and tried.

  6. Anyone who believes that we have a justice system or even a legal system in America is an abject fool. We have neither, merely an arrangement to gloss over crime by agents of the state and to persecute and bleed dry all the rest.

Any justice that occurs in this case will happen OUTSIDE a courtroom....and probably at night.

    1. I'm surprised that there hasn't been any retribution in any of the many cases so far.

  7. This guy here appears to be asking for it after he shot
at cops and then just walked away, open- carrying the 45:

  8. Darien appeared to be dead instantly where she landed after she flew out of the truck (by proximity and position she appeared to break out through the sun roof). Her condition was fairly suggestive from the angle of her head to the far left, the blood coming out her mouth which appeared to be bloody lung tissue, her eyes wide open with no response to light, no gurgling noise to indicate attempts at breathing, no groaning, and no movement. You can verify some of this in the unedited video, and it was obvious to all present on the scene.

Other facts: there was gas leaking from the lower front of the truck as it lay on it's left (driver's) side (and yes they were aware of the gas), the fire department was two blocks away, I heard only one shot fired (or two that sounded like one), the fire truck crew took some time to arrive (10 mins?), ambulance took a fairly long time to arrive (20-35 mins?), there was no detectable sense of urgency for Thomas, it was as if he didn't exist (timing and dash cam audio will provide the depth of this statement and intent), and when the ambulance finally left with Thomas, there were no lights or siren and it drove at what appeared to be 20-25 mph until it passed the crest of the hill towards Skyway, and with no subsequent siren.

By the way, there is relevant information in the first hour, but especially the first 20 minutes of the unedited video (AUDIO!!) which I think you will find both surprising and revealing. If you are wondering if the shooting was accidental, just watch (and listen to) the full unedited dash cam video, pay attention to the timing and focus of fire department and ambulance, and listen to EVERYTHING that is said, then make up your own mind.

To those who have already watched the full unedited video, and who may know the history with Thomas, I don't have anything against you, however, the government was intentionally separated into three branches to protect citizens' rights and to prevent abuse of power. Police may enforce existing laws, but they do not have the right to make their own defacto laws by conducting executions based on possible (thought) crimes, withholding evidence from the public, then excusing the officer who conducted the execution, while broadcasting, "Sorry, it was just an accident."

Our nation is at a turning point, and it's clear to everyone that's paying attention, especially in Paradise. We all need to wake up together, so we can protect each other from the real threats (I will not enumerate; if you're awake, you know; if you're still asleep, that's your choice -- like Darien not wearing a seat belt).

So if you believe you are with us, or if you would like us to believe you are with us, then allow your training and actions to demonstrate it. You can start by eliminating the unconstitutional checkpoints on Skyway -- we will consider this your litmus, but do as you wish.

(...and as a service to those not familiar with Glock safety design...)

REALITY CHECK REGARDING ACCIDENTAL MISFIRES WITH TUPPERWARE (Glock Safe Action Pistols)...

Glock SAPs are double-action (on every shot), defined as cocking the firing pin before releasing it. In addition, the user must first disengage the trigger safety on a SAP (initial 1/16" pull). As the manufacturer states, to fire a Glock SAP (which includes Model 21[SF] .45), requires full intent of the shooter. According to some, Tupperware don't misfire. Truth is they do, but it's rare...

Most reported misfires fall into three categories: 1) will not fire, due to cracked or chipped firing pin, 2) a rare auto-fire when slide drops forward on a loaded magazine, 3) accidental trigger pull by a (low quality) holster malfunction as it physically degrades.

Also note that SAPs cannot have "hair triggers" like you may have seen in the movies. By definition, a "hair-trigger" is not possible on a (continual) double-action pistol. None of these categories apply in this case, and misfires other than those mentioned above are even more rare.

  9. Audio from cams are now beginning to be released, including officer's belated confession...

I know there is a lot more that's being withheld, including a very loooong delay before moving Thomas into an ambulance. Why did they want him to bleed out?
