  1. I have been interested in a Saiga-12 for quite some time now.

  2. I bought mine during "the scare" - rumor was the B@TFEces were going to ban further imports...

The FFL had already fitted a Tapco PG/M-4-style stock and a 12-round drum... Didn't want the crap really, but it was the *ONLY* one available inside 150 miles, so I took it...

You might think with all that work they'd have bothered to make sure it WORKED, but... You'd be wrong.

I got a "vodka special" - never would fire more than one round no matter what I did.

Finally figured out what the problem is - a burr on the hammer and a burr on the bolt-carrier - gotta do some grinding and polishing to both and then, hopefully...

LOOKS mean as all hell, though...

    (rolleyes)...

  3. Oh - gotta add...

I've got to have one of these bayo-lugs, if only because it'll make Dianne Feinstein wet her oversized granny-panties...

  4. Here is mine as it came: http://postimage.org/image/r7ru3tn0p/

    & with a TAPCO stock: http://postimage.org/image/zfjmcyc3j/

I also have a competition brake on it , but not shown. The only problem I have had is with the horrendous kick resulting from putting on the TAPCO stock, so it would fit in the case with a 10 round mag.
