Do you really want to have to build and maintain literally thousands of Green Zones across North America to house Regime members and their families, and then defend each one all of the time, while at the same time conducting COIN ops on a continental basis against an evermore pissed-off and growing non-hierarchical American Insurgency in the midst of global military/geopolitical chaos and an economic collapse that affects your ability to put beans, bullets, bandaids, POL, and spare parts into your forces as needed?
