A criminal who was being deported from the United States escaped from law enforcement at Denver International Airport Tuesday morning. Two Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were escorting Phoday Dumbuya, 25, when he escaped, according to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement news release. He was being deported to Gambia.
Dumbuya was still on the loose Tuesday afternoon after escaping about 8:30 a.m.
Dumbuya was not in handcuffs, sources tell the 9Wants to Know investigators.
