I haven't seen any mention of the U.S.A. P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act in the news media.
When watching the video, I noticed one of the books on the bottom shelf right behind his head, on the left hand side, is "THE MAKING OF AMERICA", by W. Cleon Skousen.
I have that same book in my own collection, and use it frequently as a reference source.
