Are you fellows insane? This old Union guy was in a heated verbal argument with Tabitha's co-worker. He didn't chase down Tabitha. She approached a stranger in the middle of a fight and stuck her camera in his face. He was already visibly angry and agitated, that's easy to see from the video. Why did she do that? It seems very foolish for a small woman to do that. It's lucky that guy wasn't a thug, because she could have gotten hurt IF he had been a thug!
The old Union guy pushed the camera away and Tabitha fell down. By her own account, she was NOT hurt and her cell phone was NOT damaged. She got up and was not scared, because she continued to film the man. Her friend didn't try to help Tabitha or call for help. He stood and accused that old man of "assault," while she filmed.
I have seen harder fouls in my daughter's 5th Grade Basketball games. If that guy was a THUG, he was one of the lamest thugs in the history of thuggery. He did not have a weapon, not even a stick on his sign.
Was the old Union guy wrong? Yes! He was rude to push at a lady. And he should have apologized. But Tabitha was not hurt. He didn't beat her. He did break her phone.
The extremely VIOLENT fantasies about what Bushwack WANTS to happen at some future protest in retaliation for this non-event are extraordinarily disturbing. If every push (that results in no injury or damage) was worthy of giving somebody a bloody nub, there would be a lot of senseless and useless bloody nubs around.
We don't need to escalate every confrontation into more and more violence and name calling! Use some common sense. I don't see how that old man's rude behavior is typical of liberalpuke ratbastards any more than Bushwack's sadistic fantasies are typical of ... [Insert Silly Derogatory Label Here].
