I got one of these last summer for my AR M4. Took me about 200 rounds to master it. Since then I've probably put 1000 rds through my rifle. But I have to warn everyone, be prepared to have plenty of ammo because you won't want to stop shooting with it. By the way with it you get a letter from the ATF saying it's perfectly legal.
You're right "two clips Glock style.":) ======== The website says 9mm ammo. The video apparently shows 45 ACP. Straighten me out. Is it a stock only added to your gun?
From the site.

http://militarygunsupply.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1105 Yes, if you have an AR or AK already, you can just buy a stock at different places for under $300. With practice you can fire semi, burst of 3 and full. I'd rather just have a selector.
