Job Description: Maintenance includes but is not limited to: testing power generation system, radio transmit and receive functions, antenna systems, and physical constitution of equipment. Maintenance may also require the transportation and replacement of solar power systems, radio equipment, or antenna systems. Sites are located within wilderness or road-less areas and are only accessible by horseback or by foot.
Must be competent and comfortable with pack horses and trailers, also with outdoors and trails.
Must have knowledge maintenance and repair of single channel hs radios, satellite radios.
