This bill has a 0% chance of being enacted. The following factors were considered:

This bill was a re-introduction of H.R. 6010 (111th) from the previous session of Congress. (-3%)

Just 4% of all House bills in 2009–2010 were enacted.

Text of the Bill:

Which then begs the question: why would this bill have to be introduced if the people control our representative Republic? There is no need to list the grievances our federal government has perpetuated against the people and in violation of the Constitution. Patrick Henry’s words have no meaning today: Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death have become another “outdated” symbol for Liberty. Give the masses liberty to receive food stamps and watch television has become our nation’s mantra. But some of us realize the price that will be paid to restore Liberty and ensure our children’s freedom.
