Southport Police Detective Byron Vassey has been tentatively identified as the police officer who allegedly declared, “we don’t have time for this,” before shooting to death an already tased and restrained schizophrenic high school student Keith Vidal in Boiling Spring Lakes, NC, near Wilmington.
A detective from the Southport Police Department is on paid administrative leave after an officer involved shooting that happened at a home in Boiling Spring Lakes Sunday afternoon.
